HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGETAHUAN HUKUM DENGAN SIKAP ANTIKORUPSI SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DAN KEWARGANEGARAAN KELAS X SMK NEGERI 2 KARANGANYAR
ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to investigate whether or not there is a significant relationship between knowledge of the law and anticorruption attitude in the 10th graders of SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method that was correlational in nature. The result of research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between knowledge of the law and anticorruption attitude, in the 10th graders of SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. The result of data analysis obtained rxy = 0.517 at significance level of 5% with N = 132, r table = 0.170 so that rstatistic> rtable 0.517 > 0.170, so that Ha was supported and Ho was not supported meaning that there was a positive relationship between X and Y variables. Meanwhile, tstatistic = 6.885 at significance level of 5% with df (n-2) = 132 – 2 = 130 and tstatistic = 1.656 so that tstatistic> ttable yaitu 6.885 > 1.656, so that X variable contributed significantly to Y variable. In addition, the size of the contribution of X variable to Y variable was 26.73% and the rest of 73.27% was affected by other factor. The simple linear regression equation obtained was Y = 47.988 + 0.396 X, so the regression equation obtained represented that every one unit increase in X variable, it was followed with the increase by 0.396 point in Y variable. The conclusion of research was there was a significant relationship between knowledge of the law about corruption and anticorruption attitude in the 10th graders of SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. STUDI PEMENUHAN HAK WARGA NEGARA MENDAPATKAN PEMBANGUNAN DESA DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN DANA DESA DI DESA TAMBAKBOYO KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO
ABSTRACTThe objective of the research was to describe the implementation and the factors influencing the implementation of the Dana Desa’ policies in fulfilling the citizens' right to development of village and empowering of village society in Tambakboyo Village, Sukoharjo District. The research method is qualitative. The research approach is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research: First, implementation activities include the stage of interpretation, organizing, and application. Second, the fulfillment of the right for the community in the form of increased participation of executor, right of information, right of development and empowerment of justice, based on priority analysis, and based on village typology. Third: the factors that influence the implementation of the Interpretation of the policies; budget resources, equipment, non-physical infrastructure; social, economic, and political conditions, and inter-organizational communication. PENGUATAN KARAKTER KEBANGSAAN PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH INDONESIA (SINGAPURA), Ltd.
ABSTRACTThe purposes of this research were to find out (1) The condition of nation insight from the student of Indonesian School (Singapore), Ltd. (2) The strategies of Indonesian School (Singapore), Ltd for strengthening the student’s nation character, (3) The obstacles of strengthening the student’s nation character in Indonesian School (Singapore), Ltd.This research used qualitative research methods with descriptive research as the type of research. The data consisted of: Informant, Observation, and Document. The sampling technique that has been used is purposive sampling, and the data were gathered by in-depth interview, observation, and literature review. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman that is consisted four components, such as data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusionThe results of this research were: (1) The condition of student’s nation insight knew as follow: (a) there were still several students who do not know Indonesian’s nation insight well, because they are seldom living in Indonesia, and their parent do not support them for preserving national identity of Indonesia, (b) Most of the students knew the material theoretically but they could not implement it well. (2) The strategies of Indonesian school (Singapore), Ltd. for strengthening the student’s nation character were implemented on (a) Teaching learning process in class through civic education, art education, history, bahasa, and another major that are suitable for implementing nation character learning such as sociology and economics. (b)Extracurricular activities, such as traditional music, traditional dance, and scout, (c) School cutural activities such as ceremony, activities related with showing art, etc. (3) The obstacles of strengthening student’s nation character were (a) there was low awareness from the student for knowing that the national identity of Indonesia must be preserved by them as the next nation generations, (b) there was a limited teacher for teaching student about nation character exactly through civic education, (c) modernization in globalization era makes the student chose to have western lifestyle. REVITALISASI NILAI-NILAI MUSYAWARAH PADA MAHASISWA UNS (STUDI KOMPARATIF ANTARA PMII KOMISARIAT KENTINGAN DAN KAMMI KOMISARIAT SHOLAHUDDIN AL-AYYUBI)
