Hexahelix Strategy to Reduce ICOR by Enhancing Investment, Bureaucracy, and Eradicating Corruption
Get PDFThe problem of low investment efficiency in Indonesia as reflected by the high Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) value. The condition is exacerbated by corrupt practices, inefficient bureaucracy, declining labor productivity, and inadequate immigration governance, which overall hamper economic growth. Through historical analysis and empirical data, this essay identifies the important role of various elements government, industry sector, society, academia, mass media, and the legal and regulatory system in creating a conducive investment climate. As a strategic solution, the author proposes the HEXAHELIX collaborative model, which is a development of the Triple and Quadruple Helix concepts, to improve investment quality, reduce corrupt practices, reform immigration policies, and optimize capital utilization. This model emphasizes the need for synergy between various stakeholders to realize bureaucratic and immigration reform, transparency in investment management, and equitable development between regions. Thus, the implementation of the HEXAHELIX collaborative strategy is expected to reduce the ICOR rate, increase productivity, and encourage inclusive and sustainable economic growth, while realizing political stability and community welfare
Analysis of the Impact of Exports, Taxes, and Exchange Rates on Indonesia’s Economic Growth (2020–2024)
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the impact of exports, taxes, and exchange rates on Indonesia's economic growth. The study used time series data on exports, taxes, and exchange rates for the period from 2020 to 2024. The data analysis methods used included multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicate that exports, tax revenues, and the exchange rate have a positive and significant impact on economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. The study concluded that exports, taxes, and exchange rates have a significant positive impact on Indonesia's economic growth. The coefficient of determination analysis shows that exports, taxes, and exchange rates have an impact rate of 50.10% on Indonesia's economic development, while other factors outside the scope of this study account for the remaining 49.90%. For more diverse results, additional macroeconomic variables can also be added which have a greater influence on the analysis of factors influencing Indonesia's economic growth
The Development of Listening Fun as Learning Media For 11th Grade Students Senior High School
No full textEducation is important for the children of the nation as it plays a crucial role in shaping their future. English is an international language and one of the subjects taught in schools. Mastery of English involves four essential skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Among these, listening is a critical skill that must be mastered to avoid misunderstandings during communication with English speakers.To address this need, researchers developed a learning medium to help students improve their English language skills. The approach used in this research was Research and Development (R&D). R&D activities are systematic and iterative, forming what is commonly known as the "research and development cycle." The ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) was applied to develop a learning medium based on a needs analysis.The analysis revealed that Listening Fun (LF) Media was necessary for students to enhance their listening skills. The results of media validation yielded scores of 84% and 96%, indicating that LF Media was suitable for use by students. Similarly, material validation results showed scores of 79% and 83%, further supporting the effectiveness of LF Media. The validation categories for both media and materials were classified as "Very Good." Based on these findings, it was concluded that LF Media is ready to be tested and implemented for student learning

No full textThe development of Islamic education in Indonesia has never been separated from the historical aspects behind the process of entering and developing Islamic education in Indonesia. Historically, Islamic education was most studied and developed in Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding school is an Islamic religious educational institution that is growing and recognized by the surrounding community, which also plays a role as an institution for religious guidance, science, training, community development and at the same time being a cultural node. Usually these roles are not immediately formed but go through stage by stage, program by program. After being successful as an educational institution, Islamic boarding schools can also become scientific, training and community empowerment institutions. Its success in building integration with society gave it a mandate as an institution for religious guidance and a cultural node. Referring to the aim of education in Islamic boarding schools in developing individual (santri) behavior, namely in this case the issue of discipline, according to Sahertian is to build behavior and develop individual potential and create a harmonious life and produce results in group processes. Effective discipline allows a person with his activities to fulfill the basic need to be together. In order to achieve the goals mentioned above, students must be equipped with Islamic values. This is realized through the rules and regulations enforced by the Islamic boarding school. By enforcing these regulations, the students have high discipline so they can achieve the predetermined goals. Because filling and equipping students' cognitive abilities is only a small part of the goals of education
Digital Literacy Global Framework Competence of Islamic Senior High School Students
Get PDFThis study aims to evaluate the level of digital literacy among students in Islamic Senior High School (MA) in Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, using the UNESCO Digital Literacy Global Framework (DLGF). The method employed is quantitative research with a cross-sectional survey design. The research sample consists of 40 students selected purposively. The analysis results indicate that overall, the students' digital literacy competencies fall into the good category, with an average of 69.75%. However, there is variation in competencies across the seven DLGF competency frameworks, with some aspects, such as the ability to assess information credibility and collaboration, requiring further attention. Recommended interventions include practical training and workshops to enhance students' digital competencies. This research is expected to provide a foundation for developing more effective interventions to improve digital literacy among Islamic Senior High School students
