    Interfaith marriages are marriages between people of different faiths, such as marriages of Muslims and non-Muslims, both polytheists and pagan scholars. As a universal religion, Islam views that humans are one unity of the Ummah Wahidah community between individuals and individuals, and between one ethnic group and another ethnic group, there is no difference in the degree of humanity, the difference is the level of piety Allah. For this reason, in terms of marriage, Islam does not question differences in heredity, nationality and or citizenship, but religious differences are the focus of the problem, so that cases of interfaith marriages appear. This research aims to find out the fatwas of two major institutions in Indonesia namely the Indonesian Ulema Council and Nahdlatul Ulama. This study examines the fatwa and legal basis of the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council and Nahdlatul Ulama on interfaith marriages then analyzes the two fatwas and correlates with the context of Indonesianism and the development of the times. The results showed that the Indonesian Ulema Council as an ulama organization in the country forbade interfaith marriages. This fatwa was issued by basing on the arguments of the Koran, hadith, and using the principles of fiqhiyyah and ushuliyah. The prohibition of interfaith marriages is a form of prudence, given the many mudharat arising from such marriages. Nahdlatul Ulama also stressed the marriage between Muslims and non-Muslims is forbiden and illegitimate. The decision of the Lajnah Bahtsul Masail is based on the understanding of the book of Tuhfah al-Tullab bi Sharh al-Tahrir and Hashiyah al-Sharqawi. Muslim women can only be married to Muslim men because all scholars agree to forbid Muslim women from marrying non-Muslim men. Likewise Muslim men can only marry Muslim women. For a number of reasons, it is unlikely to attract women who are Jewish or Christian to convert to Islam. There are many other ways to get people into Islam. Arisan adalah sistem ekonomi yang diambil dari adat istiadat tradisional Indonesia yang menekankan prinsip kerja sama dan kekerabatan. Sampai saat ini arisan masih banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat indonesia. Bagaimana pun, tidak diketahui siapa yang pertama kali memicu sistem ini, dan kapan sistem ini mulai digunakan. Serta berbagai arisan yang ada di desa Sako Banyuasin. Arisan di desa-desa ini sudah lama berevolusi dari arisan bulanan dan tahunan berupa arisan tabungan, arisan bercocok tanam, arisan perayaan atau hajatan dan arisan bahan bangunan. Secara spontan tumbuh sikap kebersamaan, karena rasa senasib sepenanggungan dalam rangka untuk mengolah pertanian. Sikap kebersamaan yang tumbuh itu adalah sikap gotong-royong dalam bentuk arisan yang berasal dari daerah asal.     In Civil Law, a fiduciary guarantee is an agreement whereby the debtor binds its agreement to the creditor for the debt payable which makes proof of ownership of an object to be used as collateral for its debt. The agreement that occurs in a fiduciary guarantee called the accession agreement (additional agreement) is not the principal agreement of a loan agreement, to fulfill the achievements among the parties; the fiduciary guarantee must be registered with the fiduciary Registration Office. Whereas the fiduciary concept in Muamalah Fiqh according to the General Provisions of Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 68 / DSN-MUI / III / 2008 About Rahn Tasjily Fidusia is analogous to Rahn Tasjily. The concept of rahn tasjîly the râhin party binds the agreement to the murtahin, which is called the rahn tasjîly agreement by using a debt debt agreement accompanied by a collateral / guarantee in the form of evidence of ownership submitted to the murtahin. This means that the agreement contained in rahn tasjîly is an agreement that is accesoir because collateral in a debt in rahn tasjîly is an additional agreement. The difference between fiduciary guarantees and rahn tasjîly can be seen in terms of maintaining objects. In a fiduciary guarantee, the maintenance of objects that are used as collateral for debt is the obligation of the creditor but the maintenance costs are the responsibility of the debtor. Whereas in rahn tasjîly the maintenance of objects that are used as collateral for debt is not only the obligation of rahin, but can also be carried out by murtahin, while the equality can be seen from various aspects both in terms of definition, object, form of agreement, termination of agreement, and manner of execution goods.     