    Children who grow up in an environment that contains educated, polite, friendly people tend to follow people around them because what is seen is the manners carried out by adults. If the child grows up in an environment that contains uneducated people or even surrounded by perpetrators of crime, then the child will be more likely to behave violently and not hesitate to commit crimes or violence. The research method that the author uses is the normative juridical method, which is research that prioritizes literature data, namely research on secondary data. The secondary data can be primary, secondary or tertiary legal material. This research includes research on positive legal provisions in force in Indonesia relating to legal protection of children who are undergoing the formation process at the Special Child Development Institute (LPKA).     Based on the Decree of the Secretary of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 305/SEK/SK/VII/2018, the Supreme Court has chosen 17 District Courts, 6 State Administrative Courts and 9 Religious Courts as the Pilot Project Court for the e-court Application. On this basis, the sample of the court taken by the author is the District Court and Religious Court which is located in Tangerang Raya. The author will focus on the effectiveness and efficiency with regard to the role of the e-court system in the administrative system of the district and religious courts in Tangerang Raya. The large amount of time and files involved are considered far from the principles of fast, simple and low cost trial. It is hoped that time and cost efficiency problems can be resolved with E-court. To prove the test of the effective role of e-court in realizing fast, simple and low cost judiciary from the segmentation of district and religious courts in Tangerang Raya, the E-court system in state and religious courts in the Greater Tangerang area in segmentation creates efficiency in the case administration service process

The method used by the author is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which can help in making decisions to overcome a complex problem.     Utilizing Cow Dung Manage Into Crafts And Paper Canvas To Draw

    Cow dung, as an abundant organic waste in the livestock sector, has gained attention as an alternative raw material source for the paper industry. This study aims to explore the potential and environmental benefits of utilizing cow dung in paper production. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in which the author describes phenomenon and situation deep down. The study utilizes a scientific and technological approach with experimental analysis methods to identify the composition of cow dung and evaluate its potential as a raw material in the paper industry. Findings from this research reveal that cow dung contains a significant amount of coarse fibers and organic matter, which can be utilized as a primary component in paper manufacturing. The coarse fibers present in cow dung can be processed into pulp through appropriate chemical or mechanical treatments. Apart from serving as a fiber source, the utilization of cow dung in the paper industry has positive environmental impacts. The use of cow dung as a raw material for paper production can reduce the amount of waste disposed into the environment, thereby helping to mitigate soil and water pollution.     Literature studies can examine the effect of gamma radiation on physiological aspects of soybean plants. Gamma radiation is known to impact genetic diversity, growth, morphology, seed size, weight and protein content of soybean plants. The aim of this literature study is to examine the effects of providing gamma rays on the physiology of soybean plants (Glycine max (L) Merrill). The method used is literature or literature study where the author uses several pieces of literature as references in the journal he created. Some studies show that gamma radiation can cause a decrease in the ability of soybean plants to survive and can cause slower growth. However, other research also shows that gamma radiation can be used to induce genetic mutations that have an impact on the physiology of soybean plants. The discussion topics taken range from the process of gamma radiation inducing genetic mutations in soybean plants, analysis of mutations that occur in soybean growth, the effect of gamma ray radiation on plant growth, and the effect of gamma radiation mutations on physiological parameters: photosynthesis of soybean plants. &nbsp
