Analisis Perizinan Objek Wisata Umbul Sidomukti Ditinjau Dari Permen Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 4 Tahun 2021
Umbul Sidomukti is tourism in Semarang Regency and has been established since 2007 with various tourist attraction facilities. Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy No. 4 of 2021 is a new provision that regulates the risk-based business licensing of the tourism sector with the implementation of the OSS RBA system and as an elaboration of PP No. 5 of 2021 and Law no. 11 of 2020. The ratification of these three regulations will change the business licensing system in Indonesia and affect tourism business licensing, especially the Sidomukti Umbul tourism business license. The author aims to provide an explanation of the changes that occurred as a result of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy No. 4 of 2021, namely the tourism sector business licensing system which was originally permit-based to become risk-based, business licensing services through the RBA OSS system and ex-post licensing changes. The author describes the incompatibility of Umbul Sidomukti's business licensing with the latest tourism licensing provisions. The author uses a qualitative descriptive research method based on qualitative data analysis with a case study method on Umbul Sidomukti and content analysis on laws and regulations relating to business licensing risk-based tourism sector
Analisis Hukum Pemberdayaan Sosial Terhadap Komunitas Adat Terpencil (KAT) di Kabupaten Berau "Studi pada Komunitas Adat Terpencil Dinsos Maluang"
As a manifestation of the government's attention to the frontier, outermost, and lagging 3T areas, the government held a Remote Indigenous Community Empowerment Program based on Presidential Decree Number 186 of 2014. The goal to be achieved in this discussion is to find out how to empower remote indigenous communities based on Presidential Decree Number 186 of 2014 and implementation of its implementation in Berau District. The research method used in this research is empirical juridical. Types of descriptive research. The data analysis method used by the author is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of the empowerment of remote indigenous
communities in the village of Maluku has been going quite well according to the applicable laws and regulations, but there are still inhibiting factors such as the distance and geographic border areas from social service centers, health centers and education centers and not yet there is access to electricity and telecommunications networks at the KAT location. In addition to these factors, it was also found that the distance between residents and the construction of new areas for settlements, schools and so on was not under the authority of the Ministry of Social Affairs but the PUPR
Pelaksanaan Hubungan Kerja Antara Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) Dan Kepala Desa Dalam Pembentukan Peraturan Desa (PERDES) Studi Kasus di Desa Gedangan Kecamatan Cepogo Kabupaten Boyolali
In the process of forming a village regulation, the implementation of village governance must be able to adapt to the aspirations of the village community, so as to create democracy in the village. As a form of democracy in the village, a village consultative body has been formed whose functions and duties are to jointly draft village regulations with the village head, as well as accommodate aspirations and channel aspirations from the village community. In formulating village regulations, the role of the village consultative body is very important, so that the village regulations that are formulated are regulations and provisions that really come from the aspirations of the village community. The issues examined in this research are (1) Formation of Village Regulations based on Legislation; (2) Implementation of a working relationship between the Village Consultative Body and the Village Head in the Formation of Village Regulations in Gedangan Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency; (3) Review of the Islamic Perspective on the Formation of Village Regulations. The research method used in this research is empirical juridical. Types of descriptive research. The data analysis method used by the author is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the role of the Village Consultative Body in Gedangan Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency in implementing the formation of Village Regulations in Gedangan Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency has not yet proceeded as with the applicable laws and regulations. there are inhibiting factors such as members of the Village Consultative Council who do not understand their functions and duties, many people do not know about the existence of the Village Consultative Council, experience in serving, and the Human Resources of each member of the Village Consultative Council
Common myths of six sigma demystified
Purpose – Six Sigma has been part of our business lexicon for more than a decade. Debates on its emergence as a strategic initiative have created critics who consider it as an old wine in a new bottle. Is Six Sigma a management fad? This article presents some common myths and realities of Six Sigma business strategy. The paper provides an excellent resource for those people who would like to know whether Six Sigma is just a management fad or fact. Design/methodology/approach – The paper discusses some common myths and realities of Six Sigma by critically reviewing the existing literature on Six Sigma and also provides a greater insight into the viewpoints of leading academics and practitioners. Findings – Six Sigma is neither a fad nor just another quality initiative. It relies on factual data coupled with hard work and is a disciplined and structured problem-solving methodology. The authors strongly argue its integration with other continuous/breakthrough improvement initiatives for sustaining the merits of Six Sigma in the twenty-first century. The paper also elucidates the role of academia in further developing and establishing the best practices of Six Sigma management strategy. Six Sigma will evolve over time like many other initiatives – however, the key concepts, the principles of statistical thinking, tools and techniques of Six Sigma, will stay for many years, irrespective of whatever the “next big thing” will be. Practical implications – In the authors' opinion, Six Sigma will continue to grow as a powerful management initiative for achieving and sustaining operational and service excellence. However, what will eventually determine whether Six Sigma is viewed by businesses as just a passing management fad or not, largely depends on the leadership and success of its execution. The authors believe that organisations developing and implementing Six Sigma should not view it as an advertising banner for promotional purposes. Originality/value – The paper yields a great value to both researchers and practitioners of Six Sigma in dispelling the myths of Six Sigma, which have been quite prevalent in the business fraternity

Structure and photoluminescence properties of PbO–Bi2O3–Ga2O3 glass-ceramics containing silver nanoparticles, free lead and bismuth ions
We report the synthesis, structural characterization, and optical properties of PbO–Bi2O3–Ga2O3 glass-ceramics (GCs) containing PbO and Bi2O3 crystallites, free lead (Pb2+) and bismuth (Bi3+) ions, and silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs). The samples were prepared by applying the melt-quenching method followed by suitable heat-treatment of the samples. Transmission Electron Microscopy, X-ray diffraction, linear optical absorption, and photoluminescence (PL) were the techniques applied to characterize the samples. When the samples were excited at 330 nm a large PL intensity, due to the Pb2+ and Bi3+, is observed. Moreover, large PL intensity enhancement of about 1000% for the samples containing Ag-NPs is observed in comparison with the PL intensity from the samples without Ag-NPs. This is the first time that this behavior is reported for a GCs based on heavy-metal oxides. The potential of this class of materials for photonic applications is discussed
