    Karadeniz AraştırmalarıAzerbaycan'ın dış politikada kültür ve dijital diplomasi entegrasyonunu, teorik yaklaşımlardan uygulama ve durum analizlerine, bölgesel ve küresel etkilerden yenilikçi uygulamalara ve geleceğin diplomasisi senaryolarına kadar geniş bir perspektifle ele almaktadır. Kültür diplomasisi ve dijital diplomasi kavramlarını, Azerbaycan dış politikası perspektifiyle incelerken, yumuşak gücün ve kamu diplomasisinin temellerini detaylandırmaktadır. Politika belgeleri ve stratejik planlamalar aracılığıyla Azerbaycan'ın dijital diplomasi ve kültürel diplomasi stratejileri tartışılır. Bu bölümde, ülkenin bilgi teknolojileri yatırımları ve bu yatırımların dış politikadaki yansımaları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca yapılan detaylı vaka çalışmaları, Azerbaycan'ın dijital ve kültürel diplomasi pratiğindeki somut adımlarını göstermektedir. TÜRKSOY dinamikleri ve Avrasya entegrasyonu sürecindeki rolü gibi faktörler incelenmiş, Avrupa Birliği ile ilişkiler üzerindeki potansiyel etkiler değerlendirilmiştir. Geleceğe yönelik senaryolar, yenilikçi uygulamalar ve bu uygulamaların Azerbaycan'ın dış politikasına potansiyel katkıları üzerinde durulmuştur. Artırılmış gerçeklik, sanal gerçeklik, yapay zekâ ve büyük veri gibi modern teknolojilerin Azerbaycan'ın kültür ve dijital diplomasi stratejilerindeki yerleri ve bu teknolojilerin gelecekteki rolü tartışılmıştır. Azerbaycan'ın dış politikada kültürel ve dijital inisiyatifleri arasındaki sinerjinin, uluslararası arenada ülkenin etki ve görünürlüğünü nasıl artırdığını ve uluslararası ilişkilerde modern diplomasi uygulamalarına öncülük edebilecek yenilikçi yöntemler önerdiğini ortaya koyulmaktadır. Azerbaycan'ın kültürel zenginliği ve teknolojik adaptasyon yeteneği, makalede analiz edilen stratejik unsurlar arasında öne çıkar ve ülkenin kültürel ve dijital diplomasi alanındaki gelecek vaat eden pozisyonu vurgulanmaktadır

    Production Of Pla-Based Agnps-Containing Nanofibers By Electrospinning Method And Antibacterial Application

    POLYMER BULLETINNanobiotechnology has achieved great advances in the field of scientific research in past years. Nanoparticles (NPs) with diameters ranging from 1 to 100 nm are the focus of nanotechnology. Green synthesis of encapsulated silver nanoparticles (eAgNPs) was carried out by using Solidago virgaurea L. (SvL) and Tussilago farfara L. (TfL) extract as reducing/protecting agent. An UV-vis spectrophotometer was used to determine the optimal conditions to produce eAgNPs from plant extracts, including pH, temperature, plant extract, and mixing times. The optimal conditions for AgNPs synthesis from the SvL plant and TfL plant were (1:1) extract-AgNO3, 24 h mixing time, and a temperature of 25 & DEG;C. SEM, TEM, FTIR, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometer analyses were carried out to ascertain the surface characterization and structural properties of eAgNPs and the nanofibrous mats' physicochemical characteristics. The results of the analysis revealed that the eAgNPs are nanosized and contain silver. eAgNPs-doped nanofiber production from polylactide acid (PLA) polymer was realized by electrospin method. The required production parameters for the electrospinning method of producing PLA-based nanofibers were investigated. Nanofiber was produced by combining 0.5 and 1 AgNPs in an 8 PLA solution. The biological effects of the developed PLA@eAgNPs nanofibrous mats were examined in vitro. The antibacterial activity of nanofibers against E. coli was determined using the agar diffusion method. eAgNPs and PLA-based nanostructured materials are suggested as bioactive coatings capable of preventing the development of microbial population on surfaces relevant to healthcare

