Swapna in Ayurveda
Get PDFAyurveda being an ancient literature has given importance to each and every corner of life in maintaining health as well as diseased condition. Swapna is one among that. Acharyas has given almost importance for Swapna for diagnosis purpose as well as disease condition. Charaka has explained Swapna in the context of Arishta Lakshanas of disease. Kashyapa explained the concept in the discussion of Grahabhada. Almost all Acharyas stated the concept of Swapna in Prakruti. At the time of conception, Prukruti of a person is decided and status of Dosha at the time of conception determines Prakruti. So the Guna of dominant Dosha will be materializing in the form of Swapna. After Swapna, when its result appears as good or bad, if bad dreams occurs, procedures to be followed for its pacification. Absolute Porosity Analysis in Carbon Allotropic Nanofluids: A Sankar–Swapna Model Approach

interesting chemical and physical properties. The existing methods of porosity analysis have limitations that
prevent absolute porosity measurement. Hence, a technique independent of surface physical properties alone
can give the absolute porosity of the material. The porosity greatly influences the thermal diffusivity of a
material. The manuscript is the first report of employing the Sankar–Swapna model for analyzing the porosity variations in carbon allotropic nanofluids. The model helps not only in getting information about the absolute porosity variations among samples, but also suggests morphological modifications through the thermal diffusivity study using the sensitive single-beam thermal lens technique. The variations in thermal diffusivity and absolute porosity values are also correlated to morphological modifications based on the theoretical model and thereby proposing this as a surrogate method for absolute porosity analysis

No full textEfficient energy consumption is crucial for achieving sustainable energy goals in the era of climate change and grid modernization. Thus, it is vital to understand how energy is consumed at finer resolutions such as households in order to plan demand-response events or analyze the impacts of weather, electricity prices, electric vehicles, solar, and occupancy schedules on energy consumption. However, availability and access to detailed energy-use data, enabling detailed studies, has been rare. In this paper, we release a unique, large-scale, digital twin of the residential energy-use dataset for the residential sector across the contiguous United States covering millions of households.
The data comprise hourly energy use profiles for synthetic households, disaggregated into Thermostatically Controlled Loads (TCL) and appliance use. This dataset releases data for millions of synthetic U.S. households for 2014. The total data is approximately 30TB