ABSTRACT The research aims to know: (1) the implementation of musyawarahin campus extra organization in PMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi; (2) the inhibitor and incentive factors in the revitalization of musyawarah values which are done byPMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi: (3) the revitalization strategy of musyawarah values byPMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi.This research used qualitative research method and case study research approach. Sampling technique which was used was purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data was through observation, interview and documentation. The data validity used triangulation data and triangulation method. The data analysis technique which was used was interactive analysis model include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The research findings show that (1) The implementation that was done in both organizations have shown the efforts in performing musyawarah values by doing a program or activity like discussion, meeting implementation and chairman election. The specific implementation which was done byPMII Komisariat Kentingan was by forum contract in mapabaand LSO discussion, meanwhile the specific implementation which was done by KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubiwas through TEKAD and Daurah Marhalah. (2) the inhibitor factors in musyawarah values revitalization generally cover:Lack of confidence,lack of reading habits, time problem,the administrators and members are busy, study oriented and negative feels toward campus extra organization. The incentive factors inPMII Komisariat Kentingan cover, Human Resources, interesting materials, good relations with outsidersand support from the lecturer. The incentive factors in KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubicover: spirit, interesting topics, high criticality, good adaptation and alumnus who contribute. (3) The strategies which were done byPMII Komisariat Kentingancover: a) Faculty discussion; b) Reviving kader; c) Forming a community; d) Inserting humor in the forum; e) Utilizing da’wah field with cultural approach in religion and education; f) PKM corner; g) Absorbing aspiration; h) Training of basic and aswaja; i) Focus Group Discussion (FGD).Meanwhile, the strategies which were done by KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi cover: a) Trial program and BPO socialization; b) Dwi pekanan discussion; c) MK Khos and MK Klasikal; also e) Making creation. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KONSIDERASI TERHADAP SIKAP TOLERANSI SISWA PADA KOMPETENSI DASAR MENGHARGAI KEBERAGAMAN SUKU, AGAMA, RAS, DAN ANTAR GOLONGAN DALAM BINGKAI BHINNEKA TUNGGAL IKA
ABSTRACTThe objective of research was to find out whether or not there is an effect of consideration learning model on students’ tolerance in basic competency of appreciating ethnic, religion, race diversities and classes in the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in SMP Negeri 1 Polokarto in the school year of 2016/2017.This study employed an experimental method with true experimental design with Posttest Only Control Design. The sampling tecnique used was cluster random sampling. Tecnique of collecting data used were: document analysis, observation and questionnaire methods. The data prerequisite analysis usedthe normality test and homogeneity test, and the proposed hypotheses of the research werw tested by using the t-test. Considering the result of research, it could be concluded that there was an effect of consideration learning model on student’s tolerance in the 7th graders of the SMP Negeri 1 Polokarto in basic competency of appreciating ethnic, religion, race diversities and classes in the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. This is can be proved by the result oh the research shows that the value of the tcount was 8.87 at the significance level of 5% with the dk = n1 + n2 – 2 (30 + 30-2 = 58), so that the value of the ttable was 2.001(interpolation). The value of the tcount = 8.87 was greater than that of the ttable = 2.001, and the average score of students’ tolerance for experiment class = 120.833 and 104.67 for those in control class. When it was converted into 0-100 scale, the mean score of students’ tolerance in experiment class was 88.84 and 76.96 for those in control class. It means that the grade taught using consideration learning model was better than control grade using conventional learning model. Keywords: consideration model, tolerance attitud
PERAN PT TELKOM DALAM PROGRAM KAMPUNG UKM DIGITAL DI KAMPUNG BATIK LAWEYAN SEBAGAI WUJUD CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
This study aimed to find out the role of PT.Telkom on Kampung UKM Digital Program asthe form of Corporate Social Responsibility, the effect of Kampung UKM Digital Program, and the obstacles found in the Kampung UKM Digital Program as the form of Corporate Social Responsibility. This was a qualitative descriptive study. The result of this study found that: First, the role of PT.Telkom as the initiator, facilitator, and the coordinator could be seen from some activities run by PT.Telkom such as: (1) digital marketing training for micro, small, and medium scale business (UKM) of batik entrepreneurs; (2) Supporting Digital small and Medium Business Village Program with some facilities. Those facilities were Blanja.com marketplace, the optic-cable network that covers all area of Batik Village of Laweyan, and wifi-corner in the Laweyan Meeting Hall. The role of PT.Telkom is a form