    The Relationship Between Nursing And Midwifery Undergraduate Students' Health Beliefs And Breast Cancer Knowledge Levels And Their Breast Self-Examination Behavior

    JOURNAL OF PUBLIC HEALTH-HEIDELBERGPurpose This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between nursing and midwifery undergraduate students' health beliefs and breast cancer knowledge levels and breast self-examination (BSE) behavior. Materials and method This study was based on a cross-sectional research design and conducted in a Web environment. Four hundred and forty-eight female students were included who study in the 3rd or 4th years of the nursing and midwifery departments. Research data were collected between December 2020 and January 2021 by utilizing the Introductory Information Form, the Champion's Health Belief Model Scale, and the Comprehensive Breast Cancer Knowledge Test. Results It was revealed that 52.7 of the students performed BSE on a regular basis. Based on the practice of BSE, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of benefits, obstacle perception, confidence/self-efficacy, and motivation subscales of CHBMS (p < 0.05). In terms of the risk of not performing BSE among students, having an extended family increased the risk by 3.29 times, not applying a clinical breast examination by 6.53 times, and a 1-unit increase in weighted GPA by 2.18 times; a 1-unit increase in the obstacle perception score related to BSE practice increased risk by 1.11 times. Conclusion and recommendations Nurses' and midwives' health beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors should be improved with regard to the importance of breast cancer and BSE throughout their education, so that they can be role models for preventive healthcare practices in society

    Generative Artificial Intelligence Technology For Systems Engineering Research: Contribution And Challenges

    INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENTThe advancement of artificial intelligence technology in recent years has had a significant impact on various industries, including the field of systems engineering. Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), like OpenAI's ChatGPT, is one such tool that has garnered attention. While this technology offers researchers in systems engineering intriguing possibilities, it also introduces certain risks to the traditional research framework. The aim of this paper is to investigate the advantages and drawbacks associated with embracing generative AI. We conducted a comprehensive literature review utilizing resources like Google Scholar, Web of Science, and the Scopus database, along with professional websites and white papers. The analysis highlights the potential benefits of generative AI in systems engineering research, including data processing, analysis, hypothesis formulation, prediction and forecasting, and collaboration enhancement. However, it also underscores various risks, such as potential data bias, the generation of human-like text, potential loss of analytical capabilities, and difficulties in analyzing output from these AI tools. As emphasized in this paper, numerous concerns still need to be addressed regarding the use of generative AI tools due to their relatively new nature and evolving capabilities

Descriptive statistics, independent groups t test, ANOVA, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis, Tukey tests and regression analysis were used in the evaluation of the data. The significance level was taken as 0.05 in the interpretation of the results.Results: In the study, it was found that those who had a large family type, who thought that complementary or alternative medicine practices were beneficial, who recommended these practices to their close environment or friends, and who found complementary medicine practices more beneficial than the treatments applied in health institutions positively affected the scale mean scores (

