Formation of a management system for material incentives of hotel enterprise
No full textСучасна готельна сфера функціонує у середовищі постійних економічних викликів, воєнних ризиків і змін споживчих очікувань, що потребує оновлення підходів до мотивації персоналу. Формування ефективної системи управління матеріальними стимулами працівників готельних підприємств дозволить забезпечити підвищення продуктивності праці, якості обслуговування клієнтів та конкурентоспроможності закладу. Метою статті є теоретичне обґрунтування та практична апробація заходів підвищення ефективності системи матеріального стимулювання персоналу готельних підприємств, спрямованих на формування стійкої мотиваційної системи. Під час дослідження застосовано наступні методи дослідження: системний аналіз, порівняльний аналіз та SWOT-аналіз, що дозволило виявити внутрішні резерви підвищення результативності праці. У статті визначено, що ефективність матеріального стимулювання безпосередньо залежить від поєднання фінансових винагород з нематеріальними факторами, які забезпечують психологічне задоволення, відданість підприємству та професійний розвиток. Особливу увагу приділено формам матеріального заохочення: гнучким схемам оплати праці, преміям за якість сервісу, корпоративним привілеям і соціальним пільгам. Дослідження реалізовано на прикладі глемпінг-готелю, де проведено SWOT-аналіз системи мотивації персоналу. Виявлено низку слабких сторін: висока плинність кадрів, недостатня транспортна доступність і відсутність доплат за перевантаження, а також окреслено перспективи вдосконалення системи.
За результатами дослідження доведено, що модернізація системи матеріального стимулювання є необхідною умовою підвищення ефективності управління готельними підприємствами. Особлива увага приділена моделі, яка поєднує матеріальні та статусні стимули, сприяє формуванню балансу між продуктивністю праці й рівнем оплати, а також забезпечує зростання лояльності персоналу. Результати демонструють, що врахування індивідуальних потреб працівників, розвиток партнерської корпоративної культури та гнучкість управлінських рішень виступають запорукою успішного функціонування готелів у конкурентному середовищі.The modern hotel industry operates in an environment of constant economic challenges, military risks and changes in consumer expectations, which requires updating approaches to staff motivation. The formation of an effective system for managing material incentives for hotel employees will ensure increased labor productivity, quality of customer service and competitiveness of the institution. The purpose of the article is the theoretical justification and practical testing of measures to increase the effectiveness of the system of material incentives for hotel employees, aimed at forming a sustainable motivational system. The following research methods were used during the study: system analysis, comparative analysis and SWOT analysis, which allowed identifying internal reserves for increasing labor productivity. The article determines that the effectiveness of material incentives directly depends on the combination of financial rewards with intangible factors that provide psychological satisfaction, loyalty to the enterprise and professional development. Particular attention is paid to forms of material incentives: flexible wage schemes, bonuses for service quality, corporate privileges and social benefits. The study was implemented on the example of a glamping hotel, where a SWOT analysis of the staff motivation system was conducted. A number of weaknesses were identified: high staff turnover, insufficient transport accessibility and the absence of surcharges for overloading, and prospects for improving the system were outlined.
The results of the study proved that the modernization of the material incentive system is a necessary condition for increasing the efficiency of hotel management. Special attention was paid to the model that combines material and status incentives, contributes to the formation of a balance between labor productivity and the level of pay, and also ensures the growth of staff loyalty. The results demonstrate that taking into account the individual needs of employees, the development of a partnership corporate culture and flexibility of management decisions are the key to the successful functioning of hotels in a competitive environment
The Morse-Smale Property of the Thurston Spine
No full textThe Thurston spine consists of the subset of Teichmüller space at which the set of shortest curves, the systoles, cuts the surface into polygons. The systole function is a topological Morse function on Teichmüller space. This paper studies the local properties of the Thurston spine and the smooth pieces out of which it is constructed. Some of these local properties are shown to have global consequences, for example, that the Thurston spine satisfies properties defined in terms of the systole function analogous to that of Morse-Smale complexes of (smooth) Morse functions on compact manifolds with boundary.The author would like to thank Stavros Garoufalidis, Don Zagier, and a number of very helpful anonymous referees for comments that led to significant improvements
Zeros of Hook Polynomials and Related Questions
No full textWe study the zero set of polynomials built from partition statistics, complementing earlier work in this direction by Boyer, Goh, Parry, and others. In particular, addressing a question posed by Males, two of the authors prove asymptotics for the values of -hook polynomials away from an annulus and at isolated zeros of a theta function. We also discuss some open problems and present data on other polynomial families, including those associated with deformations of Rogers-Ramanujan functions.We thank the anonymous referees for providing useful feedback, which improved the exposition. Twisted Post-Hopf Algebras, Twisted Relative Rota-Baxter Operators and Hopf Trusses
No full textThe present article is devoted to studying the categorical relationships between the categories of Hopf trusses, weak twisted post-Hopf algebras, introduced by Wang (2023), and weak twisted relative Rota-Baxter operators. The latter objects are a generalisation of the relative Rota-Baxter operators defined by Li-Sheng-Tang (2024), where the Rota-Baxter condition is modified through a cocycle. Bailey Pairs and an Identity of Chern-Li-Stanton-Xue-Yee
