ANALISIS EVALUASI BADAN PENYELENGGARA AD HOC PEMILIHAN UMUM 2019 DI SULAWESI TENGGARA
Get PDF This research was motivated by the illness of 436 Election organizers and the death of 6 Ad Hoc Organizers in Southeast Sulawesi. To reveal this, the study was designed which is a mix method approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents with a multi-stage random sampling technique. The results showed the Ad Hoc Organizing Body at the 2019 General Elections in Southeast Sulawesi carried out all stages of the holding of the 2019 General Elections in accordance with their duties and authorities as stipulated in the regulations. The recruitment pattern of the Ad Hoc Organizing Body in Southeast Sulawesi has done openly, independently, fulfilling the physical and mental health requirements and has knowledge about electoral, so the results of the research show the Ad Hoc Organizing Agency in Southeast Sulawesi has been tasked with working independently, with integrity and professionalism. The objective condition of the workload of the Ad Hoc Administration Agency in Southeast Sulawesi, in general, the stages of election activities that are felt to be very burdensome are related to the calculation of election results and the collection of voter lists. Get PDFThis study aims to determine strategies for improving the social welfare of persons with visual impairments through an inclusive policy implemented by the Malang Blind Social Rehabilitation Technical Implementation Unit (UPT RSCN) Malang as a forum for finding policy forms from the efforts made by the East Java Provincial Government.The research method used a qualitative approach. The data analysis used to determine the research results used descriptive analysis with an interactive data analysis model. the next process is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) for the formulation of strategic plans in the context of community empowerment in local government institutions.The results showed that the strategies implemented in this program were passive and offensive strategies. It can be said that the implementation of the program implemented is quite good, seen from the patient's way of thinking who is more visionary, has work skills and has creativity. In addition, all patients who have been rehabilitated can compete in the world of work and have their own business for their survival. Thus, they can improve regional welfare and reduce unemployment

Get PDFThis paper aims to determine the provision of geriatric health services to elderly prisoners. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collected by researchers by conducting field studies is conducting interviews with several correctional officers to obtain data through interviews, field studies and literature reviews in explaining the provision of geriatric health services to elderly prisoners. The results showed that service delivery was constrained by costs, facilities and infrastructure as well as a lack of human resources who were experts in the health sector. Elderly prisoners do not get the geriatric care that should be done so that elderly prisoners receive treatment and prevention of diseases and health problems due to ageing. This can be handled by carrying out routine checks on inmates. Not only examinations but also counselling activities about the health experienced by elderly prisoners. This examination is carried out by the prison in collaboration with the regional health office and is carried out regularly every week. With this routine check-up, elderly prisoners can overcome their health problems and prevent diseases that usually attack a person due to ageing

The research method used is a qualitative method with a triangulation approach, namely observation, interviews, and written or archived data. The results show that the use of website technology in Kadia sub-district is a strategic step in responding to challenges in the era of governance development and improving the quality of digital technology-based public services. Ease of information dissemination and data integration between villages and districts are advantages that should facilitate public access. This situation should be able to change the mindset of all parties, both government officials and the public, which will lead to a more effective and efficient quality of public services. However, the impact of website technology has not yet been seen on improving the quality of public services. this is because the public's knowledge is still low regarding the existence of the sub-district website and how to use it, and also the lack of socialization of the sub-district website by the sub-district government to the Kadia community

