Study on Ciprofloxacin-Removal Membrane for Antibiotic Treatment in Medical Building Wastewater
Get PDF北九州市立大学博士(工学)With the rising concentration of antibiotics in medical wastewater, the treatment of antibiotics in wastewater from medical buildings has become increasingly important. To enhance the efficiency of antibiotic removal, I proposed the design of a thicker membrane material with larger interconnected pores. Additionally, I attempted to synthesize a layer of adsorptive polymer on the membrane surface to enhance its affinity for antibiotic molecules. Through this approach, I successfully synthesized polymerization adsorption membranes (PAM) and tested their performance using Ciprofloxacin (CIP) as a model antibiotic. The results demonstrated the presence of adsorption capacity and permeation inhibition for CIP molecules on the PAM. Furthermore, to meet the demand for selective adsorption of specific types of antibiotic molecules, I introduced molecular imprinting technology onto the PAM membrane. This resulted in the synthesis of a Molecularly Imprinted Membrane (MIM) using CIP as a template. The MIM exhibited significantly improved absorption capacity and permeation inhibition.doctoral thesi
Study on Indonesian Albasia Wood Through Compressed Wood Method Under High Temperature and High Pressure to Improve Its Properties for Use as Construction Material
Get PDF北九州市立大学博士(工学)Albasia (Albizia falcataria), is a fast-growing tree species commonly found in Indonesian forests and community plantations. The purpose of this study is to enhance the physical and mechanical properties of Indonesian albasia wood through compressed wood method under high temperature and pressure into a more valuable wood that can be used as construction material. This study demonstrated that Indonesian albasia wood, which has low density and low strength performance, can be a promising local resource for the construction industry by compressing and treating it under high temperature and high pressure to increase its properties. The results of this study will also contribute to the preservation of valuable ecosystems and biodiversity by reducing reliance on slow-growing hardwood species supplied by natural forests and deforestation in Southeast Asia. Additionally, it will provide new insights into the field of construction materials, as the use of timber in large-scale construction is being promoted globally.doctoral thesi

Get PDF北九州市立大学博士(工学)Poverty alleviation relocation (PAR) is one of the essential poverty reduction initiatives in China. Based on the perspective of habitat theory, this study constructs a set of post-occupancy evaluation indexes for minority resettlement housing and conducts an empirical study in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province, to verify the applicability of the evaluation system. After that, the main influencing factors on satisfaction with housing are explored and studied through correlation analysis and regression analysis, and relevant suggestions are made. The study provides some references to guide and help improve the built environment of resettlement projects.doctoral thesi
