Analisis Intensitas Konsumsi Energi Listrik dan Peluang Penghematan Energi Listrik pada Gedung C Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Semarang
The use of standard AC and fluorescent lamps tends to be more wasteful. Based on observations, building C uses standard AC with a capacity that does not match the needs of the room and uses fluorescent lamps with minimal lighting intensity, so it is necessary to conserve energy to obtain opportunities for saving electrical energy while still paying attention to environmentally friendly aspects and occupant comfort. Electrical energy saving analysis is carried out through an energy audit by calculating the Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE). The pur-pose of this study is to obtain opportunities for saving electrical energy through energy conservation. Calculation of IKE values in 2019 and 2020 in building C is in the efficient category. Opportunities to save energy are carried out by replacing standard AC with low watt AC or inverter AC, resulting in savings of 28% and 30,6% with payback periods of 2,9 years and 3,8 years. Turning off the AC 15 minutes and 30 minutes before the end of working hours resulted in savings of 2,8% and 5,7% on standard AC, 2,9% and 5,8% on low watt AC and inverter AC. Energy saving opportunities by replacing fluorescent lamps with LED lamps obtained savings of 16,28% with a payback period of 4,4 years and the lighting intensity has met SNI with lighting intensity of 358-421 lux in the working room and 315-361 lux in the meeting room
Pengukuran Nilai Grounding Terbaik Pada Kondisi Tanah Berbeda
A good grounding or grounding system is a mechanism to protect electronic devices. This protection can be direct or indirect during lightning strikes in rainy seasons. The characteristic and condition of the soil is one of the factors that can affect the grounding value. In this research, the measurement of grounding value is conducted in different soil conditions. The conditions are the watery, clay, dry, rocky, sand and swamp soils. This research purpose is to determine the value of grounding or grounding resistance in different type of soils. The measurement methods use three point method and four electrode method by sticking the electrodes into the ground. The value of the grounding resistance displayed on the measuring instrument (Earth Resistance Tester) would be smaller if the electrodes are planted deeper with the addition of electrode rods, and the distance between the electrodes is set between 5 to 10 meters
Analisa Kategori Barang dengan Penjualan Terbanyak dalam Jangka Waktu 3 Bulan Menggunakan Data Warehouse
UD. Makmur Sejahtera as one of the largest distributors of daily necessities in Manokwari Papua has sales transaction data for each category of goods and types of goods. These data are still physically stored in the form of notes and have not been digitized so that they can be utilized optimally to help UD. Makmur Sejahtera increases sales. This research has the basic idea of using digital sales transaction data to find out which categories of goods have the most sales in a period of three months (July 2020 to September 2020) through the Extraction, Transformation, Loading (ETL) process based on Pentaho Data Integration, to then be stored in multi-dimensional data forms, categorized, and visualized using Tableau. The test results show that rice commodity is the category of goods with the most sales in a period of three months and the implementation of the Data Warehouse is very helpful for UD. Makmur Sejahtera in achieving its business goals
Kontrol Robot Menggunakan Gerakan Mata Berbasis Sinyal Electrooculography (EOG)
Biomedical technology has now been widely adopted as a means of monitoring the human body in real-time. For example, to detect eye movement. In the medical world, eye movement can be used to determine the type of disease. With the application of human-machine interface (HMI) technology, eyeball movement can be developed in the robotics industry as robot navigation. For example, by moving the eyeball left and right, the robot can interpret the eye signal to move left and right. The interaction between the eyeball movement and the robot is of particular concern in this study. This study aimed to design a measuring instrument for eye movement detection using Electrooculography (EOG) techniques to move a wheeled robot. The EOG measuring instrument consisting of an instrument differential amplifier, a low pass filter, and a high pass filter has been applied in this research. The signal generator technique on EOG is carried out by placing electrodes on three sides of the face, namely forehead (G), left horizontal (H-), right horizontal (H +). The experimental results showed a significant difference between the left and right eye movement amplitude signals. This amplitude is used to classify the movement of the robot wheel towards the left and right. The process of sending robot signals and EOG measuring instruments uses Bluetooth HC-05 serial communication. Based on the research results, it is proven that the robot manages to move left and right according to the eyeball movement
Analisis Sentimen Sistem Ganjil Genap Kota Bogor
To reduce the crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bogor City Government implemented an odd-even system for all vehicles in the city of Bogor at the end of the operation. Since the implementation of this policy, many opinions have been conveyed through social media. An analysis is needed to find out how effective the policy is based on public opinion. For this reason, an analysis of the sentiment application of the odd-even system for vehicles in the city of Bogor was carried out during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy, recall, and precision and calculate the amount of emotion obtained from sentiment analysis by using several algorithms for the application and application of selection features that can provide sentiment information related to the effectiveness of the software system in Bogor City. The research stages started from the selection of data, pre-processing, implementation, validation, and evaluation. Based on this research, it can be found that the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the application of Particle Swarm Optimization shows the results of the greatest assessment on the system sentiment analysis test in the city of Bogor during the pandemic with a value of 73.07%. In total, the sentiment of implementing the odd-even system to declare in Bogor City shows an expression of the joy of 45.45%
Rekomendasi Pemilihan Mata Kuliah Dalam Pengisian Rencana Studi Mahasiswa dengan Penerapan Algoritma Apriori