The method uses a qualitative approach. Data and information obtained through observation, interview and library research methods. The data and arguments built in this writing are sourced from literature, such as books related to political party conflicts, materials that are already in written form and other sources that support primary data sources such as documentation, theses, theses, journals. and other scientific papers or from the internet, websites or blogs as well as to informants in the field through interviews.The results showed that the internal conflict of the National Awakening Party was caused by differences in political views in determining the choice of the candidate for the Regional Head of Subang Regency in 2018. This happened when there was a difference between Andi Lukman Hakim, Chair of the Subang National Awakening Party Branch Management Board who supported the Dedi pair. Junaedi-Budi Setiadi. Meanwhile, the Central Executive Board Decree fell to the pair Hj. Imas Aryumningsih-Sutarno. The conflict then led to the freezing of the Subang District PKB DPC, and was taken over by the caretaker management. Get PDFThe politicization of the bureaucracy cannot be separated from its mutualism character. Regional heads need electoral nutrition from ASN to win their political machine, while ASN needs political networks and closeness to power to build a career in the bureaucracy. This phenomenon will only destroy impartiality, thicken discrimination and KKN-ism in public services, shackle politics in a political remuneration cage and, no less important, reduce the value of democracy. This study method uses a qualitative method, where data is obtained using a literature review. The literature exploration in this study uses data and information sources related to the neutrality of ASN in the context of local elections in various regions and its implications for bureaucracy and democracy. Then the data is classified and analyzed.The results of the study concluded that the principle of ASN neutrality must be a fixed price, especially in the 2020 Regional Election. The ASN Commission as a partner of Bawaslu and the institution was given the authority to supervise ASN neutrality must be proactive, objectively following up on findings of violations in the field. Therefore, there is no reason for the Civil Service Officer (PPK) (regent/mayor/governor) not to impose strict sanctions on a number of ASN Commission recommendations regarding violations of ASN neutrality. The firmness of PPK in imposing sanctions will greatly help minimize “naughty” ASN

Minimum Service Standards health in hospitals is very important to measure the hospital's performance of health services. This study aims to describe the quality of service at the Pharmacy Installation at Santa Anna Hospital, Kendari City during the Covid-19 pandemic based on five indicators of minimum pharmaceutical service standards are waiting time for drug services, the absence of errors in drug administration, writing prescriptions according to the formulary, patient satisfaction and availability of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). This study is observational research which is descriptive used cross sectional design. The sample was outpatients for 90 samples at Santa Anna Hospital, Kendari City, who fulfill the inclusion criteria. Instruments used questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. The results showed that the indicator of waiting time for concocted drugs and non-concocted drugs was 8 minutes and 4 minutes, respectively. There was no error in administering medications (100%). The suitability of prescription writing to the National Formulary was 99.73%, patient satisfaction to tangible dimensions and reliability dimensions were 82.23% and 84.84%, respectively. The responsiveness dimension was 79.65%, the assurance dimension was 83.54%, and the empathy dimension was 85.48%, and the availability of the standard operating procedure was 63.64%. This study's pharmacy installation at Santa Anna Hospital in Kendari City has not fulfilled the predetermined Minimum Service Standards

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job promotion and work environment on the job satisfaction of Civil Servants (PNS) teachers in Kendari 6 High Schools (SMA), both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study were all PNS teachers in SMA Negeri 6 Kendari, amounting to 57 people, the method of data collection using documentation and questionnaires. The measurement scale of the data used is the Likert scale and the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous promotion of position and work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PNS teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Kendari. Likewise partially, the promotion of position and work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PNS teachers in SMA Negeri 6 Kendari

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to find out and study the analysis of the implementation of land acquisition for public use in Konawe Kepulauan Regency. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Research locus in Langara City, with research informants namely parties involved in land acquisition. Data collection is done by in-depth interview techniques, observations, and document studies, while data analysis techniques are done qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study show that: analysis of the implementation of land acquisition for the construction of public facilities in Konawe Kepulauan Regency uses eight stages of procedures, where at each stage the authority of the regional government working together National Land Agency is quite dominant in policy making, such as location determination, socialization, land measurement, land survey, announcements the results of land survey and compensation. Whereas the community or landowner is the party that has suffered a lot from land acquisition policies, due to inadequate types of compensation, low compensation, and delays in fulfilling the rights of landowners. In a no-no situation, the population administration information system is good enough. However, in the context of population registration, it has not run optimally due to inadequate facilities.
