Field of study Get PDF 抄録:「闘病記」という語が一般に用いられるようになった。この資料群は、民間の研究団体が患者のための情報源として注目し、従来は文学等の分類にあったものを疾患名によって分類、再配置したものである。「闘病記」の記述は病いの当事者としての語りであり、病いを負うものにとっては同じ立場から発信された情報源、体験の共有の契機となる。同時に、医療者にとっても患者側の文脈において病いを捉える手がかりとなる。医学教育において臨床が重視される中で、「闘病記」は多くの患者側の経験を擬似的に体験することのできる資料となろうが、力リキュラムの中で取り扱うことは難しい。愛媛大学では、医学生による「闘病記」データ整備の活動がきっかけとなって「闘病記文庫」の設置を行った。全体的にはよく利用され、看護学科では演習の補助資料として活用されているが、医学科における活用や運用方針は今後も検討の余地がある
