One Hundred Common Flowering Plants of Labrador fonds
Collection consists of 151 watercolour paintings by Valerie Powell, slides, and textual material relating to research conducted by Ellen Bryan Obed. Obed received a Canada Council Explorations Grant in 1984 to write One Hundred Common Flowering Plants of Labrador. The original manuscript was adapted in 1985 to Berries of Labrador in an effort to narrow the scope. Berries of Labrador was completed for Canada Council in 1985 and was published in 2021 by Memorial University Labrador Campus and in 2024 by Memorial University Press
