Get PDFStrategi komunikasi adalah perencanaan dalam penyampaian pesan melalui kombinasi berbagai unsur komunikasi seperti frekuensi, formalitas, isi dan saluran komunikasi sehingga pesan yang disampaikan mudah diterima dan dipahami serta dapat mengubah sikap atau perilaku sesuai dengan tujuan komunikasi. Proses komunikasi melibatkan pengiriman pesan dari satu individu (pengirim) kepada individu lain (penerima), dengan harapan pesan tersebut dipahami dan diberikan respons. Komunikasi dapat terjadi dalam berbagai bentuk, baik lisan maupun tulisan, menggunakan kata-kata, isyarat, atau bahasa tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Gunungsitoli dalam mengurangi resistensi pegawai dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam komunikasi mengurangi resistensi pegawai pada badan pusat statistik Kota Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dimana penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Strategi komunikasi untuk mengurangi resistensi pegawai di BPS Gunungsitoli melibatkan pelatihan, pertemuan rutin, kolaborasi, dan evaluasi. Namun, beberapa kendala muncul: kurangnya pemahaman akan alasan perubahan, ketidakpastian dampak perubahan, minimnya keterlibatan pegawai, dan kesenjangan antara nilai organisasi dan perubahan yang diusulkan. Dukungan manajemen juga menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi resistensi ini
Analisis Latihan Soal Bahasa Arab pada Buku Ajar Mahir fi Lughoh Arabiyah Perspektif Taksonomi Bloom
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the practice questions contained in the textbook "Mahir fi Lughoh Arabiyah" using Bloom's taxonomic approach. This approach is used to evaluate the level of thinking and understanding of students tested through practice questions. The analysis method is carried out by categorizing the problems in the textbook into six levels of Bloom's taxonomy, namely knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. The results of the analysis show that the textbook "Mahir fi Lughoh Arabiyah" has successfully implemented Bloom's taxonomic approach well. The practice questions in the textbook cover different levels of taxonomy, from basic knowledge of Arabic vocabulary and grammar to students' ability to apply and analyze authentic Arabic texts. The study concluded that the textbook "Mahir fi Lughoh Arabiyah" had adopted Bloom's taxonomic approach well in designing practice problems. By covering various levels of taxonomy, this textbook is able to encourage students' thinking and understanding in learning Arabic. The recommendation of this study is the importance of using Bloom's taxonomy in designing practice problems to improve the effectiveness of Arabic learning in higher education
Inovasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dengan Buku Digital Silsilah Allisan untuk Penutur Non-Arab

One notable effort is the creation of a digital book on the Allisan Silsilah by Markaz Lisanul Umm. This study aims to examine and outline the process of learning Arabic among non-Arabic-speaking individuals in Indonesia using the Silsilah Allisan digital book. The study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, with the primary data sources being the educators and learners of Silsilah Allisan. Secondary data includes relevant articles and literature. The findings of this investigation indicate that Silsilah Allisan serves as an excellent representation of Arabic language learning. That includes practical and representative audio resources, exercises and kalam, qira'ah, and interactive kitabah facilitated through WhatsApp and Zoom groups. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness of promotional strategies in increasing sales of subsidized Home Ownership Credit (KPR) products amidst increasingly competitive market and implementation of marketing strategies in Islam. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach at one of the banks that offers subsidized KPR products through interviews and direct observation with Customer Financing Officers at BTN KCPS Jombang. The results of the study indicate that promotions carried out through personal selling are effective in attracting potential customers, especially in the low-income segment. However, tight market competition demands continuous innovation in promotional strategies so that subsidized KPR products can remain competitive as well as marketing strategies based on Islam.
 
Prediction of Accident Numbers in Yogyakarta using The Single Moving Average Method
Get PDFThe soaring birth rate of the Indonesian people causes an increase in the number of private vehicles which causes an increase in the number of accidents. The purpose of this article is to predict the number of accidents using the Single Moving Average technique. This article uses data originating from the Yogyakarta government's dataku web application with a period from 2010 to 2021 in an annual period. Predictive models were checked using RMSE, MAD, and MAPE. Using the Single Moving Average technique, the error value for RMSE is 643.99, MAD is 494.7, and MAPE is 1036.17%
Evaluation of The Quality of Gojek Online Transportation Driver Services Based on Customer Satisfaction Level in The City of Surabaya

With the increase in public interest in the use of online transportation, various companies are competing with each other to further innovate in the process of developing online transportation applications. PT. Go-Jek Indonesia is one of the online motorcycle taxi companies that claims to be able to provide practical and fast services in the midst of congestion problems faced by people in several cities. This study aims to evaluate the quality of Gojek online transportation driver services based on the level of customer satisfaction in the city of Surabaya. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques carried out in this study used interview techniques and document studies. From the results of interviews and document studies in this study, it can be concluded that the service provided by Gojek drivers to passengers is of good quality so that it provides satisfaction to customers as expected. Although some of them said they were satisfied with the service that had been provided by the driver, there were still some improvements that needed to be made and improved for the performance of the Gojek company in order to improve or improve the company's brand image
PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL SCREENCAST BERBASIS STEM PADA MATERI REPRODUKSI DI PONDOK PESANTREN AS-SAIDYAH 1

Problems in the field regarding ongoing learning are still not conducive at As-Saidyah 1 pesantren, especially at the level of understanding and discussion forums for rear-row audiences are difficult to ask questions. The difficulty of understanding in the field of menstruation, especially on the problem of calculation, which requires formulas that must be studied. So this study developed a STEM-based Screencast e-module on reproductive system material with the aim of finding out the feasibility of media and material from developing e-modules which can then be applied in the pesantren with the contents of the e-module in the form of material, e-lks based on the method of calculating the period of menstruation, by using the ADDIE development model and getting the results of 80% media eligibility with proper criteria and material feasibility with a percentage of 84% very feasible criteria. So it can be concluded that the media can be developed and implemented in Pesantren As-Saidyah 1.