of Corporate Social Responsibility in Corporate Citizenship since the mission of this program is to overcome the economic problem, particularly in assisting UKM and contribute to the society in the attempt of digitalization. Second, the effect of Digital small and Medium Business Village Program on the Laweyan villager was the increase of their income. It could be seen from the increase of the amount of UKM batik showroom guests. Third, the obstacles found in this program covers: (a) Structural obstacle that covers limited unclearness of the programing responsibilities; (b) Administration obstacle covers lack of program coordinator’ accompaniment and evaluation and ineffective implementation time; (c) Social obstacle covers lack of Batik UMKM entrepreneur’ willingness to thrive. KENAIKAN TARIF RETRIBUSI PARKIR DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PEMENUHAN HAK KONSUMEN (Studi di Kota Surakarta)
The result of research showed that the increased parking retribution tariff had not had implication yet to the compliance of consumer’s parking right in Surakarta city. It could be seen from the following consumer rights: 1) the consumer rights to obtaining parking retribution payment receipt or parking ticket; 2) that to obtaining good service from the parking personnel; 3) that to obtaining security protection; 4) that to obtaining compensation for loss/damage experienced. The fact occurring in the field showed that the four consumer parking rights above had not been met maximally. Then, the factors affecting the compliance of consumer right in parking management in Surakarta City included: 1) the consumer’s low awareness; 2) the parking personnel who did not know their right and obligation; 3) the existence of wild parking personnel; 4) the responsibility of parking management; 5) the supervision of Parking Service Technical Executing Unit (UPTD) of Surakarta City; 6) the role of Consumer Conflict Protection Agency (BPSK) of Surakarta City. PENGUATAN NILAI-NILAI MULTIKULTURAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DAN KEWARGANEGARAAN (Studi Pada Siswa Kelas X Sma Negeri 2 Karanganyar)
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Proses pengutan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal terpancang. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data menggunkan trianggulasi data dan trianggulasi metode. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif dengan tahap-tahap sebagai berikut (1) Tahap persiapan, (2) Reduksi Data, (3) Penyajian Data, (4) Penarikan Kesimpulan. Adapun prosedur penelitian dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) Tahap Persiapan, (2) Tahap Pengumpulan Data, (3) Tahap Analisis Data, (4) Tahap Pnyusunan Laporan Penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Tahap perencanaan pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam Silabus maupun RPP. Tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan menghadirkan aspek kultur dalam pembelajaran PPKn tanpa mengubah struktur kurikulum dan keilmuan. Tahap penilaian pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penilaian sikap untuk mengetahui sikap multikultural siswa; (2) Proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yaktu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Faktor pendukung anatara lain kurikulum 2013, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran serta kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, lingkungan sekolah yang heterogen. Faktor penghambat dalam proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn antara lain: faktor internal dan faktor teknis, faktor internal meliputi minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran PPKn. PERBEDAAN PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PREZI DAN POWER POINT TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA (Studi Siswa Kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017)
ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the different effect between the use Prezi and the use of Powerpoint as learning media towards the students’ learning interest in Civic subject at class X IPS SMA Negeri1 Teras Boyolali. This was a quantitative study with experimental method that used treatment.The samples of this study were taken by using Simple random sampling technique. The design of this study was posttest-only control experimental. Data of this study were collected through observations and questionnaire. Data analysis precondition test was done by doing independent test, normality test, and homogeneity test, while Hypothesis was tested by using T-test.The result of hypothesis test found that tcount was 3,034 with significance level of 5% and df= n1+n2-2 (34+34-2=66), then ttable was 1,99656 (interpolation).So, tcount (3,034) > ttable (1,99656) and average score of experimental group 1 was 92,74, it was higher than the average score of experimental group 2 which gained 86,79. Based on the calculation, it can be concluded that there was a significant differences between the use of Prezi and the use of Powerpoint as learning media towards the students’ learning interest to civic subject at class X IPS of SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali 2016/2017 academic year.The use of Prezi as learning media give more significant effect to the students’ learning interest since it had more innovative and interesting display, can be accessed online or offline, the given material was clear and easy to understand.
