    STUDY ON ENERGY SHARING IN PV COMMUNITIES CONSIDERING SOLAR RADIATION PREDICTION

    北九州市立大学博士(工学)The power sector plays an important role in energy conservation and emission reduction. Renewable energy, especially solar PV, has been growing steadily in recent years. The development of solar energy can not only reduce the use of fossil energy, but also increase the energy self-sufficiency rate. After the implementation of the FiT system in 2011, there has been an explosive growth in the import of solar PV. However, solar power generation exhibits unstable output characteristics as it is affected by weather conditions. Large-scale introduction can affect the stability of the grid. Therefore, this study considers the unstable weather conditions (mainly, solar radiation) and proposes the concept of energy sharing to increase the chances of local energy self-consumption and renewable energy penetration in the future.     Workforce Decrease as a Solution for the Elderly, Women, and Immigrant in Japan's Labor Market

    This study examines the Japanese workforce problems from the labor market and economic perspectives. It also looks at how the changing economy and demography, including the decreasing workforce and the rapid aging of the population, has affected the labor market. Aging is an immediate personal issue and a salient factor in crucial public policies, such as pensions, health, and long-term care. Japan has recorded an increase in its elderly population but a decrease in the working population. Thus, Japan’s economy will be greatly affected in the shortest amount of time due to this large increase in the elderly population and a decrease in the working population, along with a longer life expectancy. To overcome these problems, Japan must hire immigrants, but the number of immigrants is extremely low and has the lowest immigration rate. This rapid depletion of the working population in Japan has the least potential to support its older adults and contribute financial burden to the government.     Recently years there are some of researches on Japanese style management especially human resource management (HRM) practices in Thailand. Japanese Multinational Corporation (MNCs) enjoyed global success until the early 1990s, but recent trends have presented many challenges, necessitating adaptations to Japanese style international human resource managment (IHRM) for non-Japanese employee for both inside and outside (foreign) the country. It will be identified Japanese MNCs' influence, and bilateral relations between Thailand. Since the 1990s, Japanese traditional HRM practices have been changing and adopting a modified element those are applicable and adoptable in contemporary international context. Through Japanese MNCs and foreign direct investment (FDI) are promoting the industrial and economic development of Southeast Asian countries, so that thier industrial and business management styles will be necessitating adaptations the diversity business culture in these regions.     Evaluation on environmental, economic and energy savings of ground source heat pumps in cold region of China

    北九州市立大学博士(工学)Although other thermochemical processes, like gasification, pyrolysis and even carbonization, have also been studied and evaluated as potential approaches to handling excess sludge (Syed-Hassan et al., 2017), incineration is relatively mature and has been practiced for decades in Europe and is also being applied in China. When gasification, pyrolysis and carbonization can become a higher potential in negentropy than incineration in practice, they should be proposed to substitute incineration in the future. Back to a state-of-the art in both research and engineering, low-grade thermal energy can be transformed into high-grade heat for electricity generation via drying and incineration, reaching the maximal exploitation of chemical energy. Last but not least, the hazardous air pollutants (e.g., NOx, SO2, heavy metals and PCDDs/PCDFs) produced in incinerated sewage sludge ash (ISSA) can be effectively controlled through staged air combustion, Ca-based additive, Cl-base additive and N-containing compounds, respectively (Liang et al., 2021). After incineration, most phosphate from the inflow (up to 90%) accumulates in ISSA (about 8% dry weight) which is comparable to that of low-grade phosphate rocks, and can be fully recovered more easily than by other approaches (Fahimi et al., 2021; Hao et al., 2013; Ma and Rosen, 2021). For this reason, it has become a consensus on recovering phosphorus from ISSA (Egle et al., 2016). Moreover, P-recovery from ISSA has a high efficiency up to 95%, which can substitute the conventional production of monocalcium phosphate to improve the performance on LCA (Farag? et al., 2021); some LCA results revealed that the AshDec? process, the acidic wet-chemical leaching process LEACHPHOS? and also direct integration into the fertilizer industry with wet-chemical extraction all indicated only a low change in cumulative energy demand as the additional demand for chemicals and energy can be offset by the P-fertilizer credits (Amann et al., 2018). Moreover, heavy metals removed from P-recovery have also a potential to be recovered with some applied technologies, such as wet chemical phosphorus recovery (Liang et al., 2019; Petzet et al., 2012), Fe and Al recovery for producing coagulants by Phos4life? (Morf et al., 2019) and Ash2?Phos (Cohen et al., 2018). Based on the P-recovery technology catalog of European Sustainable Phosphorus Platform (ESPP) (ESPP, 2019), there have been already some full-scale plants of P- and metals-recovery from ISSA in Europe, and EasyMining's Ash2Phos technology with the high recovery efficiencies on P, Al, and Fe (90?95%, 60?80% and 10?20%, respectively) has been applied in a plant in Helsingborg, Sweden, which has a low energy consumption and a favorable mass balance. Anyway, recovering phosphorus and metals from ISSA are being practiced in Europe, especially in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany. Finally, the remaining ash after the recovery of phosphate and heavy metals can be utilized in building materials. Comprehensive utilization of thermal energy and sludge resources would reduce entropy production and enhance negentropy, creating an ideal approach to SWWT.doctoral thesi
