Strategies To Build Competitive Advantage Through Digital Marketing Communication
No full textTechnological developments have changed the business landscape in various sectors, including the hospitality industry. Hotel companies are now increasingly relying on digital marketing strategies to achieve a competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive market. Puri Asri Hotel Magelang is a company engaged in the provision of services and accommodation. This research aims to explore how the implementation of digital marketing by the marketing department of Puri Asri hotel can help generate competitive advantage, focusing on the communication aspect through digital marketing communication. The research conducted by the author uses a qualitative approach and observation method where the author conducts an internship at the company. By using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat). The results showed that the use of digital marketing in the hospitality industry has provided a significant competitive advantage. Through digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns, hotel companies can increase their reach to potential guests, strengthen brand image, and increase interaction with customers. Appropriate and targeted communication through digital channels has also helped hotel companies to be more responsive to customer feedback, allowing for quick adjustments to changing market needs.

No full textThis research is a report on an internship carried out by the author for 4 months at the Sentrum Space company, with a focus on the marketing division. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth observation, participation as an intern, and documentation studies. The research aims to examine the influence of influencers in marketing Sentrum Space. SWOT analysis shows that the company's main strength is digital-based promotion and optimal use of Instagram features, while its weakness lies in the low quantity of human resources. The opportunity to be exploited is the development of digital technology and low brand awareness, while the threat is competition and lack of company recognition. The marketing strategy is based on SWOT analysis, with a focus on optimizing the use of digital platforms, improving service quality, and utilizing social media as a marketing tool. Thus, this research provides insight into Sentrum Space's digital marketing strategy and recommendations for increasing the company's marketing success through digital platforms

The profits obtained from this product are shared based on a predetermined agreement. With profits divided proportionally between shahibul maal and mudharib. Term savings product as a means for BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera to increase income. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research was through documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques use editing, classification, analysis and conclusions. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using triangulation. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the determination of the profit sharing ratio for term savings products at BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera is in accordance with the mudharabah profit sharing method, namely profits become joint property and joint ownership rights

This literature study was obtained from research articles from 2019-2024. The reference article focuses on the Children Learning in Science (CLIS) model in elementary schools. The method used in this study is a literature study by identifying, screening and eligibility for 8 articles were selected that were relevant to the aims and problems raised by the author. It can be concluded that the implementation of Children Learning in Science (CLIS) gives good results in learning especially in Science matters. Polymorphism of mtDNA Cytochrome b Gene of Local Cattle in Indonesia

polymorphism of mtDNA cytochrome b (cytb) gene using
Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length
Polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method. Seventy-three
Indonesian local cattle were used in the study that
consisted of Madura cattle from Madura island (n = 15),
Madura cattle from Sapudi island (n = 23), Limousin x
Madura from Madura island (n = 5), Bali cattle from
Kupang (n = 12), Aceh cattle from Aceh (n = 5), Pesisir
cattle (n = 4), Bali cattle from West Sumatera (n = 1), and
Java cattle from Pacitan (n = 8). The 464-bp fragment of
cytochrome b (cyt b) gene was amplified using primers:
forward primer of L14735 and reverse primer of H15149.
The PCR product was digested using HinfI and TaqI
restriction enzyme to identify the polymorphism of
mtDNA cytochrome b (cytb) gene. The result showed
that there was two haplotypes (A and B). Aceh and Pesisir
cattle have 100% haplotype B meanwhile Bali cattle (from
Kupang and West Sumatera) and Limura cattle have 100%
haplotype A. Whereas, Madura cattle from Madura and
Sapudi island and Java cattle have two different
haplotypes (A and B). There was mt-DNA cytochrome b
polymorphism of local cattle in Indonesia based on PCRRFLP
analysis method. Since the genetic variation in local
cattle showed the differences in the specific area, it is
necessary to control the cattle populations based on the
species.

No full textThe orientation of Islamic education is different from the orientation of education in general, because in addition to oriented to the worldly aspect, it is also oriented to the dimensions of ukhrawi. Many cues in the Qur'an that can be used as a spirit for Islamic education to balance and align the two orientations. To read the Qur'anic cues, the author uses a rational-religious approach initiated by Jawwad Rida. This approach is used to read the basic philosophy of Iqra 'or Surah al-'Alaq in presenting a discussion entity different from the previous discussion. This article discusses various issues concerning rational-religious approaches, from the aspect of epistemology to the fundamental themes. The themes discussed in this article include thoughts related to current realities, so this article is expected to contribute to the treasury of Islamic education
INVESTIGATING EFL LEARNERS’ INQUIRY PROCESS IN ACADEMIC READING
No full textFor a higher-order comprehension, academic reading class at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon is designed to develop the EFL learners’ critical reading, and to draw their awareness to the relationship between reading and writing. The study was intended to find out how the students are engaged critically to respond to academic texts, and express an informed opinion on issues addressed in a written form. The idea of reading response is influenced by the work of Rosenblatt. For her, reading transaction is an active event. Although this theory was widely applied in literature major, but the writer sees such a valuable thing to bring this theory into academic reading setting. Qualitative data are presented, which demonstrate how critically minded these learners are when engaging with texts. The author gathered data for this analysis by conducting observation, interview and document analysis of learners’ written work.This article concludes with suggestions for how teachers can develop their own critical literacy approach to texts and units. The research concludes that the EFL learners presented in this study established a careful selection of texts, activation of their background knowledge, questions to the author’s ideas, intertextuality for answering the questions, and reflection in finishing their product

No full textSocial phenomena that occur in Subagan Village, Karangasem District, such as alcohol, trek-trekans, narcotics, crime and the low level of sradha and devotion among Hindu youths are the background for the author to conduct research on character education in Subagan Village, Karangasem District. Strategies carried out through formal education; namely through school and non-formal education by conducting socialization about moral teachings, building a boarding school (gurukula) and traditional approaches to families in youth education. Based on that strategy, this research has implications for the character education of Hindu teenagers in Subagan Village both in the fields of tattwa, ethics/morals and rituals. IMPLEMENTATION OF LSB AND PLAYFAIR METHODS TO SECURE TEXT FILES INTO WAV AUDIO FILES
No full textIn the rapidly evolving digital communication era, the demand for information security is escalating. Three main security techniques are required: cryptography, watermarking, and steganography. Despite cryptography and watermarking having detectability weaknesses, steganography emerges as a more reliable choice as it can conceal messages across various media without arousing suspicion. This article discusses the utilization of steganography, particularly the Least Significant Bit (LSB) technique, for embedding messages within audio wave files as the medium. In this research, the author combines steganography with encryption using the Playfair Cipher algorithm to enhance overall data confidentiality. Implementation results demonstrate that the combination of LSB and Playfair methods effectively conceals messages without compromising audio quality. Evaluation of stego quality using PSNR indicates that audio quality remains high after embedding secret messages, with PSNR exceeding 40 dB. Despite successful message extraction during decoding, the message content remains protected and requires decryption to be read. In conclusion, the use of steganography in audio wave files with a combination of Playfair Cipher encryption and LSB methods proves to be an effective approach in preserving privacy and data confidentiality during transmission