    Gazi Üniversitesi Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi DergisiCoCrFeNi YEA’ları mekanik alaşımlama yöntemiyle üretilerek geleneksel sinterleme ve spark plazma sinterleme yöntemleriyle konsolide edilmiştir. Sinterleme yöntemi ve sıcaklıklarının bir fonksiyonu olarak mikroyapıların incelenmesi için x-ışınları difraksiyonu (XRD), odaklanmış iyon demeti mikroskobu (FIB) ve geçirimli elektron mikroskobu (TEM) yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, alaşımlanmış yapıların tek fazlı yüzey merkezli kübik (ymk) kristal yapıya sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Bununla birlikte, aynı sıcaklıklarda uygulanan spark plazma sinterleme sonrasında alaşımların mikroyapılarında ymk kristal yapıya sahip matris fazına ilave olarak Cr7C3 fazının da oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Mekanik alaşımlanmış yapıların tane boyutu 10 nm civarında iken, 1000 ve 1100 °C’deki geleneksel sinterleme sonrasında tane boyutu sırasıyla 450 nm ve 1,5 µm değerlerine ulaşmış, bu da nanokristal yapılı CoCrFeNi alaşımının geleneksel sinterleme ile termal kararlığını koruyamadığını göstermektedir. Mekanik alaşımlanmış tozların spark plazma sinterleme ile 1100 °C’de konsolidasyonu sonrası YEA’nın tane boyutu yaklaşık 355 nm olarak elde edilmiş olup bu değer aynı sıcaklıkta geleneksel sinterleme ile elde edilmiş alaşımın tane boyutundan daha küçüktür. Buna göre, CoCrFeNi YEA’sının mekanik alaşımlama sonrası 4,6 GPa olarak tespit edilen sertliği, 1100 °C’deki geleneksel sinterleme sonrasında görülen tane büyümesi nedeniyle 2,1 GPa’ya düşmüş, ancak 1100 °C’de spark plazma sinterleme ile konsolidasyon sonucunda sertlik değeri 3,6 GPa olarak korunmuştur.In the present study, CoCrFeNi HEAs were prepared in nanocrystalline structure and consolidated via conventional sintering and spark plasma sintering. Investigation of microstructures were implemented by using x-ray diffraction (XRD), focused ion beam microscopy (FIB), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) with respect to sintering type and temperature. The findings have showed that the as-milled single-phase face centered cubic (fcc) crystal structure was retained after conventional sintering at 1000 and 1100 °C, whereas spark plasma sintering yielded additional phase (Cr7C3) at the same temperatures. The as-milled grain size was increased from 10 nm to 450 nm and 1.5 µm after conventional sintering at 1000 and 1100 °C, respectively, revealing that the nano-structured CoCrFeNi alloy does not remain thermally stable after long exposures at elevated temperatures. On the other hand, the grain size was retained around 353 nm after spark plasma sintering at 1100 °C, which is dramatically smaller than that of conventional sintering. Accordingly, the hardness of mechanically alloyed CoCrFeNi HEA reduced from 4.6 GPa to 2.1 GPa after conventional sintering at 1100 °C due to the significant grain growth, whereas the advanced hardness of 3.6 GPa was maintained after consolidation at the same temperature with spark plasma sintering

Müzik ise besin alımını etkileyen önemli faktörlerden biridir. Fonda yer alan farklı tür müziklerin varlığı bireyleri duygusal, fizyolojik ve davranışsal açıdan çeşitli yollarla etkilemekte, bireyin bilişsel fonksiyonunu, akademik performansını, zekâ ve duygu durumunu da destekleyebilmektedir. Ayrıca müziğin bireylerin besin satın alma ve iştah durumu ile tükettikleri besin miktarını da etkilediği bilinmektedir. Bireylere hitap eden müzik türünün bulunduğu bir ortamda porsiyon kontrolüne dikkat edilmemesinin vücut ağırlığı denetimini güçleştireceği bilinmektedir. Aynı zamanda örgütlerde de değişim gerçekleşmektedir. Değişim söz konusu olduğunda değişime direnç de ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Günümüzde önemi gittikçe artan örgütsel değişim ve değişime direnç konuları, literatürde farklı yöntemlerle incelenmiştir. Fakat literatürde bu konuların mevcut durumunu bütünsel bir şekilde ortaya koyan bibliyometrik araştırmalara da ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bundan dolayı bu araştırmada örgütsel değişim ve değişime direnç konuları bibliyometrik analizle incelenmiştir. Araştırmada bu konularla ilgili Scopus veri tabanından elde edilen 402 adet yayının performans analizi yapılmış ve ardından VOSviewer programı kullanılarak görsel haritalama tekniğiyle bibliyometrik analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu konularla ilgili yapılan araştırmaların, en çok 2018 yılında yapıldığı ve en çok makale türünde yayınlar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Literatüre en çok katkı sağlayan ülkenin ABD ve en çok yayın yapan yazarın “Alas” olduğu saptanmıştır. En çok atıf alan kaynağın ise “Journal of Applied Behavioral Science” ; en çok ortak atıf alan yazarın “Oreg” olduğu belirlenmiştir.Change is not only a natural phenomenon. Change also takes place in organizations. When change is in question, resistance to change may also emerge. Organizational change and resistance to change, which are becoming increasingly important today, have been examined in the literature with different methods. However, there is also a need for bibliometric research that reveal the current status of these issues in a holistic manner. Therefore, in this research, organizational change and resistance to change were examined through bibliometric analysis. In the research, performance analysis of 402 publications obtained from the Scopus database on these topics was performed and then bibliometric analysis was carried out with visual mapping technique using VOSviewer program. It was determined that most of the research on these topics was conducted in 2018 and most of the publications were in the article type. It was determined that the country that contributed the most to the literature was the USA and the author who published the most was Alas. It was determined that the most cited source was Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and the most co-cited author was Oreg

