Contextual-Based Shorof Textbook Development for Students of Madrasah Aliyah
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to describe the Development, Feasibility, and Effectiveness of Contextual-Based Shorof Textbooks. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. The results of the research and development are as follows: (1) The Contextual-Based Shorof Textbook developed has dimensions of 18x25 cm and uses Standard Arabic (Fusha). This teaching material consists of 5 chapters containing detailed and comprehensive Shorof material. Each chapter is equipped with explanations, elaborations of the material, and exercises for students in the first and second semesters. (2) Based on the results of validation tests by material expert lecturers, the textbook achieved a score of 125, categorized as valid in terms of material presentation. Meanwhile, the validation test by design expert lecturers scored 134, categorized as highly valid. The validation test by Shorof subject teachers obtained a score of 89, also categorized as highly valid. The effectiveness of the textbook was evaluated using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores, with the t-test significance value greater than the t-table value. This indicates that the Shorof textbook is effective in meeting the needs of students and teachers in teaching and learning Shorof. The implications of this study are that the Contextual-Based Shorof Textbook can serve as a reference for developing similar teaching materials that align with the learning needs at the Madrasah Aliyah level, as well as promote a deeper and more structured understanding of Shorof among students
Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Get PDF This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation at the cooperative and micro-enterprise services in the Nganjuk district. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where the questionnaire will be distributed to all research respondents. The population in this study is all employees of the Nganjuk district cooperative and micro-enterprise services, totaling 55 people. In determining the sample, saturated sampling was used, where the entire population is used as a respondent, considering the population is less than 100. Path analysis was used to test the results of the respondents' data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The test results show that direct compensation significantly affects the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and Micro Business Office. Indirectly, motivation can mediate the effect of compensation on the performance of the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and Micro Business Office employees
PENGARUH JIWA ENTREPRENEUR TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN UMKM DI JOMBANG
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh jiwa entrepreneur terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Jombang. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket dalam bentuk pertanyaan tertutup berupa skala Likert’s kepada 56 Responden yang merupakan para pemilik usaha yang ada di Jombang. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Jiwa Enterpreneur Terhadap Pengembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Jombang. Yang mana hasil tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan uji regresi linier sederhana pada tabel uji T dengan nilai 5,554 > 2,306 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka terdapat pengaruh Jiwa Enterpreneur Terhadap Pengembangan UMKM (Ha) diterima, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh Jiwa Enterpreneur Terhadap Pengembangan UMKM (Ho) ditolak, atau dengan kata lain Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima

Salah satu fenomena dari perubahan kurikulum yang sangat berdampak adalah kesiapan guru dalam melaksanakan kurikulum yang baru, dimana setiap guru harus melakukan penyesuaian penyesuaian pada pengadmistrasian guru. Salah satunya adalah istilah dari RPP menjadi Modul Ajar, hal ini menimbulkan kegaduhan karena proses perpindahan biasanya berdampak pada teknis teknis pembuatan Modul Ajar. Get PDFSekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Manunggal merupakan salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang berada di Desa Manunggal Kecamatan Ngusikan Kabupaten Jombang. SDN Manunggal terdiri dari 155 siswa dan 11 guru. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di kelas 3 SDN Manunggal memiliki kekurangan inovasi dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Sehingga para siswa cenderung merasa bosan dan tidak bersemangat dalam belajar. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan hanya berupa buku siswa. Media pembelajaran merupakan jembatan yang membantu guru untuk memahamkan materi yang disampaikan kepada siswa. Media pembelajaran bagi siswa sekolah dasar biasanya di bentuk menarik dan mendidik. Media pembelajaran juga berfungsi untuk merangsang minat dan motivasi siswa. Oleh karena itu pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pendampingan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran Suplsy study with Play untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pendekatan pembuatan, sosialisasi, dan implementasi. Metode pendekatan pembuatan, sosialisasi, dan implementasi melibatkan langkah-langkah terstruktur untuk memastikan keberhasilan proyek atau produk.Metode pembuatan adalah cara sistematis untuk merancang dan menghasilkan produk atau solusi. Metode ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan dan penetapan tujuan, kemudian tahap perencanaan, yang mencakup desain dan pemilihan material atau teknologi. Kemudian, proses pembuatan dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan, memastikan kontrol kualitas yang ketat sepanjang proses. More specifically, the people of Tejo village are mostly farmers who make a living, therefore fertilizer is their daily companion. Most farmers in Indonesia still depend on the use of inorganic or chemical fertilizers even though excessive use of inorganic fertilizers in the long term will actually cause negative effects. The application of excessive doses of synthetic chemical fertilizers can cause environmental pollution, moreover, continuous use for a long time can cause land productivity to decrease and soil fertilizing microorganisms to decrease. One of the non-chemical fertilizers that can be used is organic fertilizer in liquid form (POC) from onion peel waste and rice washing water where the excess more quickly stimulates the growth of roots, new shoots and plant cells, repairs chlorophyll in leaves, strengthens pollen stalks in flowers, and strengthens endurance in plants. From the results of the recapitulation of the Pre-test questionnaire, 56% increased by 33% with the socialization to 86% of the results of the recapitulation of the Post-test questionnaire

Get PDFIn the context of urban agriculture, the utilization of livestock waste is key to improving the quality of agricultural land. Liquid organic fertilizer is one of the products derived from dairy farm waste and other organic materials. This article discusses a community service program run in Murukan Village, which is the center of dairy farming and has great potential in farm waste management. Although cow's milk is the identity of this village, farm waste that has the potential to be used to improve agriculture is still underutilized. In order to optimize the use of livestock waste, the community service team designed and conducted training with the theme "Optimizing the Utilization of Dairy Farm Waste as an Effort to Improve the Quality of POC-Based Agricultural Land." The objectives of this community service program are: (1) Provide an understanding to the service subjects about the utilization of dairy milk waste as the main media for POC as a support for the quality of agricultural land (2) increase the skills of making POC from dairy milk waste. (3) provide motivation to farmers not to depend on synthetic chemical fertilizers. The Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD) approach is used in this program, which focuses on identifying existing assets in the community to support empowerment efforts.
