Having an effective energy plan not only is a best practice, it is essential to program success in addressing Kansas' energy future in a comprehensive manner. Experts broadly agree that strategic planning is a critical component of good management and governance. Planning helps keep an organization relevant and responsive to community needs. It fosters organizational stability and growth. Planning affords a basis for monitoring progress, assessing results and determining impact of programs. Planning aids in new program development. ... To CURB, one very important aspect of HB 2381 is the express goal that Kansas energy becomes and remains affordable. It should also remain competitively priced. This concept is inherent in many of the expressed goals of HB 2381, such as "stimulating economic development." HB 2381 specifically posits affordability as a goal. Based upon CURB's research on energy plans, CURB believes affordability is a core element in a state energy plan. ... A comprehensive energy plan is a good tool to meet the goals of improving the affordability, reliability and sustainability of energy in Kansas for future generations.

Ακρ. 2381, πού ἀπό τήν ἔρευνά ἀποδίδεται συνήθως σέ ὁρισμένες γυναικείες μορφές τοῦ ἀνατολικοῦ ἀετώματος τοῦ Παρθενώνα, βοηθᾶ ἀποφασιστικά στήν κατανόηση καί ἑρμηνεία τοῦ κεφαλιοῦ. Τό νέο θραῦσμα, πού προέρχεται ἀπό τήν ἀριστερή πλευρά τοῦ κεφαλιοῦ, μᾶς δίνει καινούρια στοιχεῖα γιά τόν καθορισμό τῆς στροφῆς τοῦ κεφαλιοῦ καί μᾶς βοηθά νά προσδιορίσουμε τό φύλο τῆς μορφῆς. Τά συμπεράσματα πού ἀποκομίζουμε ἀπό τήν συνολικότερη θεώρηση τοῦ κεφαλιοῦ μᾶς ἐπιτρέπουν νά ἐπιχειρήσουμε μιά κριτική ὁρισμένων θέσεων τῆς παλιότερης καί νεότερης ἔρευνάς ὅσον ἀφορᾶ τήν ἀπόδοση του σέ ὁρισμένες μορφές τοῦ ἀνατολικοῦ ἀετώματος.La découverte sur l'Acropole d'un nouveau fragment de la tête Akr. 2381, qui a déjà fait l'objet de tant de discussions, et était attribuée ordinairement à diverses figures féminines du fronton Est du Parthénon, permet enfin de comprendre et d'interpréter la tête. Le nouveau fragment, qui appartient à la partie gauche de la tête, nous permet d'établir quel était le mouvement de la tête et nous aide à définir le sexe de la figure. Les conclusions que l'on tire d'un examen général de la tête nous permettent une critique des différentes positions des recherches anciennes et récentes pour l'attribution de celle-ci aux différentes figures du fronton Est.Mantis Alexandros. No full textSi tratta di un lavoro dedicato all'analisi della nuova disposizione dell'art. 2381 del codice civile, concernente la disciplina dell'amministrazione delegata nelle società per azioni. In esso, dopo aver svolto una breve comparazione fra la vecchio ed il nuovo testo della norma e dopo avere individuato i poteri e i doveri del presidente del consiglio di amministrazione, si è analizzato il secondo comma dell'art. 2381 sulle materie oggetto di delega ed il terzo comma sui poteri e doveri dei deleganti. Si è poi trattato dei doveri imposti agli amministratori delegati, in particolare con riferimento alla circolazione delle informazioni ed infine sulle ricadute sulla responsabilità degli amministratori perciò sul rapporto esistente fra la norma esaminata e gli artt. 2292 e seguenti del codice civile. Da ultimo si è cercato di puntualizzare i doveri individuali di ciascun amministratore in rapporto a quanto stabilito nel sesto comma della norma