During the time of filling out the study plan, many Budi Luhur University students find it difficult to choose the courses to be taken in the next semester. Errors in the selection of courses can have an impact on the achievement of achievement that is not optimal, and can inhibit student graduation. The role of academic supervisors in helping students determine the taking of courses in the coming semester is very important, but in some cases, there are academic supervisors who do not have time to discuss directly with students. Therefore, in this study a system is proposed that can provide recommendations for students in taking courses when filling out study plans for the next semester. This course of recommendation making system uses the association rule mining method with a priori algorithm. The student\u27s course history data is evaluated using an a priori algorithm to produce recommendations for choosing courses in the next semester. The trial results of this system show an average percentage of successful recommendations of 80.16% with a minimum confidence of 80%, and a minimum support of 7. With these results, this system can be used as a means of students to help make decisions in making courses at the coming semester
Pengembangan Aplikasi Pelayanan Dokumen untuk Mahasiswa
Document services are often found in government and education environments. Document service aims to produce a document as evidence or validation of something according to the request of the applicant. The document service process often does not run smoothly because there are obstacles such as the number of applicants, limited space, and limited service time. In the modern era like today, these problems can be solved by making a special application for document services in order to make it easier for applicants to submit files to the service unit. This study aims to design and build a document service application to assist applicants in requesting document services. The main feature in the application that was built is that applicants can submit the required files online without having to queue. In addition, the application that was built also has a unique feature, namely that document files that have been submitted are automatically forwarded to the related unit. This feature can assist service units in managing documents, because the requirements file does not need to be submitted manually. There is an additional feature in the form of a document service process tracking system so that applicants can see the development of services directly. The application was developed using the Spiral Model. There are four stages carried out in this model. The four stages are planning, risk analysis, development as well as testing, and evaluation. In the final stage, an application evaluation is carried out by applying the ISO 9126 standard. Based on the results of user assessments, the level of user satisfaction in terms of usability is 77.43%, functionality 78.95%, and efficiency 77.86%
Desain Sistem Kontrol Level Cairan Dengan Metode PID Berbasis PLC
This article discusses the water level control of the tank using PID control which is implemented on PLC (Programmable Logic Control) with HMI interface. This plant system consists of a controlled tank, a sup-ply tank, a water level sensor, a water faucet in the form of a motorized valve, PLC and HMI. In previous studies, the plant system used usually only has a controlled tank without a supply tank so that the control of the system becomes simpler. However, in this study a supply tank was also used so that the flow of water flowing in controlling the water level would depend on the water level of the supply tank and the opening of the water faucet. This plant system with a tank that has an open outlet pipe is a classic system that is non-linear so linearization is needed in its control. In order for the system to be linearized, it is assumed that both the supply tank and the controlled tank only operate within a certain value range. The realiza-tion of a water level control system using a PID controller was made and tested for its effectiveness at the setpoint values of 10 cm and 20 cm. Based on the simulation and experimental results, it was found that the system worked well where the PID control was able to stabilize the system at both setpoint values where the obtained overshoot were below 10%.Dalam artikel ini dibahas pengontrolan level air satu tangki menggunakan kontrol PID dimana rancangan kontrollernya diimplementasikan menggunakan PLC dengan interface HMI. Sistem plant untuk pengendalian level air satu tangki ini terdiri dari sebuah tangki terkontrol, tangki penyuplai, sensor level air, keran berupa motorized valve, PLC dan HMI. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya dimana sistem plant yang digunakan pada umumnya hanya memiliki sebuah tangki terkontrol tanpa ada tangki penyuplai sehingga pengontrolan sistem tersebut dapat lebih sederhana karena persoalan kontrollernya menjadi mengendalikan pompa untuk menyuplai air sehingga nilai setpoinnya bisa tercapai. Berbeda dengan sistem-sistem sebelumnya dalam literatur, dalam realisasi sistem pengontrol level air yang diajukan disini digunakan tangki penyuplai sehingga debit air yang dialirkan untuk mengontrol level air pada tangki akan tergantung oleh faktor ketinggian air tangki penyuplai dan bukaan keran. Sistem plant untuk satu tangki dengan pipa outlet yang terbuka adalah sistem klasik yang memiliki sifat nonlinear, sehingga untuk memudahkan pengontrolannya maka dilakukan linearisasi sehingga diperoleh suatu sistem linear. Dalam penurunan modelnya diasumsikan bahwa baik tangki penyuplai dan tangki terkontrol hanya beroperasi dalam kisaran tertentu saja. Selanjutnya realisasi dari sistem pengontrolan level air menggunakan kontroller PID dilakukan dan diujikan efektivitasnya dengan menggunakan nilai setpoin 10 cm dan 20 cm. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dan eksperimen diperoleh bahwa sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik dan kontroller PID mampu menstabilkan level air pada kedua nilai setpoint tersebut. 
Peningkatan Akurasi Penanganan Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Lokasi Pelapor Menggunakan Geolokasi
The new normal era requires all activities to be online, so that people use more public services. However, at the same time the level of complaints has increased, from the many complaints that have been received, it must be known, which one is the correct complaint according to the location of the incident or is it just an act of ignorant hands. So that a special strategy is needed, by utilizing technology to determine the location of the incident accu-rately. One of the implementations of complaint handling by the whistleblower is that the reporter uses a smartphone. This is the reason the researchers raised the application of geotagging techniques to find out complete location information and geofencing methods to determine whether a location is included in the scope of an area. Several experiments have been carried out to test the accuracy of the techniques that will be applied to this e-complaint system. With an accuracy of 96%, this geofencing technique is good enough to be applied. In addition, the geotagging technique using EXIF from a digital image is considered the most suitable to be applied in this system than other geotagging techniques
