Економічна реконструкція промислових макрорегіонів України на засадах публічно-приватного партнерства в умовах війни та повоєнного відновленн
No full textThe article substantiates the conceptual model of economic reconstruction of industrial macroregions of Ukraine in the conditions of war and post-war recovery on the basis of public-private partnership (PPP). It is shown that the large-scale destruction of production facilities, logistics hubs and critical infrastructure necessitates the transition from fragmented restoration measures to systemic macroregional reconstruction, oriented on the principle of build back better, structural transformation of industry and increasing the resilience of the economy. It is proposed to consider the reconstruction of industrial macroregions as an integrated combination of infrastructure, industrial and innovation contours, which ensures the coordination of the restoration of basic networks, modernization of production potential and the formation of long-term sources of economic growth. Relevant PPP models for reconstruction and modernization projects are systematized depending on their functional purpose and level of risks; the feasibility of a portfolio approach to the implementation of PPP at the macroregional level is substantiated. A risk matrix of PPP projects has been formed, taking into account military, fiscal, market, institutional and climatic factors, and the principles of their distribution between public and private partners have been determined in accordance with the risk management capacity. A roadmap for the implementation of the PPP project portfolio in the macro-regional dimension has been developed, adapted to the specifics of the Dnieper region as a key industrial region of Ukraine.У статті обґрунтовано концептуальну модель економічної реконструкції промислових макрорегіонів України в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення на засадах публічно-приватного партнерства (ППП). Показано, що масштабні руйнування виробничих потужностей, логістичних вузлів і критичної інфраструктури зумовлюють потребу переходу від фрагментарних відновлювальних заходів до системної макрорегіональної реконструкції, зорієнтованої на принцип build back better, структурну трансформацію промисловості та підвищення резильєнтності економіки. Запропоновано розглядати реконструкцію промислових макрорегіонів як інтегроване поєднання інфраструктурного, індустріального та інноваційного контурів, що забезпечує узгодження відновлення базових мереж, модернізації виробничого потенціалу та формування довгострокових джерел економічного зростання. Систематизовано релевантні моделі ППП для проєктів відбудови й модернізації залежно від їх функціонального призначення та рівня ризиків; обґрунтовано доцільність портфельного підходу до впровадження ППП на макрорегіональному рівні. Сформовано матрицю ризиків проєктів ППП з урахуванням воєнних, фіскальних, ринкових, інституційних і кліматичних чинників та визначено принципи їх розподілу між публічним і приватним партнерами відповідно до спроможності управління ризиками. Розроблено дорожню карту впровадження портфеля проєктів ППП у макрорегіональному вимірі, адаптовану до специфіки Придніпров’я як ключового промислового регіону України
Tangent Weights and Invariant Curves in Type A Bow Varieties
No full textThis paper provides a complete classification of torus-invariant curves in Cherkis bow varieties of type A. We develop combinatorial codes for compact and noncompact invariant curves involving the butterfly diagrams, Young diagrams, and binary contingency tables. As a key intermediate step, we also develop a novel tangent weight formula. Finally, we apply this new machinery to example bow varieties to demonstrate how to obtain their 1-skeletons (union of fixed points and invariant curves).We would like to thank R. Construction of Irreducible ()ᴳ′-Modules and Discretely Decomposable Restrictions
No full textIn this paper, we study the irreducibility of ()ᴳ′-modules on the spaces of intertwining operators in the branching problem of reductive Lie algebras, and construct a family of finite-dimensional irreducible ()ᴳ′-modules using the Zuckerman derived functors. We provide criteria for the irreducibility of ()ᴳ′-modules in the cases of generalized Verma modules, cohomologically induced modules, and discrete series representations. We treat only discrete decomposable restrictions with certain dominance conditions (quasi-abelian and in the good range). To describe the ()ᴳ′-modules, we give branching laws of cohomologically induced modules using ones of generalized Verma modules when ′ acts on / transitively.This work is based on a part of my Ph.D. Thesis under the supervision of Professor Toshiyuki Kobayashi. Toda-Type Presentations for the Quantum K Theory of Partial Flag Varieties
No full textWe prove a determinantal, Toda-type, presentation for the equivariant K theory of a partial flag variety Fl(₁, …, ₖ; ). The proof relies on pushing forward the Toda presentation obtained by Maeno, Naito, and Sagaki for the complete flag variety Fl(), via Kato's KT(pt)-algebra homomorphism from the quantum K ring of Fl() to that of Fl(₁, …, ₖ; ). Starting instead from the Whitney presentation for Fl(), we show that the same pushforward technique gives a recursive formula for polynomial representatives of quantum K Schubert classes in any partial flag variety which do not depend on quantum parameters. Symmetric Separation of Variables for the Extended Clebsch and Manakov Models
No full textIn the present paper, using a modification of the method of vector fields ᵢ of the bi-Hamiltonian theory of separation of variables (SoV), we construct symmetric non-Stäckel variable separation for the three-dimensional extension of the Clebsch model, which is equivalent (in the bi-Hamiltonian sense) to the system of interacting Manakov (Schottky-Frahm) and Euler tops. For the obtained symmetric SoV (contrary to the previously constructed asymmetric one), all curves of separation are the same and have genus five. It occurred that the difference between the symmetric and asymmetric cases is encoded in the different form of the vector fields used to construct the separating polynomial. We explicitly construct coordinates and momenta of separation and Abel-type equations in the considered examples of symmetric SoV for the extended Clebsch and Manakov models.The author is grateful to Franco Magri for explaining the bi-Hamiltonian approach to separation of variables, for the interest in the work, and for useful discussions. No full textАктуальність: 1 травня 2025 р. Чернігівський обласний молодіжний театр святкуватиме 40-річчя з дня свого заснування. Збереження традицій театру, творчого методу режисера Геннадія Касьянова є актуальними для культури Чернігівщини. Сьогоденна творчість акторів та режисерів театру в умовах широкомасштабної війни в Україні є унікальним досвідом культурного спротиву російській агресії.
