The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in PT. Gas Sembilan Semangat
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. Knowing & analyzing whether organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Gas Sembilan Semangat employs a total of 20 employees. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 4 employees using intentional capture techniques, namely capture techniques using certain criteria. The data used in this study is the main data, namely by conducting interviews using informants. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique using the discourse analysis method. The results show that employees have several reasons. For example, employees who are not contract employees have reasons because of inadequate working hours, while employees who are contract employees think that it is a form of their rights to become contract employees. Therefore, employees must have a greater commitment to carrying out their work responsibilities

A business classification encompassing the food and beverage industry is any enterprise that centers its operations around food or beverages, including F&B services. Maintaining a high standard of continuity and excellence in business communication is essential since customer or colleague satisfaction is critical to corporate success. Thus, this study aims to examine the role that business communication plays in increasing sales in the food and beverage industry and the challenges associated with business communication. Using a descriptive-analytical approach methodology, the research technique applies qualitative research focusing on business communication. In particular, Gozadera Bar De Tapas, one of the F&B Industry companies, is the target of this investigation. Primary data was the source of the information, and focus group discussions, observations, and interviews with relevant parties served as information collection techniques. Additionally, this study's information strategy involves analyzing qualitative data that field analysts have gathered. The findings indicate that effective corporate communication—including that with coworkers, leaders, and employees—and with customers and business partners- all significantly impact boosting sales. Through social media, business communications are conducted both directly and indirectly. Communication barriers can include misinterpretations of what is being said, loud music that interferes with normal hearing, and disagreements

The Implementation of Constructivist Learning Methods on Student Activity
No full textThe constructivist method has the characteristics of student explanations originating from the teacher's general concepts. The constructivist method is a method taken from philosophy in the sense that students explain concepts that have been put forward by the teacher globally. In its application, Islamic Senior High School Al Ihsan Kalikejambon applies constructivist methods to its students with the aim of awakening the activeness within their students when the teaching and learning process takes place. The constructivist method, applied in the classroom through various models or types. A learning model with a constructivist method that suits the student's character can be applied maximally in the classroom. On the other hand, if the choice of constructivist methods in the classroom is not appropriate, then the teacher is required to look for other methods that are in line with student characteristics to generate activity in the classroom. For Islamic Senior High School Al-Ihsan Kaikejambon itself, it applies constructivist methods through the subject of moral beliefs. Moral beliefs which contain two elements, namely Theology and morals, can be understood by means or methods used which are constructivist or looking at the environment using the senses and processing it into new knowledge without having to get out of previously existing concepts. Every method applied, including constructivist methods, certainly experiences periods of resistance and support. The obstacles that exist are the different characteristics of students. and the support is that students become braver and enjoy learning, thereby creating an active and conducive class
Designing Chillgo Media Based on ICT for Supporting Students’ Speaking Skill
Get PDFThis research aims to design a learning media named CHILLGO to support the speaking skills of the 10th-grade students BDPM (Marketing Online Business) 2 at Vocational High School PGRI 1 Jombang. This research used Research and Development (R&D) as the method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The result obtained from the material validation score was 80% which was in the “Good” category and the result of the media validation score was 80% which was in the “Good” category. The result of the students’ responses score was 95% which was in the “Very Good” category. It can be concluded that CHILLGO media deserves to be tasted and to be applied as a supporting media in a class activity

The results of the research show that the Brainstorming learning method on the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at Islamic Elementary School Walisongo Sumberrejo Pasuruan has been implemented since 2023. In its implementation, there are advantages and disadvantages, but with this method, students become active and enthusiastic in learning so it can be concluded that the Brainstorming method is very appropriate if implemented in schools so that learning is more effective and makes students not bored in learning
The Effect Of Implementing The Reading Aloud Method To Improve Students' Reading Skill
Get PDFThis study is motivated by the importance of reading skills for elementary school students as a foundation for understanding various subject matter, especially skills in understanding the contents of reading. One way that can be done is to carry out reading activities with the reading-aloud method. Reading aloud is an activity of reading aloud carried out by parents or teachers to children. This study aims to determine students' skills in understanding the contents of reading and students' perceptions of the reading aloud method. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental Design research type. The independent variable in this study is the reading aloud method while the dependent variable is students' reading skills. The population is 25 students from all grade II students. The research sample was selected using the simple saturated technique. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, testing, and documentation. Data were collected from the provision of pretests, treatments, and posttests then analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using the Paired Sample Test using the IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25 system. The results of this study indicate that (a) the reading-aloud method can be applied well by teachers and is carried out according to the stages that should be, (b) Reading skills before and after using the reading-aloud method have increased. The application of the reading-aloud method has a significant influence on the reading skills of class II students of SD IT Qurthuba

The program has 3 branches of boarding school material which include the fields of Tahsin / Tahifdhul Quran, Worship Practices and Reading the Book, and this research only focuses on the field of reading yellow book (kitab kuning). This study aims to analyze more deeply as well as describe the planning management of the takhassus center program in the field of reading the book, the management of the implementation of the takhassus center program in the field of reading the book and the evaluation management of the takhassus center program in the field of reading yellow book (buku kuning). This study employs qualitative approach method with a type of case study. In collecting data, researchers employ triangulation data analysis techniques which include observation, open interviews and documentation, research conducted at MTsN 3 Jombang. The results showed that the management of the takhassus center program in the field of reading kitab class VIII MTsN 3 Jombang was carried out by the process of Planning, Implementation, Program evaluation both from the aspect of written and oral exam assessment to measure students' understanding of the contents of the yellow book

Design of a Smart Donation Box Based on IoT
Get PDFThis research, entitled "IoT-based Intelligent Charity Box Design", aims to develop a charity box system that utilizes the Internet of Things (Iot) technology to enhance public participation in charity. In this context, the charity box not only serves as a container for storing donations, but is also equipped with features that can automatically monitor and calculate the amount of money inserted. The system uses the Wemos D1 Mini as a microcontroller connected to the Internet, allowing users to access data in real time through a website. In addition, this smart charity box is equipped with a PIR sensor that detects motion and triggers sound on the DFPlayer, as well as a TCS3200 color sensor that counts the paper money entered. Thus, the research not only offers technological solutions, but also seeks to remind the public of the importance of charity in a more interactive and efficient way. The results of this research are expected to benefit the management of charity funds and raise social awareness in the community
