KAJIAN DAN EVALUASI PEMUSTAKA UNIT PELAKSANA JASA PDII-LIPI DI SERPONG
Full text linkThe study aims to evaluate the number of UPJ PDII-LIPI Serpong visitors from 2010 - 2016. The study was carried out descriptively, with data sources obtained from visitor books and UPJ PDII-LIPI Serpong monthly reports. More in-depth information was explored from the visitors regarding factors that influenced the interest of visitors. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) total visitors to UPJ PDII-LIPI Serpong from 2010 - 2016 are as many as 2331 people (41,8%) from the Puspiptek area (LIPI, BPPT, BATAN, PPIT, KLHK; and 58,2% from outside the Puspiptek region (school students, university students, the general public, industry, and institutions outside the Puspiptek area); (2) visitors from the Puspiptek area are dominated by LIPI followed by BPPT, BATAN, PPIT, and KLHK. While visitors from outside the Puspiptek area are dominated by school students, then followed by university students, the general public, industry, and institutions outside Puspiptek area; (3) the purposes of visitors to UPJ PDII-LIPI Serpong are to get references, do observations, literature studies, comparative studies, reading, browsing internet, working on research assignments/reports, and consulting about libraries; (4) the decreasing a number of visitors at UPJ PDII-LIPI Serpong

No full textAt the end of 2013, natural disaster Haiyan Cyclone suddenly struck Philippines destroying various infrastructures including representative of property identity assets such as community-owned land documents that stored at Tacloban municipal land administration office. This paper reviews recovery process and handling management of important documents damaged by water in depth and comprehensive. There are some lessons and challenges that can be taken in real time from the volunteer who go directly to help community. Knowledge applied using manual rescue stages and freeze dry vacuum technology adjusts to existing field conditions. For Indonesia it self, now is the time to build many disaster management facilities and experts which is known as multidisciplinary and advanced knowledge. From this lesson we can get a various things from field of information science and documentation. So that in the future four mains basic disaster management which are prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery can be applied by various elements of society

No full textCharacteristics of user in academic library require speed and extent of information services. Librarian need to know which literatures that often read and available in the library. Citation analysis is used to find out what kind of citation most used by users and to know avaibility of library collection. This study aims to describe citation that used in thesis of Department General Medical of Medical Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University in 2016. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of literatures that citated, to identify the language that citated, and to determine the literature avaibility that citated in Medical Faculty library. The research method using descriptive method by using data analysis of citation analysis on the list of thesis literature of Medical Faculty of Medicine students Jenderal Soedirman University in 2016. The Population is all thesis of Department of General Medical in 2016 that amounting 148 thesis. Data analysis based on percentage which is described by data tables. The results of the study obtained totaly 5315 citation and showed a variety of literature cited among other books 2601 citation (49%), journal 2261 citation (43%), internet sources 188 citation (3.5%), thesis 148 citation (2.7%), magazine 70 citation (1.3%), thesis 37 citation (0.6%), 7 citation proceedings (0.13%), 2 citation (0.03%), and 1 citation (0.01%) publication. The literature language often cited in English is 3468 citation (65%) versus 1847 (35%) Indonesian citation. While the available literature cited 3.91% available, versus 96.08% of the literature is not available
ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK PERKEMBANGAN PENELITIAN BIDANG ILMU INSTRUMENTASI
Full text linkA study of trend analysis of the field of instrumentation research during the period 2006-2016 was conducted. The study aims to determine: (1) the development of the number of international publications in the field of instrumentation on the Scopus database from 2006-2016; (2) core journals in international publications in the field of instrumentation; (3) productivity of instrumentation researcher; (4) number of documents based on agency collaboration in international publications in the field of instrumentation; (5) the development of international publications of field research instrumentation by subject; (6) maps of international publications development of research in the field of instrumentation by keyword (co-word) and based on the author (co-author). Data collection by searching through scopus with keyword instrumentation, instrumens, measurements, medical instrumentation, virtual instrumentation and instrumentation system with category article title, abstract, keywords in the period 2006-2016. Data in the form of number of publications per year, journals containing articles of instrumentation, author, author and subject are analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2010. As for the development trend of international publications in the field of instrumentation is analyzed using VosViewer software. The results showed that the development of the field of instrumentation sciences during the period 2006-2016 which was scanned in the highest scopus occurred in 2014 which reached 310 documents (14,90%). The international publication of the field of instrumentation is mostly published in the journal Spine. Universidade de São Paulo - USP is the most widely published institution in the field of instrumentation science and the United States is the largest contributor. Yazici, M., Zhang, H.Q., and Aubin, C.E. is a prolific writer in the field of instrumentation with the most subjects in medicine and engineering. The map of instrumentation development based on the coword grouped into 5 clusters and the co-authors clustered into 7 clusters

