Floating Across a Shifting Border : Transnational Subjects in Yi Yi : A One and a Two and Café Lumière
No full textTaking Edward Yang\u27s Yi Yi: A One and a Two (2000) and Hou Hsiao-Hsien\u27s Café Lumière (2003) as examples, this article addresses the rise of new wave in the age of globalization. In parallel with the Hollywood-led transformation of the film industry on a global scale, Taiwan new wave appeared in the early 1980s as an alternative and post-national cinematic movement, making a break with the old and government-oriented filmmaking. Through a close reading of the reflexive subjects and their cross-cultural flows between landscapes in the films, this article investigates the ways how new wave filmmakers, both at the diegetic and extra-diegetic levels, reflect on the transformation of Taiwan\u27s geopolitical landscape and fluid subjectivity under globalization
Design and Analysis of Observer-Based Active Damping for LCL Filter Resonance in Grid-Connected Converter
No full textDue to its superiority over L and LC filters, LCL filters are widely used to connect PWM converters to the grid. However, the resonance problem produced by these filters requires more effort in the design process to damp it. Active damping techniques which use the sensed capacitor current are widely used in this regard; however this requires an additional current sensor which increases the overall cost. In this paper, an observer is employed in the control system to estimate the capacitor current without the need for additional sensors. A systematic design and analysis for the observer-based active damping system is introduced in this paper. The simulation results and the experimental verification are presented as well

No full text本報告では，電子ジャーナルの包括契約を雑誌毎の個別契約に切り替える際に生じる雑誌の選択問題を扱う．本事例報告では，梅谷のアプローチに基づき，九州大学における2014年度の電子ジャーナルの購読・ダウンロードデータを用いて，電子ジャーナル購読計画の数理最適化を試みる．結果として，包括契約においてダウンロードされた論文を7割以上充足しつつ，かつ分野毎の公平性をある程度保証する個別契約の雑誌の組合せを求めることができた

No full text九州大学附属図書館では，2013 年度に大幅にリニューアルしたWeb サービスに対する利用者の反応を調査するために，2014 年度にオンラインアンケートを実施した．こうして得られた利用者の声を踏まえ，2015 年度にWeb サービスの改修作業を行い，機能改善や新機能をリリースした．これらの改修内容について簡単に報告する