    ψ(2S) Suppression in Pb-Pb Collisions at the LHC

    AMER PHYSICAL SOC ONE PHYSICS ELLIPSE, COLLEGE PK, MD 20740-3844 USAThe production of the psi(2S) charmonium state was measured with ALICE in Pb-Pb collisions at root s(NN) 5.02 TeV, in the dimuon decay channel. A significant signal was observed for the first time at LHC energies down to zero transverse momentum, at forward rapidity (2.5 < y < 4). The measurement of the ratio of the inclusive production cross sections of the psi(2S) and J/psi resonances is reported as a function of the centrality of the collisions and of transverse momentum, in the region p(T) < 12 GeV/c. The results are compared with the corresponding measurements in pp collisions, by forming the double ratio [sigma(psi(2S)) /sigma(J/psi)](Pb-Pb)/[sigma(psi(2S)) /sigma(J/psi)](pp). It is found that in Pb-Pb collisions the psi(2S) is suppressed by a factor of similar to 2 with respect to the J/psi. The psi(2S) nuclear modification factor R-AA was also obtained as a function of both centrality and p(T). The results show that the psi(2S) resonance yield is strongly suppressed in Pb-Pb collisions, by a factor of up to similar to 3 with respect to pp. Comparisons of cross section ratios with previous Super Proton Synchrotron findings by the NA50 experiment and of R-AA with higher-p(T) results at LHC energy are also reported. These results and the corresponding comparisons with calculations of transport and statistical models address questions on the presence and properties of charmonium states in the quark-gluon plasma formed in nuclear collisions at the LHC

    Search for jet quenching efects in high-multiplicity pp collisions at √s = 13 TeV via di-jet acoplanarity

    Springer Science and Business Media Deutschland GmbHThe ALICE Collaboration reports a search for jet quenching efects in highmultiplicity (HM) proton-proton collisions at √ s = 13 TeV, using the semi-inclusive azimuthaldiference distribution ∆φ of charged-particle jets recoiling from a high transverse momentum (high-pT,trig) trigger hadron. Jet quenching may broaden the ∆φ distribution measured in HM events compared to that in minimum bias (MB) events. The measurement employs a pT,trig-diferential observable for data-driven suppression of the contribution of multiple partonic interactions, which is the dominant background. While azimuthal broadening is indeed observed in HM compared to MB events, similar broadening for HM events is observed for simulations based on the PYTHIA 8 Monte Carlo generator, which does not incorporate jet quenching. Detailed analysis of these data and simulations show that the azimuthal broadening is due to bias of the HM selection towards events with multiple jets in the fnal state. The identifcation of this bias has implications for all jet quenching searches where selection is made on the event activity