Preserving Identity through Education: The Role of Symbolic Capital in Cultural Reproduction at MMA Bahrul ‘Ulum
Get PDFThis study examines the process of cultural reproduction at Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat (MMA) Bahrul ‘Ulum through the sociological lens of Pierre Bourdieu. The research focuses on how this traditional Islamic educational institution sustains religious and cultural values by shaping the habitus of its students. Using a qualitative approach and analyzing daily practices within the pesantren environment, the study finds that MMA Bahrul ‘Ulum reproduces culture through internal mechanisms such as discipline reinforcement, classical Islamic text learning, and symbolic relationships between teachers and students. Symbolic and cultural capital play a crucial role in maintaining the institution’s authority amid social change. The findings reveal that the process of cultural reproduction at MMA Bahrul ‘Ulum is not passive but rather active and dynamic, enabling the institution to preserve tradition while adapting to contemporary challenges. This research highlights the strategic role of pesantren in maintaining cultural identity through the formation of a distinctive habitus

The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, namely by taking three samples of pure coconut oil producers located in the Bantul Regency area, Yogyakarta. Data was analyzed using the SWOT method. The research results show that the marketing strategy carried out is by utilizing internal strengths, namely by promoting products through social media and taking advantage of opportunities by collaborating with companies as partners in marketing. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keragaman produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan etika bisnis Islam terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Bina Syariah Ummah (KBSU) Sidayu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak dari total 2.062 anggota. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel keragaman produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan etika bisnis Islam memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Semakin beragam produk yang ditawarkan, semakin baik pelayanan yang diberikan, serta semakin kuat penerapan etika bisnis Islam, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan anggota. Ketiga faktor tersebut juga terbukti memberikan kontribusi bersama yang kuat terhadap peningkatan kepuasan anggota. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan koperasi syariah yang tidak hanya fokus pada produk dan layanan, tetapi juga menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai Islam sebagai dasar operasionalnya. Yang paling menonjol dalam hasil penelitian ini adalah peran dari penerapan etika bisnis Islam. Tinjauan Stilistika terhadap Diksi dan Gaya Bahasa dalam Terjemahan Lagu Qolbi Fill Madinah
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis diksi dan gaya bahasa dalam terjemahan lagu "Qalbi Fill Madinah" dengan pendekatan stilistika. Lagu ini memiliki makna yang mendalam bagi umat Islam, dengan lirik yang menggambarkan cinta, kerinduan, dan penghormatan terhadap Nabi Muhammad SAW dan kota Madinah. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang fokus pada analisis penggunaan diksi dan gaya bahasa yang ada dalam terjemahan lirik lagu dari bahasa Arab ke bahasa Indonesia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah lirik lagu "Qolbi Fill Madinah" dan terjemahannya, yang diambil dari karya Maher Zain dan Harris J, sedangkan objek penelitian meliputi pemilihan diksi, penggunaan majas, serta efek estetika dan emosional yang timbul dari kedua teks tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi dan simak-catat, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan lirik lagu dalam bahasa Arab dan terjemahannya dalam bahasa Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori stilistika Geoffrey Leech, yang mencakup konsep penyimpangan (deviation), penonjolan (foregrounding), serta analisis efek estetika dan kontekstual dari setiap baris lirik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjemahan lagu ini tidak hanya berfokus pada pemindahan makna denotatif, tetapi juga berupaya mempertahankan keindahan dan nuansa estetika yang terkandung dalam teks asli. Meskipun ada pergeseran dalam pemilihan diksi dan gaya bahasa untuk menyesuaikan dengan bahasa sasaran, penerjemahan ini berhasil mempertahankan kedalaman emosional dan spiritual yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan stilistika dalam penerjemahan lagu religi untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai estetika, emosional, dan spiritual dalam bahasa sasaran, serta memberikan panduan bagi penerjemah agar lebih memperhatikan aspek puitis dan estetis dalam karya sastra yang diterjemahkan
Eksplorasi Unsur Stilistika serta Nilai Moral dalam Maqamat dan Qasidah Sastra Arab Klasik
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: pertama, untuk mengkaji Maqāmāt yang berupa Genre Maqāmāt, Tokoh terkenal, dan Contoh teks Maqāmāt. Kedua, untuk mengkaji Qasidah lebih mendalam berupa, Struktur dan Salah satu tokoh Qasidah Umru Al- Qais. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dengan mengakses artikel-artikel ilmiah, jurnal, dan karya-karya klasik yang relevan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis), yang meliputi identifikasi, dan klasifikasi bentuk-bentuk gaya bahasa dalam teks Arab klasik. Adapun hasil penelitian imi menjelaskan Pertama, Genre Maqāmāt merupakan prosa sastra Arab yang menggabungkan narasi dan puisi. Maqāmāt memberikan nilai moral, pendidikan, dan kritik sosial Salah satu tokoh terkenal ialah Al-Hariri dari Basrah salah satu contoh Maqāmāt adalah Maqāmāt Ar-Rahbiyyah. Kedua, Qasidah dibagi menjadi tiga bagian: nasib, rahil, dan madih. Penyair terkenal seperti Imru’ al-Qais dikenal karena puisi yang menggambarkan cinta dan keindahan alam. Teknik puisi dalam Qasidah mencakup aliterasi, metafora, dan simbolisme, yang memperkaya makna dan keindahan bahasa. Implikasi penelitian ini memperkaya kajian sastra Arab klasik serta memberikan wawasan baru bagi pembelajaran stilistika, moral, dan budaya dalam teks Maqāmāt dan Qasidah di ranah akademik
