    The Realization of Islamic Politics of the Dutch East Indies Governmentand Its Effect on Islam (XIX-XX Century)

    In the era of Dutch colonialism in the XIX-XX centuries, the political legal policies applied had the aim of maintaining imperialism in Indonesia by abolishing Islamic law and prioritizing customary and Western law. This paper aims to find out the realization of Islamic politics in the Dutch administration and its influence on Islam. This research uses the historical method which consists of four stages, namely: heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that there are three pillars of Snouck Hurgronje's Islamic politics used by the Dutch government when expanding Indonesia, namely; 1) religious field, 2) social and community fields, 3) politics. In realizing this Islamic politics, the Dutch initially gave space to Muslims in applying their teachings. Then, gradually the Dutch politicized Muslim law to help the colonization process. Various methods were carried out such as making it difficult for Muslims to perform the hajj pilgrimage, conducting teacher ordinances and supervision ordinances for Islamic education and anticipating all Muslim activities that were indicated by fanatical movements such as Pan Islam and Tarekat

    Indonesia adalah ibu rempah-rempah dunia. Di lain sisi, kekayaan rempah Indonesia mendorong Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi mengajukan jalur rempah sebagai warisan budaya dunia pada 2024. Berbagai cara pun dilakukan untuk membesarkan gagasan di atas, termasuk mempopulerkan rempah-rempah dari pedalaman. Tulisan ini mencoba memotret salah satu kerja kolaborasi sebagai usaha untuk memperkenalkan rempah-rempah lokal. Melalui metode participatory action research (PAR) dan pendekatan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) di desa Ngrawan, penelitian menggarisbawahi tiga hal. Pertama, internalisasi pengetahuan rempah-rempah lokal dilakukan melalui lagu rempah yang dihasilkan berjudul. “Rempah-rempah Warisan Nusantara.” Kedua, lagu tersebut terutama mengangkat empat rempah lokal di lokasi penelitian. Keempat rempah-rempah tersebut adalah jahe, kunyit, lada, dan kencur. Terakhir, lagu tersebut tidak hanya menjadi alternatif pengenalan rempah lokal melainkan membentuk identitas masyarakat setempat melalui rempah-rempah

    Pesantren Kyai Hasanudin in the Development of Islamic Education in Lampung in the Early 20th Century

    The writing of this article aims to: 1) to know the history of the entry of Islam in Lampung, 2) knowing the meaning and concept of pesantren, 3) knowing the role of Islamic education, especially in Lampung in the early 20th century, in this case the history of the Kyai Hasanudin Islamic boarding school. Meanwhile, the method used by researchers in writing this article is the historical research method with a literature study approach. Regarding the stages of historical research, according to Kuntowijoyo there are five stages, namely topic selection, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historical writing. Research literature or literature review studies the position of research in writing articles occupies the highest position in providing evidence of a problem The results of writing this article are: 1) Lampung Islamization is known through 3 paths, namely from the west, north, and south, 2) the function of pesantren at the beginning of its development was only as a tool of Islamization, as well as an embodiment of Islamic religion-based educational institutions, 3) The establishment of Kyai Hasanudin Islamic Boarding School received a positive response from the people of Lampung as a means of recitation, religious teaching and discussion of problems both related to worship mahdhah and ghairu mahdah

    This study aims to explain: (1) The background of the life of Hadratussyekh K.H. M. Hasyim Asy'ari in the trajectory of Indonesian history. (2) The entrepreneurial character values contained in Hadratussyekh K.H. M. Hasyim Ash'ari. This research is historical research with steps, namely: heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. This study uses document sources consisting of primary and secondary sources. The results showed that: (1) Hadratussyekh K.H. M. Hasyim Asy'ari was born and grew up in an environment that has high religiosity, making him have good character and morals. (2) The entrepreneurial character values of Hadratussyekh K.H. M. Hasyim Asy'ari who can emulate one of which is the value of the character of independence.

    Constitutional History During the Parliamentary System of Government: Ris to Presidential Decree (1949-1959)

    The purpose of this article is to find out the history of state administration during the parliamentary system of government, starting from the time of the United Republic of Indonesia (RIS) to the Presidential Decree (1959), which made Indonesia return to the form of a republic. This article uses the historical method with the stages of gathering sources, verifying, discovering, and writing. The results obtained based on the collection of sources and data show that the parliamentary system of government during the time of the United States of Indonesia lasted very briefly, namely from 19491950, using the RIS Constitution as a legal guide. Then, still using a parliamentary system of government, Indonesia returned to the form of the Republic of Indonesia, but with the 1950 Constitution as a legal guideline. This law was drafted by combining the 1945 Constitution and the RIS Constitution. The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia with the 1950 Constitution lasted quite a long time, until finally the government in Indonesia with a parliamentary system of government ended when the Presidential Decree was issued in 1959