ABSTRAK
Permasalahan dilapang mengenai pembelajaran berjalan masih kurang kondusif di pesantren As-Saidyah 1, terutama pada tingkat pemahaman dan forum diskusi tanya jawab audien barisan belakang sulit untuk bertanya. Sulitnya pemahaman di bidang menstruasi terutama pada masalah perhitungan, yang mana membutuhkan rumus-rumus yang harus dikaji. Maka penelitian ini mengembangkan e-modul Screencast berbasis STEM pada materi sistem reproduksi dengan tujuan menetahui kelayakan media dan materi dari pengembangan e-modul kemudian dapat diterapkan di pesantren tersebut dengan isi e-modul berupa materi, e-lks yang berbasis cara perhitungan masa mentruasi, dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dan mendapatkan hasil kelayakan media 80 % dengan kriteria layak dan kelayakan materi dengan prosentase 84 % kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga dapat simpulkan bahwa media dapat dikembangkan dan di implementasikan di Pesantren As-Saidyah 1.

The purpose of this study is to be able to describe the implementation strategy of instilling exemplary values in the inclusion class Imam Al-Ghozali's perspective to determine supporting and inhibiting factors. The approach used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The data presented in this study contains various educational and learning activities, problems in instilling moral values and solutions in overcoming the problem of instilling moral values in children with special needs from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghozali at MA Darun Najah Malang. The presence of researchers is very important, therefore researchers go directly into the field to observe and collect the data needed. Primary data sources are obtained directly from research subjects using data collection tools directly on the subject as a source of information sought. The secondary data in this study are written data sources, namely books, journals. The interviews used in this study were structured interviews. The results obtained can be concluded as follows: The strategy of instilling exemplary values in the inclusion class at MA Darun Najah Malang is implemented through the instillation of moral values in students in the inclusion class (through example, habituation, advice, reprimands and punishments).

Tujuan penelitian ini Agar dapat mendeskripsiskan strategi pelaksanaan penanaman nilai nilai keteladanan pada kelas inklusi Prespektif imam Al-Ghozali untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang di sajikan dalam penelitian ini berisi berbagai kegiatan pendidikan dan pembelajaran, problematika penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak dan solusi dalam mengatasi problematika penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak pada anak berkebutuhan khusus perspektif imam Al-Ghozali di MA Darun Najah Malang. Kehadiran peneliti sangatlah penting, oleh karena itu peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk mengamati dan mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut:Sumber data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan alat pengambilan data langsung pada subjek sebagai sumber informasi yang dicari. Adapun data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data tertulis yaitu buku, journal. Wawancara yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara terstruktur. Hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Strategi penanaman nilai-nilai keteladanan pada kelas inklusi di MA Darun Najah Malang dilaksanakan melalui penanaman nilai-nilai akhlakul karimah pada peserta didik di kelas inklusi (melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, nasehat, teguran dan hukuman).

Creating English Letter and Announcement Applications as Learning Tools for High School Students

The purpose of this research was to develop ELENA, an Android learning application to promote independent learning and advance student writing abilities specifically regarding letters and announcements. The researcher utilized the Research and Development methodology to build the application, following Maribe Branch’s ADDIE model of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation during the creation process. The intended users were 11th grade students at SMK Ar-Rahman Peterongan Jombang. Data collection involved interviews and questionnaires. Expert media evaluation indicated a 97.91% suitability score, meaning the application provided an interesting and interactive platform to learn English. The material expert’s 87.5% score confirmed appropriate educational content for the learning objectives. The 87.7% implementation score showed increased student engagement and activity applying letter and announcement writing skills. Students were more motivated to write in English on those topics while using the technology. Final assessment demonstrated the application’s success at elevating writing proficiency in the target formats of letters and announcements for the participant group based on the metrics utilized in the study. In summary, this customized mobile learning solution enabled independent study and led to measurable writing gains related to the specified skills of letters and announcements for the sample 11th grade vocational high school students.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ELENA, sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis ICT yang dirancang untuk mempromosikan pembelajaran mandiri dan meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa, khususnya dalam menulis surat dan pengumuman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Penelitian dan Pengembangan, mengikuti model ADDIE dari Maribe Branch yang mencakup analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dalam proses pembuatannya. Aplikasi ini ditujukan untuk siswa kelas XI di SMK Ar-Rahman Peterongan Jombang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Evaluasi oleh ahli media menunjukkan skor kesesuaian sebesar 97,91%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi ini menawarkan platform yang menarik dan interaktif untuk belajar bahasa Inggris. Skor 87,5% dari ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa konten edukasi yang disediakan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Skor implementasi sebesar 87,7% menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan dan aktivitas siswa dalam menerapkan keterampilan menulis surat dan pengumuman. Siswa lebih termotivasi untuk menulis dalam bahasa Inggris mengenai topik-topik tersebut saat menggunakan aplikasi ini. Penilaian akhir menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil meningkatkan kemahiran menulis siswa dalam format surat dan pengumuman sesuai dengan metrik yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Secara keseluruhan, solusi pembelajaran mobile yang disesuaikan ini memungkinkan pembelajaran mandiri dan memberikan peningkatan kemampuan menulis yang terukur dalam keterampilan surat dan pengumuman bagi siswa kelas XI di sekolah menengah kejuruan.
