PERALIHAN KEWENANGAN PENGELOLAAN PROTOKOL NOTARIS SETELAH BERLAKUNYAUNDANG-UNDANG JABATAN NOTARIS
The authority to manage a notary protocol from another notary which has reached 15 years or more is held by the registrar of district court. The authority has expired along with the withdrawal of Law of Notary (peraturan Jabatan Notaris) which has been replaced by the new Law of Notary (UU Jabatan Notaris). The authority to manage a notary protocol from another notary which has reached 25 years or more is held by the district surveillance council (majelis pengawasan daerah). But until today the registrar of the court district still accepts application to issued copy of certificate. Therefore the writer\u27s focus is doing research based on this matter under the title "the transfer of authority to manage notary protocol after the New Law of Notary"
This research is using empirical methods, field research as main data and supporting the findings with literature and documents. Data from resource persons is included as primary data and literature and documents as secondary data.
The results of this research are: (1) Since there is no response from the Law and Human Rights ministry on to the letter issued by the registrar of district court Yogyakarta related to the transfers of authority to manage notary protocol and the demands of society to apply for the copy of certificate, therefore the copy of certificate issued by the registrar of the district court only functions as help for the society in need. (2) The copy certificate issued by the registrar of district court of Yogyakarta is not legal because the legal ground that give them the authority had been replaced by the New Law of Notary, therefore their authority has been withdrawn. (3) District Surveillance Council has the same duties and authorities as a notary in managing its own notary protocol such as maintain the notary protocol, grosse acte, copy of certificate and quotation of certificate. Limited means and infrastructure are the main obstacles for the district surveillance council to make a physical transfer of notary protocol in the Yogyakarta district of court. Therefore the district surveillance council in Yogyakarta has not been able to do its functions related to managerial of notary protocol
PENDISTRIBUSIAN DAN PENJERNIHAN AIR DI DESAGIRIHARJO KECAMATAN PANGGANG KABUPATEN GUNUNG KIDUL
Giriharjo Village at panggang District, Gunungkidul Regency was a village that had clean water supply problem. Its villagers, having a monthly income in average of Rp 400.000,00, must spend around Rp 150.000,00 for clean water or otherwise they must walk to get water from Kaligede River 2 -4 km away from their home. Inorder to alleviate this problem, two separate team as parts of student community service program (KKN-PPM) UGM have been deployed on July-August 2008 and July-August 2009. As the result, a system of clean water supply using Solar Water Pumping System (SWPS) has been installed since the end of August 2009. However, there is no reliable distribution and purification system to provide equal access of clean water for the entire village. On the other hand, the system\u27s frequent shutdowns caused by technical problems also became the main concern for the future program. The third student team was deployed on July-August 2010 to perform the remaining tasks.
This team has successfully established a reliable distribution system. However, the water purification system has not been installed yet. There was a delay on the development of the water filtration prototype. The SWPS technical problems have been solved with the assistance of PAMMASKARTA, a Non Governmental Organization on water supply system for

IDENTIFIKASI DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS PADA PASIEN ASMA RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT PKU MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2009
The change of pharmacy services paradigm from drug-oriented to patient-oriented (pharmaceutical care) requires an increase in the role of pharmacist in patient therapy. In order to support it, identification of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) is necessary. DRPs are problems that arise in drug therapy that could affect the outcome of patient therapy. DRPs are following the increase of types and amount of drugs consumed by patients, especially in the treatment of chronic diseases. Asthma is a chronic disease with increasing prevalence each year. The purpose of this study is to identify the incidence of DRPs in hospitalized patient with asthma.
This study is a non-experimental descriptive research. Data collection was done retrospectively on the Medical records card of hospitalized patients with asthma at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital in 2009. The data obtained were then analyzed with descriptive analysis. DRPs being analyzed include need for additional drug therapy, unnecessary and duplication drug therapy, wrong drug, dosage too low, drug interaction, and dosage too high.
The results showed that the precentage of patients with DRPs was 55% (55 patients) and there were a total of 75 DRPs occured. The percentage incidence of each category were need for additional drug therapy is 16,0% , unnecessary and duplication drug therapy is 21,3%, wrong drug is 10,7"10, dosage too low is 18,7%, drug interaction is 12,0%, and dosage too high is 21,3%.