No full textWe show how Bailey pairs can be used to give a simple proof of an identity of Chern, Li, Stanton, Xue, and Yee. The same method yields several related identities as well as false theta companions.We thank A.J. Factorization of Basic Hypergeometric Series
No full textThe general problem of the factorization of a basic hypergeometric series is presented and discussed. The case of the general ₂₂ series is examined in detail. Connections are found with the theory of basic hypergeometric series on root systems. Alternative proofs of several well-known summation and transformation formulae, including Gustafson's generalization of Ramanujan's ₁₁ summation, are obtained incidentally.My thanks are due to the referees for their comments and suggestions and for drawing my attention to the papers [16, 17, 21]. No full textУ статті узагальнено дані багаторічних натурних гігієнічних, фізико-хімічних, експериментальних і клінічних наукових досліджень, проведених на кафедрі гігієни, безпеки праці та професійного здоров’я Національного медичного університету ім. О.О. Богомольця, з вивчення впливу наночастинок металів на здоров’я людини. Показано, що токсичність наночастинок залежить насамперед від шляхів їх надходження до ор ганізму. Крім політропної загальнотоксичної дії, наночастинки справляють імунотоксичний і генотоксичний вплив, а також зумовлюють фіброгенний ефект, призводячи до помірно вираженого повільно прогресуючого пневмосклерозу та пневмофіброзу.The article summarizes the data of long-term field hygienic, physicochemical, experimental and clinical research conducted at the Department of Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Health of the Bogomolets National Medical University to study the impact of metal nanoparticles on human health. It has been shown that the toxicity of nanoparticles depends primarily on the ways they enter the body. In addition to the polytropic general toxic effect, nanoparticles have immunotoxic and genotoxic effects, as well as fibrogenic effects, leading to moderately pronounced slowly progressive pneumosclerosis and pneumofibrosis
Strategizing Regional Innovation Ecosystems: a Project Approach to Analyzing the Dynamics of Economic Security During Wartime in the Context of the Need for Innovative Modernization
No full textСтаття присвячена аналізу процесів стратегування регіональних інноваційних екосистем в умовах воєнних дій з акцентом на забезпеченні економічної безпеки та необхідності інноваційної модернізації. Проведено аналіз динаміки ключових факторів, що впливають на їх стійкість та здатність до інноваціних змін. Проаналізовано підходи стратегування регіональних інноваційних екосистем як проекту аналізу динаміки економічної безпеки під час війни в контексті потреби інноваційної модернізації на основі структуризації проблематики формування позитивної динаміки розвитку. Визначено роль спільного бачення акціонерів, в основі якого є кооперація та взаємне доповнення у росту темпів циркуляції знань усередині системи для інноваційних процесів регіонального розвитку. Досліджено трансформаційні процеси функціонування інноваційних екосистем та ролі її суб’єктів, ідентифіковано проблеми регіонального розвитку у залежності від рівня фінансування наукової складової у сфери діяльності та створення індустріальних парків в екосистемі. Досліджено динаміку змін загальної чисельності малого і середнього бізнесу на формування динаміки доданої вартості у відсотках до загальної доданої вартості за витратами виробництва відповідного виду діяльності за видами економічної діяльності. Визначено роль малого і середнього бізнесу в інноваційній економіці у забезпеченні рівня економічної безпеки. Запропоновано підходи структуризації проектного підходу для аналізу динаміки економічної безпеки та використання інтеграції процесів стратегування регіональних інноваційних екосистем з процесами стратегічного планування у загальній стратегії регіонального розвитку. Розроблено рекомендації щодо формування ефективних стратегій розвитку регіональних інноваційних екосистем в умовах невизначеності та війни.The article is dedicated to the analysis of the processes of strategizing regional innovation ecosystems in the context of hostilities, with an emphasis on ensuring economic security and the necessity of innovative modernization. The dynamics of key factors influencing their resilience and ability to innovate are analyzed. Approaches to strategizing regional innovation ecosystems as a project for analyzing the dynamics of economic security during wartime in the context of the need for innovative modernization are analyzed based on the structuring of the problems of forming positive development dynamics. The role of a common vision of stakeholders, based on cooperation and mutual complementarity in the growth of the rate of knowledge circulation within the system for innovative processes of regional development, is determined. The transformational processes of the functioning of innovation ecosystems and the roles of its actors are investigated, and problems of regional development depending on the level of funding for the scientific component in the in relevant field and the creation of industrial parks in the ecosystem are identified. The dynamics of changes in the total number of small and medium-sized businesses on the formation of the dynamics of value added as a percentage of the total value added at production costs of the corresponding type of activity by types of economic activity are investigated. The role of small and medium-sized businesses in the innovative economy in ensuring the level of economic security is determined. Approaches to structuring a project approach for analyzing the dynamics of economic security and using the integration of strategizing processes of regional innovation ecosystems with strategic planning processes in the overall strategy of regional development are proposed. Recommendations for the formation of effective development strategies for regional innovation ecosystems in conditions of uncertainty and wartime challenges are developed