Метою статті є дослідити творчу діяльность Чернігівського обласного молодіжного театру та творчості його засновника – режисера Геннадія Касьянова в контексті соціокультурного простору кінця ХХ – ХХІ ст.; проаналізувати процес становлення та розвитку Чернігівського обласного молодіжного театру; виокремити неординарність, специфічність та особливості зародження традицій театрального світу режисера Г. Касьянова, театрально-сценічної культури в його творчих пошуках та мистецьких практиках; дослідити особливості сучасного репертуару Чернігівського обласного молодіжного театру; визначити творчі засади розвитку Чернігівського обласного молодіжного театру в умовах російської воєнної агресії; виявити особливі завдання шляхів та перспектив удосконалення творчої практичної діяльності, проаналізувати сценічні втілення театру в період повномасштабної окупації України та облоги Чернігова під час вторгнення Росії.Relevance: May 1, 2025 Chernihiv regional youth theater will celebrate the 40th anniversary of its founding. Preservation of traditions of the theater, the creative method of director Gennady Kasyanov are relevant for the culture of Chernihivschyna. The current work of actors and directors of the theater in conditions of a large-scale war in Ukraine is a unique experience of cultural resistance to Russian aggression.
The purpose of the article is to study the creative activity of the Chernihiv regional youth theater and the work of its founder - director Gennady Kasyanov in the context of the socio-cultural space of the late 20th–21st c.; to analyze the process of formation and development of the Chernihiv regional youth theater; to highlight the originality, specificity and peculiarities of the emergence of traditions of the theatrical world of director G. Kasyanov, theatrical and stage culture in his creative searches and artistic practices; to investigate features of the modern repertoire of the Chernihiv regional youth theater; to determine the creative principles of the development of the Chernihiv regional youth theater in conditions of Russian military aggression; to identify special tasks of ways and prospects for improving creative practical activity, to analyze the practical stage embodiments of the theater during the period of full-scale occupation of Ukraine and the siege of Chernihiv during the Russian invasion

No full textМета статті: представити історію Чернігівського обласного театру ляльок: заснування та діяльність закладу, колектив та репертуар театру; функціонування театру в різні історичні періоди; сучасне приміщення театру – пам’ятка архітектури місцевого значення, колишній кінотеатр ім. О. Довженка. Наукова новизна. У статті представлено матеріали історії Чернігівського обласного театру ляльок ім. О. Довженка, які зберігаються в Державному архіві Чернігівської області (ДАЧО) та архіві театру. Методологічну основу роботи становлять принципи цілісності, систематичності, історизму та об’єктивності, завдяки чому вдалося досягти неупередженості та забезпечити комплексність дослідження. Використано загальні методи дослідження: емпіричні, теоретичні, комплексні, а також спеціальні методи наукового дослідження: компонентний аналіз та групування. Висновки: прослідковано історію Чернігівського обласного театру ляльок, його функціонування в різні періоди, зміни колективу та репертуару. Важливо зазначити, що театр зберіг свою основну функцію й залишається важливою складовою культурно-просвітницького життя міста.The purpose of the article: to present the history of the Chernihiv regional puppet theater: the foundation and activities of the institution, the team and repertoire of the theater; functioning of the theater in different historical periods; the modern building of the theater is an architectural monument of local importance, the former O. Dovzhenko cinema. Scientific novelty. The article presents the history of the O. Dovzhenkо Chernihiv regional puppet theater, which is stored in the State archive of the Chernihiv region (SACHO) and the theater archive. The methodological basis of the work is principles of integrity, systematicity, historicism, and objectivity, thanks to which it was possible to achieve impartiality and ensure the comprehensiveness of the research. In writing the article, all general methods of research were used: empirical, theoretical, and complex, as well as special methods of scientific research: component analysis and grouping. Conclusions: the article traces the history of the Chernihiv regional puppet theatre, its functioning in different periods, changes in the staff and repertoire. It is important to note that the theater has retained its main function and remains an important component of the cultural and educational life of the city