Full text linkThis research aims to analyze of archive process and to create prototype of digital archive repository system which can give easy in retrieval archive process. The method used in systems development using the prototyping model cosists of communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, deployment delivery and feedback. The results show that the business process of archiving in Department of Population and Civil Registration of DKI Jakarta Province covers the creation, dissemination, arrangement, filing, retention, and reporting. The development of digital archive repository system in Department of Population and Civil Registration of DKI Jakarta Province was successfully done by prototyping method as iteration twice. The main function of this system is the processing of digital archives, export/import, archive circulation, archive retrieval system, and archive data reporting. This system has changed business processes that were previously done manually into digital. Test results distributed to 10 respondents that average value show that the system is made good and useful for users

No full textThe rise of the use of social networking media instagram among modern society, especially among teenagers make the social networking media is very popular today. One of the utilization of information technology in the library is by using social media for various library interests. Included in the college library. One of the topics of promotional issues is through a film adapted from the novel. Therefore the vocational reading room using social media instagram as a communication service with users who no other is a vocational student. The targets in this campaign are the increasing number of Instagram Spreadsheet Readers, likes, comments, and hashtag # 4FAMEruangbacavokasi. In this research, researchers use qualitative research methods. Data collection is done using observation and interview techniques. Qualitative research is used because data collection is done when the research is more to throw an object such as photo challenge contest with the theme "Fascinating Read Movie Like". After the photo challenge is completed the researchers also held an interview about how the opinion of the participants in the race held in the vocational reading room. The result of this research is the implementation cycle conducted by researchers as much as four cycles. The first cycle applied 12 times post, second cycle applied 8 times post, third cycle applied 10 post and fourth cycle only 1 post. Within a period of three weeks photo challenge was held, there are eleven followers who follow this photo challenge contest. Of the total participants are drawn four winners with the most like, the most interesting photos and comments

Full text linkIncreasing competency of librarians in Kemendikbud is essential to support the vision and mission of there. Special libraries must be there professional, semi-professional, and non-professional personnel according to the National Standard of Special Library. This study examines the composition of librarians in Kemendikbud, both from the composition of position, age, and education with qualitative descriptive method. Collecting data by purposive technique. Of the respondents who manage the special library Kemendikbud as many as 136 people, only 21 people (15,44%) who occupy functional positions librarian. While the composition of expert librarians, skill librarians and administrative personal in Kemendikbud is 18:3:115. Composition of librarian age 46-50 years (28,57%), 51-55 as many as 4 people (19,05%), 56 -60 as many as 4 people (19,05%), 36-40 as many as 3 people (14,29%), 25-30 as many as 2 people (9,52%), and 41-45 as many as 2 people (9,52%). Librarians in Kemendikbud scope mostly have S1 degree as much as 15 (71,42%), S2, and D3 respectively amounted to 3 people (14,29%). Most of the librarians have educational background of the library (61,90%), education (19,05%), literature (14,29%), and state administration (4,76%)
