Optimalisasi Pembelajaran Tajwid di TPQ Desa Ngusikan Jombang: Pendampingan Keagamaan dan Tantangan Pendidikan di Era Digital
Get PDFThis community service program focuses on optimizing tajwid learning for children at TPQ (Qur'anic Learning Centers) in Ngusikan Village, Jombang, and providing religious guidance to parents. Through a practical approach to teaching tajwid, children are expected to improve their Qur'anic reading accuracy. In parallel, a series of religious discussions were held to assist parents in addressing educational challenges associated with the digital age. The program showed a significant improvement in children's understanding of tajwid, as well as a high level of enthusiasm among parents who participated in the parenting discussions. The outputs of this program include a practical Tajwid guidebook for students and teachers, as well as a parenting guidebook designed to help parents navigate Islamic parenting principles in the digital era
The Role of The Korean Leadership of Dimsum Sidoarjo in Improving Employee Morale and Performance
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the role of Korean Dimsum Sidoarjo's leadership in improving employee morale and performance. Established on December 28, 2020, at Jl. Ponti no.9 Sidoarjo, East Java, Korean Dimsum Sidoarjo operates in the culinary field, offering a variety of Korean dimsum. Effective leadership guides motivates and organizes employees to achieve optimal performance. However, the leadership at Korean Dimsum Sidoarjo often needs more engagement with employees, is indecisive, and lacks a clear vision, resulting in low employee morale and performance. This study employs descriptive-qualitative research methods, using interviews and observation for data collection. The findings indicate that the leadership at Korean Dimsum Sidoarjo has made several efforts to improve employee morale and performance, such as providing training and motivation in the form of incentives and praise, but there are still challenges to overcome. These challenges include negative perceptions from employees when motivation is not given intensively, and the leadership needs to be more responsive in addressing employee issues

Achieving these goals depends on the policies taken by the company. However, on the other hand, workers' work productivity decreases due to low work motivation and compensation that is relatively only sufficient for workers' basic living needs; this results in targeted production not being achieved according to the targets set. This research aims to determine (1) the compensation provided by the Naura Frozen Seafood Shop in Sidoarjo, (2) the work motivation of workers at the Naura Frozen Seafood Shop in Sidoarjo, (3) work productivity at the Naura Frozen Seafood Shop in Sidoarjo, and (4) the influence of compensation and motivation both collectively and individually on work productivity at the Naura frozen seafood shop in Sidoarjo. The method used is descriptive and an expansive survey of the Naura Seafood Frozen Sidoarjo shop workers analysis unit. Sampling used a simple random sampling method with a sample size (n) of 85 workers. The type of research in this research is causality, the time horizon in this research is cross-sectional, and the analysis methods used are frequency distribution and path analysis. The findings of this research are that compensation and motivation both jointly and individually influence the work productivity of workers at the Naura Seafood Frozen Sidoarjo shop. However, partial motivation is more dominant in influencing work productivity than compensation

Get PDFAplikasi Instagram merupakan salah satu bentuk pemasaran yang berkembang pesat pada platform media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi penjualan terhadap minat beli ulang pada merek distro maternal disaster pada aplikasi Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pengguna aplikasi Instagram yang merupakan pengikut akun Instagram maternal disaster dan telah membeli produknya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online kepada 100 responden. Uji analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan alur uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (uji-t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, variabel kualitas produk (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang produk merek distro maternal disaster. Sedangkan hasil pengujian variabel harga (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli ulang produk merek distro maternal disaster. Sedangkan hasil pengujian variabel promosi penjualan (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang produk merek distro maternal disaster. Secara simultan, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pada merek distro maternal disaster. Faktor kualitas produk merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi minat beli ulang, diikuti oleh faktor promosi penjualan

By using a theoretical basis that is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Ustadzah has implemented the Qira'ati learning system in learning the Qur'an very well. moreover, it is accompanied by an introductory book to learning the Al-Qur'an for students. Very good learning in terms of knowing hijaiyah letters, reading ghorib musykilat, understanding tajwid material, and reading the Al-Qur'an. English Fun Reading (ELFI) as Learning Media on Reading Skill for Vocational High School
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to design ELFI (English Fun Reading) based on an android for Reading lessons for X-grade students of vocational high school TI An-Najiyah Jombang. Then researcher make product in the application for learning media. This research used Research and Development method (R&D) that the researcher adapted from ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Based on the data on the development phase, the researcher got 91% on media validation which was categorized as a “worthy category†classification. While the result of material validation was 97% also categorized as a “worthy category†classification. Moreover, on implement phase, the result of students’ responses was 90% which could be categorized as an “interesting category†classification. From the data that this research showed, it can be said that this application was feasible and can be applied to Vocational High School Level

This research aims to find out and develop how to implement the co-op co-op type cooperative learning model in terms of independent learning of Islamic religious education (PAI) material at NU Al-Hidayah Ngimbang Vocational School. This research uses quantitative methods with a pre-experimental research design with a one group pre test & post test design. This application makes it easier for students to learn about independent learning through Islamic religious education (PAI) materials. The indicators of learning independence are 1) Initiative and intrinsic learning motivation, 2) Habit of diagnosing learning needs, 3) Setting learning goals/targets, 4) Monitoring, organizing and controlling learning, 5) Viewing difficulties as challenges.
