Developing An Interactive PowerPoint as Supporting Media for Teaching Procedure Text
Get PDFThis study aimed at developing the learning media named an interactive PowerPoint. It is a supporting media for teaching of Procedure text for Grade VII of Junior High School Private 7 Nganjuk. The media could help students get better understanding about Procedure text and the students did not get bored during the class. The media also led students feel joyful in the learning process. The research method applied at this study was Research and Development (R&D) that adapted ADDIE model that consisted of five procedures. They are 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. This study involved 32 students of Grade VII A at Junior High School Private 7 Nganjuk. The results of the study are categorized good in term of media validation (score 66), material validation (score 63), and respondent (score 65). It can be summed up that the use of interactive PowerPoint as supporting media for teaching of Procedure text is worth to apply
Discovery Learning to Improve Student Learning Outcomes for Class X Waste Material at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang
Get PDFEducation is very important for developing the potential of human resources (HR) through high-quality teaching activities by maximizing discovery learning models that can be used as a bridge to encourage changes in teaching and learning activities more effectively because this learning requires students to be able to construct their knowledge with their experiences so that students can build their knowledge through discovery in learning experiences by interacting directly with objects and phenomena that exist around their environment. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes on waste material by applying the discovery learning model for class X SMKN 1 Jombang. The research method used was quasi-experimental research or quasi-experimental research with data collection techniques in the form of test instruments (pretest and posttest) which were tested using a paired sample t-test (t-test) using SPSS. The results showed that the paired sample t-test statistical test (t-test) showed that the sig (2-tailed) value was 0.005, so it could be concluded that there was a significant difference between learning outcomes in the pretest and post-test data in class X students of SMKN 1 Jombang. In general, the average pretest score for class X students was 82.193 and the score increased by 14.167 with a posttest score of 96.36. A high post-test score for students could indicate that the learning process was going well
Application of The Two Stay Two Stray Model in The System of Linear Equations Reviewed from Learning Achievement
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning achievement with the implementation of the TSTS type cooperative model. Based on initial observations conducted at MTsN 4 Jombang with early interviews with one of the mathematics teachers and several students of MTsN 4 Jombang, several problems were found as follows: There are still students who have not been able to solve Mathematics problems, There are still students who have not been able to understand the process of solving Mathematics problems, then there are some students who have not been able to operate a formula into solving Mathematics problems. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The comparative hypothesis testing of two correlated samples, the researcher used calculations with the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 application with a 5% error rate. Based on the research and analysis in section IV, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the level of learning achievement of class VIII K students of MTsN 4 Denanyar Jombang before and after implementing the (TSTS) type cooperative learning model. This finding is supported by the paired t-test with a significance result of 0.000, which is lower than the established error level of 0.0
Improving Science Literacy through STEMQ-based E-Modules through flipbooks at MA Al-Ihsan Kalijaring Jombang
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness of STEMQ-based e-modules in improving students' science literacy at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ihsan Kalijaring, Jombang. The method used is a pre-experiment with a pretest-posttest design on a single group, involving eleventh-grade students as the sample. Data was collected through a science literacy test that measured students' understanding of optical material before and after using the STEMQ-based e-module. The results showed that the use of the STEMQ-based e-module can improve students' science literacy, particularly in understanding scientific concepts related to optical material. Additionally, the integration of Qur'anic values into the e-module had a positive impact on strengthening students' religious character, supporting holistic learning. The study also found that while most students showed improvement, there was variation in the results, indicating the need for more attention to students with lower science literacy abilities. Overall, the STEMQ-based e-module was proven effective in improving science literacy in the pesantren environment and can serve as a relevant learning medium for 21st-century educational needs. This study contributes to the development of STEM-based learning that integrates religious values in pesantren education.
 
