Get PDFAbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operation Efficiency (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Proportion of Depositor’s Funding (PDPK), Purchase Financing (PJB), Profit Sharing Financing (PBH) and Return On Assets (ROA) to Profit Distribution Management (PDM) in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample determined by using purposive sampling based on Indonesia Syariah Bank for period of 2009-2013. The population in this research is 11 Syariah Banks, which 5 Syariah Banks are chosen based on purposive sampling. For analysis the data, multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS. The result of the research shown that internal bank factors (BOPO and PBH) give positive effect to PDM, the internal bank factors (FDR and PDPK) give negative effect to PDM, while internal bank factors (CAR and PJB) do not affect to PDM. Sampling method was 120 respondents using purposive sampling method. Method of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Method.
The result of the analysis shows that the three variables that have positive influence. The variables of Muslim friendly tourism, culture and foreign exchange rate have an indirect positive effect on Muslim tourist decision through the change of interest to visit Japan. While the variable of living cost, negatively influence indirectly to decision of Muslim tourists through change of interest to visit to Japan

Get PDFThe main objective of this legal research is to compare the legal construction and the use of “rahn tasjily” mechanism in the Sharia bank financing between Indonesia and Malaysia through law, concept, and history approaches. The data were analyzed qualitatively by systematic interpretation and historical interpretation. The results are: 1) Both countries do not have a strong regulation in Sharia guarantees, thus the law construction is implemented by harmonization and integration between Sharia principles and conventional regulations (civil). The differences are in the concept, the division of rahn, and the law substance in the Sharia banking complement regulation. 2) The mechanism is also different, where in Indonesia the guarantee should be bound by an authentic certificate (notary) and registered in the authority institutions in order that Sharia bank (murtahin) obtains a strong law protection beside an insurance. While in Malaysia, the use of collateral is only included in the financing contract without an authentic certificate; the registration is not compulsory and the ownership proof of guarantee (marhun bih) as well as the object is in rahin permanently (except a land); and the collateral strength for Sharia bank is an insurance

Semua aktivitas yang seharusnya memerlukan waktu yang lama serta harus ditempuh dengan jarak yang jauh, untuk saat ini lebih dimungkinkan untuk dikerjakan/diakses dimana-pun hanya hitungan menit atau bahkan hitungan detik saja. Sebagaimana halnya dengan teknologi digital yang terdapat dalam fitur-fitur komputer yang berbasis internet, memungkinkan pengoperasiannya serba otomatis dan canggih, dengan sistem komputerisasi/ format yang dapat dibaca oleh komputer.