Karang Taruna is expected to be able to change the new order in the institutional dimension. Significant changes following the flow of globalization and decentralization turned out to bring new, more open challenges in the community. Changes also often arise in organizing organizations as is usual for an organization that indeed continues to demand improvements along with the changes in society that occur. The aim of this study was to find out the participation of the youth of Mahardika Youth Organization in the development of Jubel Kidul Village, Jubel Kidul Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with 9 respondents, observing and investigating data using additional instruments such as interview guide lists, recorders and stationery. The results showed that the youth participation of the Mahardika Youth Organization in village development was demonstrated through activities carried out by Youth Youth, such as village clean-up activities, providing street lighting to the Village, streaking shock lines (sleeping police), social activities, activities commemoration of religious holidays and village consultation activities and consensus meetings.  Keywords: Partisipasi Pemuda, Pembangunan Desa, Karang Taruna

    Rukun Islam yang kedua yaitu sholat, salah satu syarat sahnya sholat adalah menghadap ke arah kiblat. Bagi orang-orang berada di Mekah dan sekitarnya perintah yang demikian ini tidak menjadi suatu permasalahan karena dengan mudah dapat melaksanakan perintah tersebut, namun bagi orang-orang yang jauh dari Mekah tentu timbul permasalahan tersendiri. Arah kiblat yang menyimpang beberapa derajat saja, maka akan berakibat melenceng secara signifikan arah kiblat dari yang seharusnya tepat menuju Mekah (Ka’bah) menjadi ke arah lain yang bukan Mekah (Ka’bah). Hal ini tentu akan mengurangi kemantapan dalam melaksanakan ibadah, utamanya adalah keyakinan akan sah atau tidaknya salat yang dikerjakan.     The Idea of ​​the needs for legal review of the type of Indonesian state law in order to be able to answer legal problems in the community with a sense of justice from the perspective of Nonet and Selznick\u27s thinking. Contradictory issues at the level of legal concepts in the perspective of the development of life in Indonesian society continue to roll, some problems are found, including: 1) the implementation of law as an order system in Indonesia contradicts the implementation of the law as a disorder system; 2). The analysis between the enactment of law and social change is contradictory to the theoretical review of the development of legal orientation as a tool for social change; 3). The concept of law enforcement and social change in achieving development is contradictory to the concept of implementing legal functions as a social controller in law enforcement; and 4) Between state equipment and law enforcement in the mechanism of the criminal law system, for example, contradictions occur with the urgency of the position of advocates as a means of law enforcement in the mechanism of the criminal law system.     REFORMULASI HUKUM ACARA PERADILAN AGAMA DALAM PELAKSANAAN EKSEKUSI PUTUSAN “HADHANAH”

    Abstrak Pelaksanaan eksekusi putusan hadhanah masih terdapat beberapa hambatan sehingga eksekusi putusan hadhanah tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Belum adanya aturan formal yang secara khusus  mengatur masalah teknis eksekusi anak. Dengan demikian, khusus masalah eksekusi anak sampai saat ini dapat dikatakan tengah terjadi kekosongan aturan atau kekosongan undang-undang (vacuum). Reformulasi Hukum Acara Peradilan Agama dalam Pelaksanaan Eksekusi Putusan Hadhanah adalah menerapkan lembaga dwangsom pada saat mengajukan perkara hadhanah ke pengadilan agama. Lembaga dwangsom dapat menjadi instrumen eksekusi jika penggugat yakin bahwa tergugat tidak akan mau melaksanakan putusan hakim dan yakin bahwa pelaksanaan eksekusi dilapangan akan mengalami kesulitan. Lembaga dwangsom dapat menjadi solusi preventif, di mana dengan adanya hukuman dwangsom, tergugat secara psychis akan merasa tertekan untuk segera melaksanakan putusan hakim yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap secara sukarela. Selain itu, Ada upaya lain yang dapat dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan putusan hadhanah di pengadilan agama, di mana sebelum pengucapan putusan, Ketua Majelis Hakim dapat memanggil dan memerintah pihak tergugat secara sukarela menyerahkan anak dengan cara baik-baik kepada pihak penggugat, apa lagi jika diketahui bahwa  anak lebih dekat dengan  penggugat dari pada dengan tergugat. Hal ini tentunya dapat dilakukan jika pihak tergugat mau mendengarkan saran hakim sebelum perkara hadhanah tersebut diputus dan mempertimbangkan kepentingan kemaslahatan anak, sehingga putusan yang akan diucapkan nanti tidak menjadi ilusoir (hampa)
