La UNI/TS 11453 e le infrastrutture autostradali (gli aspetti economico- finanziari)
No full textLAUREA MAGISTRALEIl presente Studio, dal titolo La UNI/TS 11453 e le infrastrutture autostradali (gli aspetti economico - finanziari), ha l'obiettivo di analizzare gli aspetti riguardanti i comparti Costi e Ricavi, legati alla realizzazione di una infrastruttura autostradale.
L'elaborato è composto da una parte iniziale necessaria ad inquadrare il contesto di riferimento del lavoro svolto. In modo particolare i temi trattati riguardano il mondo del Partenariato Pubblico Privato (PPP), del Project Finance (PF) e della UNI/TS 11453, riportando definizioni, ruoli e caratteristiche, nonché una breve parte di statistica, a livello italiano, che sia in grado di inquadrare la situazione relativa alle tematiche PPP e PF negli ultimi anni.
Il Progetto viene poi analizzato in modo da creare un quadro completo, in particolare riguardo gli aspetti economico - finanziari.
In primo luogo è stato compiuto uno studio del contesto di riferimento, tramite una analisi di mercato, secondo dati ISTAT, la quale potesse essere indicativa riguardo al ritorno economico dell'opera, e quindi ai potenziali ricavi generati da quest'ultima. Tale studio è da considerarsi strategico, trattandosi di una operazione di Project Finance.
Successivamente è stato analizzato il costo dell'opera nel tempo, tramite l'utilizzo delle Delibere CIPE relative al Progetto.
Tale elaborato ha come principale obiettivo quello di studiare la UNI/TS 11453 Linee guida per l'iter di finanziamento per le costruzioni - criteri e parametri omogenei di gestione economica - finanziaria nei progetti

No full textLAUREA MAGISTRALEIl contesto di crisi economica in cui versa l’Italia in questi ultimi anni, ha spinto le Pubbliche Amministrazioni a far maggior ricorso al PF-PPP, Project Financing e Partenariato Pubblico Privato, con lo scopo di finanziare, costruire e gestire Infrastrutture, con contributo del Soggetto Promotore Privato.
Il tema del PPP è regolamentato da normative cogenti a livello italiano (D.Lgs. 163/2006) ed europeo (Libro Verde e Direttiva CEE 23/2014) e da normative ad applicazione volontaria tra cui la UNI/TS 11453: 2012 “linee guida per l’iter di finanziamento per le costruzioni”, che introduce un sistema di monitoraggio e controllo all’interno del rapporto tra Costruzione e Finanza.
Questo elaborato riguarda la verifica dell’applicabilità della UNI/TS 11453 ad un’Infrastruttura
Autostradale di prossima realizzazione, costruita tramite Concessione e finanziata parzialmente con il ricorso al Project Finacing.
La UNI/TS 11453 consente di relazionare le fasi di Progetto con i Processi dell’iter di finanziamento mediante raccolta ordinata delle informazioni in un Archivio Unico Specialistico, a partire dalla Bancabilità del Progetto fino alla chiusura del Contratto di Finanziamento (Project Closing) e si articola in quattro Processi, i primi due dei quali oggetto dell’elaborato:
P1_Bancabilità e P2_Predisposizione del Contratto di Finanziamento; in P1 viene valutata l’affidabilità del Soggetto Promotore Privato e la qualità dell’opera, in P2 invece viene predisposto e sottoscritto il Contratto di Finanziamento.
Dopo una fase iniziale di raccolta di informazioni, ricerca e studio sul Progetto e sull’evoluzione dei suoi costi, si è proseguito con la creazione dell’Archivio Unico mediante catalogazione e ricodifica della documentazione di Progetto. Tale operazione ha consentito di effettuare una comparazione tra i documenti richiesti dalla Specifica Tecnica e quelli resi disponibili dalla Committenza.
Da tale analisi si è potuto constatare l’effettivo beneficio apportato dall’utilizzo della UNI/TS 11453, la quale ha consentito di avere raccolta ordinata e completa della documentazione di Progetto, fondamentale per la fase di richiesta di finanziamento.
Inoltre, l’applicazione della Specifica Tecnica ha consentito di spostare il focus sul Progetto, rendendo anch’esso ulteriore garanzia, oltre al Soggetto Promotore Privato, per la richiesta di un finanziamento agli Istituti di Credito
Ontology-based user-defined rules and context-aware service composition system
Get PDFThe World Wide Web is becoming increasingly personalized as users provide more of their information on the Web. Thus, Web service functionality is becoming reliant on user profile information and context in order to provide user-specific data. In this paper, we discuss enhancements to SECE (Sense Everything, Control Everything), a platform for context-aware service composition based on user-defined rules. We have enhanced SECE to interpret ontology descriptions of services. With this enhancement, SECE can now create user-defined rules based on the ontology description of the service and interoperate within any service domain that has an ontology description. Additionally, it can use an ontology-based service discovery system like GloServ as its service discovery back-end in order to issue more complex queries for service discovery and composition. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