Implementation of Apriori and Fp-Growth Algorithms In Forming Association Patterns Based On Unwaha Cooperative Sales Transactions
Get PDFThis study implements the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms to identify association rules in sales transaction data from the UNWAHA Multi-Purpose Cooperative. Both algorithms successfully discovered product relationships, with similarities in rules for items like MAKARONI ASEP, KRUPUK PAK JONO, and KRUPUK 500. The FP-Growth algorithm, implemented using RapidMiner, outperformed Apriori in processing speed by 11 seconds and demonstrated higher accuracy in rule generation. Optimal results were achieved with minimum support and confidence values of 0.3 and 0.9 for Apriori (generating 5 rules), and 0.52 and 0.9 for FP-Growth (generating 6 rules). These settings balanced between generating too many rules, which could complicate interpretation, and too few, which might miss important patterns. Based on the analysis, strategic recommendations for the cooperative include implementing product bundling and discounts for frequently co-purchased items nearing expiration, optimizing product placement by grouping commonly associated items (e.g., MAKARONI ASEP, KRUPUK PAK JONO, KRUPUK 500, SOSIS SO NICE, and YUPI ALL VARIAN 5G) in easily accessible locations, and increasing stock for high-demand products like LE MINERALE. No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi CSR pada PT. Pertamina Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode observasi melalui website Pertamina dan beberapa sumber data lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pertamina Indonesia menerapkan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang didasarkan pada kepedulian sosial dan lingkungan. Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ini diterapkan dalam berbagai kegiatan atau program diantaranya adalah bidang pendidikan yaitu beasiswa Sobat Bumi, Beasiswa Afirmasi dan Beasiswa Pertamina Vokasi, beasiswa ini tersebar di kampus-kampus nusantara seperti ITERA, UNPAD, UI dan sebagainya. Kemudian di bidang kesehatan Pertamina memberikan bantuan penanganan gizi buruk di Medan, Padang, Pekanbaru, Jakarta dan lain-lain. Selanjutnya di bidang infrastruktur ini Pertamina memiliki program bedah rumah, program tahun ini berlokasi tepatnya di Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Selain itu progam pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia yang diberikan oleh Pertamina yaitu program Pertamina Berdikari yang beroperasi di wilayah sekitar perusahaan. Lebih jauh lagi Pertamina juga menjalankan program pemberian bantuan dari dampak bencana alam, serta menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan. Dari penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan dan bagi sosial maupun lingkungan. Dengan adanya penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility ini dapat memberikan hubungan baik bagi perusahaan dan sosial lingkungan, bagi perusahaan mampu meningkatkan reputasi dan kredibilitas perusahaan dan bagi sosial lingkungan mampu meningkatkan kualitas SDM serta mampu mengolah lingkungan agar tetap lestari hingga dapat diambil manfaatnya
PENGARUH HARGA, KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KPR
Get PDFPermintaan rumah setiap tahun meningkat sangat pesat yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian KPR yaitu harga, kualitas layanan dan produk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu nasabah BTN Syariah KCPS Jombang yang membeli KPR antara tahun 2021-2022. Penentuan sampel memakai purposive sampling yang memperoleh 76 responden. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai pengumpulan data kemudian memakai analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa harga dan kualitas layanan secara parsial mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Namun, produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan keputusan pembelian KPR dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas layanan dan produk. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi strategis bagi BTN Syariah KCPS Jombang dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan produk serta harga yang terjangkau untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian KPR. Hal ini dapat membantu BTN Syariah KCPS Jombang meningkatkan pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah

Entrepreneurship is the attitude, spirit, and ability to create something new and beneficial for oneself and others. Entrepreneurship programs aim to shape students' character into entrepreneurs with innovative and creative ideas. Vocational High Schools (SMK) support this program to prepare students to become skilled workers in their chosen fields. However, the high number of unemployed SMK graduates is due to the lack of suitable job opportunities. Becoming entrepreneurs can be a solution to reduce unemployment by creating new job opportunities.
This research aims to understand the implementation of entrepreneurship programs in improving the financial independence and careers of SMK students at SMK Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko Jombang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that the entrepreneurship program at SMK Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko Jombang is beneficial for students' careers after graduation, covering the fields of Light Vehicle Engineering, Multimedia, and Industrial Chemistry. The implementation of this program enhances the school's finances and equips graduates with entrepreneurial skills, enabling them to create job opportunities.

Pemanfaatan Smartphone Bagi Petani Sebagai Alat Pengukur pH Tanah di Desa Tanggalrejo Mojoagung Jombang
Get PDFTechnology in agriculture is something that cannot be separated from its application in the agricultural sector. The use of smartphones in soil pH measuring devices makes the measurement process faster, easier and more affordable. This research aims to develop a simple and affordable soil pH measuring tool for use by farmers in Tanggalrejo Village, Mojoagung, Jombang. The method approach taken for community service in Tanggalrejo Village is to use the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. One of them is by implementing training methods and approaches from local farmers so that indirectly farmers in Tanggalrejo Village can capture the material well. This tool is named "Soil pH Meter" and is designed to help farmers manage the quality of their soil. This research involves the steps of designing, prototyping, field testing, and evaluation. This tool has the potential to increase efficiency in farming and help farmers take appropriate actions to increase crop yields. Based on the results of this community service activity, it can provide an overview of the use of a pH meter for accurate and efficient soil pH monitoring by: (1) Providing understanding and practice in checking soil pH using a telegram monitoring pH meter to farmers in Tanggalrejo Village, so that the Farmers know the condition of bass or acid soil and can determine good and correct handling. (2) Provide understanding and explanation about the use of smartphones, that the soil pH monitoring tool via telegram can be checked via smartphones used by farmers in Tanggalrejo Village
Pelatihan Edukasi Dampak Positif Dan Negatif Interaksi Media Sosial Terhadap Remaja Di SMK Muhammadiyah Bangunjiwo
Get PDFIn this dynamic technological era, changes permeate various aspects of life. Technology accelerates the shift towards the digital realm, with social media becoming the primary platform facilitating rapid interaction. However, its impact on psychological well-being and communication patterns is not always positive. To address this, an educational training program has been developed to provide adolescents with a deep understanding of the positive use of social media and how to manage its negative effects. The training takes place over one day at SMK Muhammadiyah Bangunjiwo, involving 30 students from grades 11 and 12. The methods include presentations, discussions, and interactive sessions. Survey results show that most students spend considerable time on social media, but they also recognize the importance of understanding its positive and negative impacts. This training successfully increases students' awareness of responsible social media usage, and it is hoped that similar activities can be conducted sustainably. The results indicate that with better understanding, students can optimize the use of social media to support learning and other activities, as well as develop positive character traits. This program contributes to shaping wise and responsible attitudes toward technology use among the younger generation. Awareness of the importance of digital literacy is also increasing, as evidenced by the post-test literacy index increasing by 0.49 compared to the Indonesian average in 2022
