Так, Інститут археології НАН України сьогодні виконує близько 20 проєктів, частину з яких спрямовано не лише на проведення досліджень та публікацію результатів, а й на збереження археологічної спадщини України.The report notes that despite the difficult conditions, the institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine continue archaeological research and expand international cooperation. For example, the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is currently implementing about 20 projects, some of which are aimed not only at conducting research and publishing results but also at preserving the archaeological heritage of Ukraine

The theoretical and practical results obtained at the State University of Information and Communication Technologies are considered. These are aimed at creating new, flexible and adaptive methods for protecting critical infrastructure facilities and developing effective cyber threat assessment systems

The vagarses of fate, or the hero of an unwritten adventure novel: Grigoriy Pavlovich Lamzdorf- Galagan (1910–2004)
No full textМетою статті є спроба відтворити життєпис графа Григорія Павловича Ламздорфа-Галагана (1910–2004), внучатого племінника Г.П. Галагана (1819–1888), який був схожий на пригодницький роман унаслідок історичних катаклізмів, що сталися в Російській імперії та Україні після 1917 р. і привели його на шлях незламної боротьби з комунізмом та до обрання ролі учасника германо-радянської війни, колаборанта нацистів. Методи дослідження: історизм, опис та аналіз. Наукова новизна: звернення до постаті Г.П. Ламздорфа-Галагана як до одного з представників роду Галаганів відбувається вперше. Він цікавий тим, що є по суті останнім представником білоемігрантів, хто воював в Іспанії 1936–1939 рр. на боці Франко, у 1940 р. – з німцями у Франції, служив перекладачем у німців на території СРСР в 1941 р. і створював у білоруському Осинторфі Російську національну армію (РНА) у 1942 р., яка згодом стала ядром армії генерала Власова. Будучи внучатим племінником Г. Галагана, граф Ламздорф перебував на відстані від України, бо зростав у петербурзькій аристократичній родині, яка вивезла його маленьким хлопчиком до Югославії, а потім до Франції. У Сокиринцях, маєтку свого двоюрідного дідуся, він, вочевидь, бував не часто. Після смерті графа його молодший син Михайло став спадкоємцем батькового архіву, де зберігалися «Спогади про Сокиринці» французькою мовою його дідуся П. Ламздорфа-Галагана. Завдяки цим документам М. Ламздорфу вдалося встановити зв’язки із Сокиринцями і згодом разом з кузиною Єлизаветою Блейк, дітьми й онуками відвідати родове гніздо Галаганів, Прилуки, Чернігів і Київ та доповнити документами із сімейного архіву родовий фонд Галаганів у Центральному державному історичному архіві України та Чернігівському обласному художньому музеї ім. Г. Галагана. Висновки: доля графа Г. Ламздорфа є прикладом того, як місця проживання за кордоном з раннього дитинства в емігрантському середовищі формували тип його поведінки; як спадкові, інтелектуальні, сімейні та психологічні фактори визначили його особистість. Він забув свою сімейну історію, пов’язану з Україною, був одержимий ідеєю покінчити з режимом Сталіна та всесвітнім комунізмом, обравши для цього шлях співробітництва з гітлерівцями, і назавжди опинився без Батьківщини.The purpose of the article is an attempt to recreate the biography of count Grigory Pavlovich Lamzdorf-Galagan (1910–2004), the great-nephew of G.P. Galagan (1819–1888), which was similar to an adventure novel due to the historical cataclysms that occurred in the Russian empire and Ukraine after 1917 and led him on the path of an indomitable struggle against communism and to choosing the role of a participant in the German-Soviet war, a collaborator with the Nazis. Methods: historicism, description and analysis. Scientific novelty: the figure of G.P. Lamzdorf-Galagan is addressed for the first time as one of the representatives of the Galagan family. He is interesting because he is essentially the last representative of the White emigrants who fought in Spain in 1936–1939 on the side of Franco, in 1940 – with the Germans in France, served as a translator for Germans on the territory of the USSR in 1941 and created the Russian National Army (RNA) in Osintorf, Belarus in 1942, which later became the core of Vlasovʼs army. Being the great-nephew of G. Galagan, count Lamzdorf was at a distance from Ukraine, because he grew up in a St. Petersburg aristocratic family, which took him as a little boy to Yugoslavia, and then to France. He apparently did not visit Sokyryntsi, his great-uncleʼs estate, very often. After the countʼs death, his younger son Mykhailo became the heir to his fatherʼs archive, which contained «Memoirs of Sokyryntsi» in French by his grandfather P.K. Lamzdorf-Galagan. Thanks to these documents, M.G. Lamzdorf managed to establish ties with Sokyryntsi and later, together with his cousin Elizaveta Blake, children and grandchildren, visit the Galagan family nest, Pryluky, Chernihiv and Kyiv and supplement the Galagan family fund in the Central state historical archive of Ukraine and the G. Galagan Chernihiv regional art museum. Conclusions: the fate of count G.P. Lamsdorf is an example of how living abroad from early childhood in an emigrant environment shaped the type of his behavior; how hereditary, intellectual, family and psychological factors determined his personality. He forgot his family history associated with Ukraine, was obsessed with the idea of putting an end to Stalinʼs regime and world communism, choosing the path of collaboration with Nazis for this, and forever found himself without a homeland

Розвиток формальних та інтелектуальних методів автоматизації проєктування програмних систем досяг необхідної наукової і технологічної зрілості, щоб стати основою цифрової трансформації галузей економіки України.The report discusses the results of the works carried out at the Institute of Soft ware Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on the development of formal and intelligent methods for automating the design of soft ware systems, which are widely used in security and defense, meteorology, ecology, energy, nanotechnology, robotics, etc. It is emphasized that the Ukrainian scientific school in this area, founded by Academician V.M. Glushkov, is now at the forefront in the world. The development of formal and intelligent methods for automating the design of soft ware systems has reached the necessary scientific and technological maturity to become the basis for the digital transformation of Ukraine’s economic sectors

His personal role in the scientific formation and growth of the author of the article, in the formation of exploratory scientific research on the economics, sociology and ecology of industrial production as the basis of national management and the key to the human-centered development of regions in sovereign, independent and united Ukraine is revealed.
In the form of historical and analytical essays, examples of manifestations of his kindness and humanity, professionalism and scientific foresight, patriotic devotion to the Cossack KIN and the Motherland are given.
