“Be open to all those ways that people can live their lives”: LGBTQ+ client recommendations for adapting Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy
Emotionally focused couple therapy (EFCT) is an empirically supported treatment for relationship distress. Yet, despite EFCT's substantial evidence base, to date, there have been no studies that have integrated LGBTQ+ clients' experiences and therapeutic needs into the EFCT process. Thirty-five EFCT clients participated in theater testing focus groups to generate client recommendations for the use of EFCT for LGBTQ+ relationships. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Participants drew on their own lived experiences, their experiences receiving EFCT, and EFCT video observation to make recommendations about the use of EFCT for LGBTQ+ relationships

OSSAPTestingPlus: A Blockchain-Based Collaborative Framework for Enhancing Trust and Integrity in Distributed Agile Testing of Archaeological Photogrammetry Open-Source Software
(1) Background: A blockchain-based framework for distributed agile Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry (OSSAP) testing life cycle is an innovative approach that uses blockchain technology to optimize the Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry process. Previously, various methods have been employed to address communication and collaboration challenges in Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry, but they were inadequate in aspects such as trust, traceability, and security. Additionally, a significant cause of project failure was the non-completion of unit testing by developers, leading to delayed testing. (2) Methods: This article discusses the integration of blockchain technology in Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry and resolves critical concerns related to transparency, trust, coordination, testing and communication. A novel approach is proposed based on a blockchain framework named Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry Testing-Plus. (3) Results: The Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry Testing-Plus framework utilizes blockchain technology to provide a secure and transparent platform for acceptance testing and payment verification. Moreover, by leveraging smart contracts on a private Ethereum blockchain, Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry Testing-Plus ensures that both the testing team and the development team are working towards a common goal and are compensated fairly for their contributions. (4) Conclusions: The experimental results conclusively show that this innovative approach substantially improves transparency, trust, coordination, testing and communication and provides security for both the testing team and the development team engaged in the distributed agile Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry (Open-Source Software for Archaeological Photogrammetry) testing life cycle

Test-retest reliability of TMS motor evoked responses and silent periods during explosive voluntary isometric contractions
PurposeThis study assessed the test-retest reliability of TMS motor evoked potentials (MEPs)and silent periods at early, middle, and late phases of the rising time-torque curveduring explosive voluntary contractions. We also investigated how the number ofconsecutively averaged measurements influenced reliability.MethodsOn two separate occasions 3-7 days apart, 14 adults completed 16 isometricexplosive (1-s) contractions of the knee extensors per condition, superimposed with TMS. The TMS elicited an MEP and silent period in the superficial quadriceps muscles at 45 (early), 115 (middle), or 190 ms (late) during each contraction. TMS was alsosuperimposed at the plateau of 15 separate MVCs. Test-retest intraclass correlationcoefficient (ICC) and coefficient of variation (CV) were calculated for MEPs and silentperiods consecutively averaged over 3 to 15 separate contractions.ResultsNo one condition/phase was more reliable than another. For MEP amplitude, in allconditions except the explosive late phase, ICCs generally increased, and CVdecreased, with an increase in the number of averaged contractions, and were >0.50ICC and <15% CV within 7 contractions. For silent period, ICCs and CVs wereunaffected by the number of consecutively averaged contractions and remained >0.50 ICC and <10% CV.ConclusionTest-retest reliability of TMS responses is comparable between phases of explosivecontraction and at the plateau of MVC. To maximise reliability of MEPs duringexplosive contractions or MVCs, we recommend future studies average data acrossmore than the 3-5 contractions typically reported in the literature investigating MEPs at MVC plateau.<br/
Effectiveness of digital behaviour change interventions for promoting physical activity in adolescents with overweight and obesity: A systematic review and meta-analysis
Background: Obesity in adolescence is associated with many adverse health and well-being outcomes. Physical activity plays an important role in the prevention of obesity; however, many adolescents with overweight and obesity are physically inactive. Digital behaviour change interventions (DBCI) are increasingly used to increase physical activity; however, there is insufficient evidence on their use in promoting physical activity among adolescents with overweight and obesity, including its active components. This review aims to evaluate the effectiveness of DBCIs in promoting physical activity among adolescents with overweight and obesity and to identify the behaviour change techniques (BCTs) used in these interventions. Methods: Seven electronic databases were searched for randomized controlled trials and quasi-experimental studies evaluating DBCIs for physical activity promotion in adolescents with overweight and obesity aged 10–19 years. The risk of bias in the included studies was assessed using Cochrane's Risk of Bias tool 2 and ROBINS-I tool. Meta-analyses were performed using random effects models. The BCTs used within the DBCIs were coded using the Behaviour Change Technique taxonomy (v1). Results: Eighteen studies involving 1769 participants were included. DBCIs showed a large, significant positive effect on total physical activity (SMD = 1.61, 95% CI: [0.56, 2.66], p = 0.003), but non-significant effects on moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) (SMD = 0.16, 95% CI: [−0.39, 0.71], p = 0.56) and step count (SMD = −0.10, 95% CI: [−0.52, 0.32], p = 0.65). High heterogeneity was observed in total physical activity and MVPA analyses. The most frequently used BCTs were information about health consequences, goal setting, self-monitoring, feedback on behaviour and social support. Conclusion: DBCIs can effectively promote overall physical activity among adolescents with overweight and obesity, although their impact on MVPA and step count remains unclear. Future research should focus on optimizing BCT combinations and improving long-term engagement while addressing intervention effect variability. Systematic review registration: PROSPERO CRD4202127000