    Buku digital adalah salah satu contoh pemanfaatan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Buku digital Kerajaan Sriwijaya berbasis flip book maker pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Ogan Ilir adalah produk yang belum ada dan perlu dikembangkan sehingga dapat menjadi inovasi untuk sekolah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku digital Kerajaan Sriwijaya berbasis flip book maker pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Kevalidan buku digital dinilai oleh tiga pakar yakni ahli materi, media, dan bahasa. Buku digital Kerajaan Sriwijaya menggunakan flip book maker valid dan efektif. Hasil dari validitas mendapatkan nilai 4,03 masuk kategori valid. Efektifitas ditunjukkan dari hasil field test yang menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 34,41% sehingga diperoleh dari N-gain sebesar 0,63 yang masuk dalam kategori sedang

    The Role of Stovia in Education in Indonesia

    The purpose of this study is to find out the role of STOVIA in education in Indonesia. The research methods used are historical methods that include heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography.With the western education system makes society more advanced, and can not be prevented by the Dutch colonial government. The backwardness and stupidity that occurs in society is the result of invaders that are not easy to solve. The urgent need at that time made the Dutch East Indies government establish schools in the colonies, one of which was a medical school. As for the establishment of medical schools to overcome health problems that plague the indigenous population. Sekolah Dokter Jawa was founded on January 1, 1851 which later in further development was renamed School Fit Opleiding van Indische Artsen (STOVIA). Although initially the Javanese Medical School or STOVIA was established solely because of the needs of skilled and cheap health workers as well as the reluctance of Dutch doctors in overcoming the outbreak that occurred on the Java island. But we cannot deny if the establishment of the Javanese Medical School or STOVIA is the initial foundation of medical education in Indonesia

    Prophetic Competence in Prospective Teacher Students at Muhammadiyah Metro University (Analytic Study)

    The aim of this research is to determine the prophetic competence and the average percentage of each aspect of prophetic competence among prospective teacher students at Muhammadiyah University Metro. This research uses a descriptive analytical method, with research subjects consisting of students from Muhammadiyah University Metro in the education department. Data collection is done through a questionnaire survey, and the data analysis is qualitative and inductive, while the data analysis technique is triangulation. The results of this research show that the percentage analysis of prophetic competence based on the research instrument indicates that Shidig competence obtained 52.03% and falls into the high criteria, Amanah competence obtained 33.5% and falls into the low criteria, Fathonah competence obtained 65.08% and falls into the moderate criteria, and Tabligh competence obtained 47.7% and falls into the low criteria

    This research uses collaborative classroom action research (PTK) with the Kemmis and McTanggart model Through this research, the aim is to determine the effect of implementing the problem-based learning in the subjects of Civic Education for material on the history of the birth of Pancasila as the basis of the State on the learning outcomes of class VII 4 students at SMP Negeri 33 Palembang. Furthermore, data analysis in this research uses quantitative analysis based on data assessing student learning outcomes in class VII.4 of SMP Negeri 33 Palembang. Based on the results of research conducted in class VII.4 by applying a problem-based learning model shows an increase in student learning outcomes in class VII.4, namely 90% with a very good predicate with the percentage of students who received grades according to the passing grade in cycle 1, namely 70%. Then continued in cycle 2, the increase in learning outcomes for class VII.4 students reached 90% and the presentation of students who reached the passing grade was 96%

    Kedatangan Belanda setelah Indonesia merdeka tanggal 17 Agustus 1945 dengan tujuan untuk menguasai Indonesia kembali, mendapat perlawanan dari kaum republiken. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi perjuangan kompi Harimau Kuranji melawan Belanda pada masa revolusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah melalui empat tahapan yaitu pertama, heuristik yakni tahap pengumpulan data berupa dokumen atau buku, artikel, jurnal dan wawancara. Kedua kritik sumber yaitu melakukan pengujian data dengan melakukan kritik internal dan eksternal terhadap data berbagai sumber. Ketiga interpretasi yakni penafsiran data sehingga menjadi fakta bermakna. Tahap terakhir yaitu penulisan sejarah dalam bentuk thesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompi Harimau Kuranji memiliki strategi untuk mempertahankan kemerdekaan dari ancaman Belanda. Strategi yang digunakan adalah gerilya, serangan umum, cegatan, penyusupan, perampasan senjata dan pemetaan operasi. Beberapa strategi tersebut diimplementasikan di lapangan sesuai dengan ancaman yang dihadapi. Setiap peristiwa yang terjadi sesuai dengan strategi yang dirancang untuk mencapai sebuah keberhasilan
