Fuzzy Method Design for IoT-Based Mushroom Greenhouse Controlling

The ideal conditions for the oyster mushrooms growth are at a humidity of 65-75% and 29-31C during incubation, while the growth of stems should be at a humidity of 70-90% 29-32C. This ideal ecosystem is maintained by aeration and manual watering. Still, the results are not optimal in preventing damage to the mycelium during the incubation period, resulting in a decrease in crop yields. Automatic control has not created ideal conditions because air temperature and humidity regulation are only based on fans and sprayers that do not directly affect air conditions. Therefore, we need a method to manipulate the mushroom greenhouse space ecosystem, namely fuzzy logic, the application of fuzzy logic integrated with sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers with the Internet of Things to solve this problem. The results of the installation of fuzzy logic in the mushroom\u27s greenhouse in this system can be seen from the fan\u27s modulation response and the pump\u27s duration. The test results of this control feature can manipulate temperature and humidity. Therefore, the oyster mushroom greenhouse produces an ideal state of 29.8C, the humidity of 68.97% RH, and the production has been proven to be optimal with an average daily harvest of 3.8kg.The ideal conditions for the oyster mushrooms growth are at a humidity of 65-75% and 29-31C during incubation, while the growth of stems should be at a humidity of 70-90% 29-32C. Full text link
After several years of launch, the LAPAN-A2 satellite has produced a huge amount of telemetry data consisting of information on the status of the satellite\u27s condition during orbit. The telemetry generated by the satellite is in the form of real-time telemetry and long-time telemetry. So far, telemetry data is only stored in a folder with a unique name. This method tends to be manual and makes it easier for users to analyze satellite conditions. This system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, wherein the development process has five stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. This paper will describe the design of a web-based satellite telemetry information system. The system has been tested using structural, functional, and usability tests. The evaluation results show that this information system is affordable and accepted well. The usability test results show that the LAPAN-A2 satellite, telemetry data information system, has met usability needs very well. Respondents have successfully carried out many experiments. In this case, operators and satellite analysis, with a question value of 86.22%, can be answered and 13.77% unable to be answered. After several years of launch, the LAPAN-A2 satellite has produced a huge amount of telemetry data consisting of information on the status of the satellite\u27s condition during orbit. Full text link
Academic Information System is a tool to support academic activities in implementing education in institutions effectively and efficiently. Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya is an institution that already has an integrated academic information system called I-Gracias. I-Gracias uses a single-user system for all applications. Most users of I-Gracias are students, so student satisfaction with integrated academic information system services can be used as benchmarks in determining I-Gracias improvement plans. One method used for the I-Gracias improvement process is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. This method determines the student\u27s desire for I-Gracias using the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix. The result of this research is that the QFD method can prioritize technical responses to the main obstacles for students in using I-Gracias by correlating Voice of Consumer (VOC) and technical response. The highest priority for technical response is coordinating with other units with a technical importance rating of 620.9 and a relative weight value of 21%. Next is to update the module regularly, socialize i-Gracias, meet management targets, receive criticism and suggestions, carry out regular checks and recruit HR if needed as a sequence of improvements to i-Gracias.Academic Information System is a tool to support academic activities in implementing education in institutions effectively and efficiently. Disease Detection of Dragon Fruit Stem Based on The Combined Features of Color and Texture

Dragon fruit is one of the favorite commodities in Banyuwangi Regency\u27s agriculture. In 2019, this commodity had the fourth largest harvest area among other fruit commodities in Banyuwangi until it was exported to China. However, disease attacks often appeared in several dragon fruit plantations in Banyuwangi, and the identification system was still conventional. Many farmers did not know the types of disease and how to handle it, causing the quality and quantity of their crops to decline. Therefore, this study implemented two feature extraction methods. Both methods include color feature extraction using the color moments method and texture feature extraction using gray level co-occurrence matrices (GLCM). The methods used to develop a system that recognized or detected the three types of dragon fruit stem based on digital image processing using Support Vector Machine and k-Nearest Neighbors methods as comparison methods. The results obtained from this study indicated that the combination of the two proposed feature extraction methods could distinguish between stem rot, smallpox, and insect stings with an optimal accuracy score of 87.5% obtained by using Support Vector Machine as a classification method.Dragon fruit is one of the favorite commodities in Banyuwangi Regency\u27s agriculture.
