    No full text

The Politics of the Innovative Russian-Language Poetry on the Example of Poetry Book Spolia by M. Stepanova

The article examines the claims of researchers of experimental Russian-language poetry of the 21st century (Kukulin, Lipovetsky, Weiser) about its turn to socio-political themes. Their claims about the deep connection between literary form and politics are examined taking into account the post-Marxist aesthetic thought of Jacques Ranciere. The second part of the article analyzes the book of poems by M. Stepanova Spolia. It is concluded that the book thematizes and demonstrates the idea of the immanent politics of the poetic text, compatible with the aesthetic views of the French theorist. Thus, it is proved that the idea of the political potential of literary form is not only a scientific construct, but that the interweaving of the literary and the political is inscribed in the deepest layers of the latest poetic texts

Educazione e narrazione.

    No full text
This essay analyses the role that educational practice assumes in MacIntyre’s writings, bringing it into dialogue with the theme of narrative. Drawing on Ethics in the Conflicts of Modernity: An Essay on Desire, Practical Reasoning, and Narrative, the paper examines the interplay between education and narrative in order to show the particular sense that the category of narrative takes on in MacIntyre’s thought

Science, Value, Historicity. Considerations About The Science of Value by Michael Heinrich

The article examines Heinrich's analysis of Marx's critique of political economy, particularly focusing on the interplay between scientific revolution and classical tradition. While Marx initiates a scientific break from classical political economy, his exposition remains ambivalently tethered to it. Heinrich identifies key theoretical elements of classical political economy – individualism, anthropologism, and empiricism – that shape its discourse. Following Heinrich’s interpretation, it is possible to define the characteristics that give Marx’s critique of political economy its scientific status, specifically: anti-empiricism, anti-anthropologism, and anti-historicism. These characteristics enable Marx’s critique to establish a radically alternative scientific paradigm compared to that of classical political economy and neo-classical economics. The article further explores the conceptualization of social relations as the new theoretical object, which cannot be merely observed empirically but requires a sophisticated abstraction that transcends empirical methodologies. The discussion culminates in an analysis of value as a social relation, contrasting it with classical views that treat value as an inherent quality of commodities. This nuanced perspective underscores the necessity for a theoretical framework that captures the social dimensions of labor and value, thereby advancing our understanding of modern economic structures

We classify all closed non-orientable P2-irreducible 3- manifolds obtained by identifying the faces of a cube, i.e. those with cubic-complexity one. We show that they are the four flat ones

Debating The Science of Value. My Response to the Discussants

I would like to express my thanks for the many comments discussing my book in this Symposium collected by Riccardo Bellofiore and Stefano Breda. All the articles are very interesting, with some points of criticism worthy of consideration being raised, as well as possible extensions or elaborations of my arguments. I will address some of these points. Unfortunately, I don’t have the space or time to do all of them the justice they deserve. The fact that I am not addressing some of the contributions below is because I see very great agreement with my own views here

Regularity properties of solutions to a sixth order Kirchhoff-Love’s type model for nanoplates

    Get PDF
We prove advanced regularity results for solutions to a sixth order equation arising in the mechanical Kirchhoff-Love’s type model of the static equilibrium of a nanoplate in bending. Such regularity properties play a crucial role in the treatment, among others, of the inverse problem consisting in the determination of the Winkler coefficient of a nanoplate