PRELIMINARYS TUDY OF THE UTILIZATIONOF THE FLY ASH FROM COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT FOR IMMOBILIZATION OF RADIOACTIVE WASTE
Preliminary study of the utilization of the fly ash from coal-fired power plant for immobilizing simulated radioactive waste has been done. The objective of this research was to study characteristicsof pozzolanic material of the fly ash from coal-fired power plant as substitute of compactor material for immobilizingsimulated radioactive waste. The experiment was carried out by mixing of the compactor materials such as (cement + lime), (cement + fly ash), (cement + fly ash + lime), (fly ash + lime) with Na₂S0 g/L and KCI 4.6 g/L as simulation of evaporator concentrate according to reference was te form no. 1 on characterizationof low and medium-levelradioactive waste forms in the EUR 9423-EN. Each mixture of compactor materials solidified for 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days. Solidified result was monolith, and then its compressive strength, water absorption, and porosity were tested. The experiment result showed that the best of the compactor materials on the immobilizing simulated radioactive waste was cement of 30 % (wt), fly ash of 20% (wt), and lime of 20% (wt) with compressive strength of monolith of 1512.7 N/cm². The condenser substance on the weight ratio of fly as Mime of 20/50- 60/10 % (wt) as pozzolanic substance could be used for immobilizing simulated radioactive waste by compressive strength of monoliths of 345 - 610.4 N/cm². Minimum compressive strength of monolith from radioactive waste cementation according to IAEA is 320 N/cm²,hence compressivestrength of monoliths from this experimentcan be expressed enough well
REKONSTRUKSI HUTAN PURBA DI KA W ASAN KARST GUNUNGSEWU DALAM PERI ODE SEJARAH MANUSIA
This research was carried out in Gunungsewu Karst area, Gunungkidul District from Kanigoro to Wediombo. The main objectives of this research are (1) to identifY floristic history and (2) to reconstruct the palaeoforest profiles in the area. Palaeoecobotanical approach is used as the basis for the reconstruction of palaeoforest. Descriptive-explanatory methods were used to explore, interpret, and reconstruct floristic tracks from pollen analysis, radiocarbon dating, vegetation analysis, and also human cultural history. Explanatory approach was used to describe collected data, to compare, to find association, and to explain the research finding. Hypothetical tests were done by deductive-inductive logics, using general theoriesfor basicfoundation to be verified byfacts from the fields. This researchresu/ted in three types offlora from Prehistoric times to the present, that is tropical mountainous forest of 16,894±440 - 9,296±140 years BP, tropical rainforests in\u27 9,296±140- 1,753±90 years BP, and monsoonal forests in 1,753±90 years BP until now. The Euphorbiaceae was the oldest flora occupied the area, existed between 16,894±440 years BP until now, while the Moraceae which is known as the karstic floral identity began to be found since 9,296±140 years BP. Reconstruction of palaeoforest in human prehistory provides\u27 information that the tropical mountain forests had inhabited the area before the era of Keplek, then entering the era of Keplek until Ngrijangan the tropical rainforest ccupied this area. In the era of Klepu, the forest has been turned into the monsoon type and this type persists hrough history until now. Cultural traits of prehistoric subsistence can explain that chahge in the types of flora is not caused by anthropogenic factors, but due to climate change triggered by the ice age expiration that marked the end of the Pleistocen
PERTUMBUHAN BULBIL ILES-ILES (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume) BERBAGAI UKURAN PADA BEBERAPA JENIS MEDIA TANAM
Iles-iles or porang produces various sizes of bulbils, and farmers usually use only large ones. In this study, all sizes of bulbil: small, medium and large were grown on several planting media types. The purpose of this experiment is to obtain the best bulbil growth and the most suitable media for the initial growth of plant material in the form ofbulbil. In addition, this study aims to test the interaction of both factors, bulbil size and type of planting media on bulbils produced. The experiment was done in the Faculty of Agriculture UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta experimental field in Condongcatur, at 115 m asl, at the beginning of rainy season of 2010/2011. The experiment was done with two-factors and three replications constructed in Randomized Block Design. The first factor was the size of the bulbil (U) consisting of three levels: UJ small (± 1.5 gram), U₂medium (±5 gram), and U₃large (±10 gram). Thesecondfactor is the type of planting media which consists of three levels: MJ (soil + litter), M₂(soil + cow manure), and M₃(soil + chicken manure). The results showed that medium size and large size bulbil are good to be used as seeds, while the small one can be used as seed only if it has been maintained in special treatment. M₃planting medium (soil + chicken manure) has given the best result compared to the other 2 treatments. Results of interaction test showed ~hat there were interactions of both factors on some parameters including diameter leaf canopy, pseudo-stem diameter, root diameter and fresh weight of bulb

Menu pilihan diet nasi yang disajikan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien VIP di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara
ABSTRACT
Background: The provision of foods in hospitals often becomes a public concern, particularly in relation to patient satisfaction. This may be due to not only the psychological effect of sicked people but also because food as output of food provision does not often give satisfaction to the patient.
Objective: To find out the effect of rice diet selective menu to satisfaction of VIP inpatients at local hospital of the Province of Sulawesi Tenggara.
Method: A cross over design study was conducted. Population of the study were VIP inpatientssubjects were patients that fulfilled inclusion and exclusion criteria in September-December 2008. Subject were purposively taken. Standard menu arranged by hospital based on menu cycle for 10 days. Selective menu enabled for patients to choose more desired food from some alternatives, adjusted by portion standard and food cost in hospital. Selective menu applied on animal source protein, vegetable, and fruit in the morning and afternoon serving for two days. Patient satisfaction was measured by questionnaire, consisted of food appearances and food taste, supported by food waste data using comstock method. Data analysis used bivariate with chi square and multivariate with logistic regression test.
Result: Overall food appearance in selective menu gave a significantly higher patients satisfaction than standard menu (p=0.00195% CI=2.015-21.174), also food taste in selective menu gave a significantly higher patients satisfaction than standard menu (p=0.00095% CI=3.372-29.347). The average of food waste in standard menu was almost triple higher than the average of food waste in selective menu, its differences was statistically significant (p=0,000).
Conclusion: In aspect of appearance, color, shape and portion of foods in selective menu significantly affected patient satisfaction whereas texture in selective menu did not affect patient satisfaction. In aspect of taste, all variables affected patient satisfaction. It was supported by food waste data that selective menu had one-third lower than those in standard menu.
