En el escenario actual se hace necesario que el sector de la Seguridad Privada asuma el control preventivo con responsabilidad y respeto a los Derechos Humanos a la luz de la Constitución Nacional aplicando los fines del estado.The purpose of this work is to propose a revision of ISO 18788 Management System for Private Security Operations - SGOS, as a factor in improving the quality of service as a product of experience to all interested parties in the society. No full textEl presente ensayo tiene por objeto analizar la norma ISO 18788:2015, con el fin de revisar las ventajas de realizar su aplicación en empresa de vigilancia SEGURIDAD SECURBEL LTDA y actualizar y estandarizar sus procedimientos operativos y administrativos, basados en los principios y requisitos legales exigidos por el Sistema de gestión de Operaciones de Seguridad Privada, que garanticen la calidad de servicio, credibilidad, confianza, así como también proteger la reputación del cliente y de la organización, los cuales permiten obtener mayor competitividad en el sector y optimizar el servicio integrando los elementos de: contexto de la organización, liderazgo, planificación, soporte, operación, evaluación de desempeño y mejora.
Dicha norma brinda los elementos necesarios para su comprensión y aplicación basados en los principios, obligaciones legales y buenas prácticas contemplados en los documentos Montreux de septiembre del 2008, el ICoCA de noviembre del 2010 y los principios voluntarios y Derechos Humanos promulgados por la ONU.
Por otro lado, la norma ISO 18788 de 2015 permite “la protección de activos, tanto tangibles como intangibles, es una labor crucial para la viabilidad, rentabilidad y sostenibilidad de cualquier tipo de organización”. (p. ii)The purpose of this essay is to analyze the ISO 18788:2015 standard, to review the advantages of carrying out its application in a surveillance company SEGURIDAD SECURBEL LTDA and to update and standardize its operational and administrative procedures, based on the principles and legal requirements demanded. by the Private Security Operations Management System, which guarantee the quality of service, credibility, trust, as well as protect the reputation of the client and the organization, which allow obtaining greater competitiveness in the sector and optimizing the service by integrating the elements of context of the organization, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement.
Said norm provides the necessary elements for its understanding and application based on the principles, legal obligations and good practices contemplated in the Montreux documents of September 2008, the ICoCA of November 2010 and the voluntary principles and Human Rights promulgated by the UN.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
