Arduino-Based Mosquito Trap Design
Get PDFMosquitoes are widely recognized as carriers of dangerous diseases such as dengue fever, malaria, chikungunya, and Zika, which pose serious public health problems in tropical regions. Conventional mosquito control methods, including chemical spraying, coils, and fogging, have several disadvantages, such as health risks, environmental pollution, and reduced effectiveness due to mosquito resistance. This study presents the design and implementation of an automatic mosquito trap based on Arduino Uno as a safer and environmentally friendly alternative. The system was developed by integrating temperature and humidity sensors, light sensors, an ultraviolet lamp, and a direct current fan, which were controlled by a microcontroller and relay modules. The operational logic was programmed so that the lamp activated in low light conditions with optimal temperature and humidity for mosquito activity, while the fan provided suction to direct mosquitoes into a container. The device was assembled and tested indoors to evaluate its automatic functionality. Results showed that the system consistently responded to environmental conditions by activating components without human intervention, effectively attracting and trapping mosquitoes. The prototype demonstrated reliable operation, low power consumption, and the potential for practical use in residential areas. This research indicates that an automatic mosquito trap designed with microcontroller technology can provide an effective and chemical-free solution for mosquito control, with the possibility of future development including improved design, alternative energy sources, and wireless monitoring capabilities

Pengabdian masyarakat ini direalisasikan melalui program pendampingan peningkatan spiritual masyarakat Desa Mekarjaya melalui kegiatan tradisi barzanji di mushola baitul maghfiroh, permasalahan pokok yang ditemukan di Desa Mekarjaya adalah kurangnya keterlibatan jamaah musholla baitul magfirah dalam menjalankan kegiatan barzanji, maka dari itu pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan jamaah musholla baitul magfirah melalui pendampingan terarah dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan spiritual masyarakat dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai keagamaan dan mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam komunitas, pendampingan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan pengembangan masyarakat berbasis asset yang menekankan pada penggunaan aset dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh komunitas setempat. Tim pendamping dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari mahasiswa dan dosen yang memastikan beragam perspektif yang terlibat dalam proses pendampingan, Hasil pendampingan ini yaitu dapat memberikan pemahaman terkait tradisi barzanji sebagai suatu nilai yang positif untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya, pendampingan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan spiritualisme masyarakat sekitar musholah baitul maghfiroh karena berhasil dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam aspek keagamaan

Get PDFPengembangan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini merupakan isu penting dalam pendidikan karena berpengaruh pada kemampuan berinteraksi, berbagi, bekerja sama, serta membangun empati. Fokus pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak di PAUD Attahiriyah Desa Buniwangi Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Cianjur melalui kegiatan bermain kelompok. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memberikan pendampingan berbasis permainan kolaboratif agar anak lebih terbiasa bekerja sama, menaati aturan, dan menunjukkan kepedulian terhadap teman. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan ABCD dengan strategi observasi partisipatif, melibatkan guru dan anak dalam perencanaan serta pelaksanaan kegiatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu identifikasi aset, perumusan harapan bersama, perancangan program, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Permainan yang digunakan meliputi menyusun balok, memindahkan gelas plastik dengan sedotan, serta permainan memindahkan kardus secara berkelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perkembangan signifikan pada keterampilan sosial anak. Sebagian besar anak meningkat dari kategori mulai berkembang menjadi berkembang sesuai harapan, bahkan beberapa anak mencapai berkembang sangat baik dengan mampu membantu dan memotivasi teman. Kegiatan ini juga berdampak pada guru yang lebih terbantu dalam menciptakan suasana kelas kondusif dan interaktif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan bermain kelompok terbukti efektif sebagai strategi pendidikan anak usia dini untuk menumbuhkan kerja sama, disiplin, komunikasi, dan empati, serta dapat direplikasi di lembaga PAUD lain
The Impact of Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Retention at PT. Putra Tani Bhinneka
Get PDFHuman Resource Management plays a strategic role in ensuring employee retention, particularly in the face of global competition. This study examines the influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee retention at PT. Putra Tani Bhineka. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed, utilizing a sample of 40 employees selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, supported by interviews, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both the work environment and organizational commitment have a simultaneous positive effect on employee retention, accounting for 28.2% of the variation. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a supportive work environment and enhancing organizational commitment to retain skilled employees. The study provides practical recommendations for the development of effective employee retention strategies that contribute to long-term business sustainability.

Determinant of Macroeconomic Variables on Foreign Exchange Reserves in Indonesia
No full textThe research aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic variables on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. This cannot be separated from the fact that the accumulation of foreign exchange reserves is very closely related to the condition of macroeconomic variables. The research uses time-series data from 2019:M01-2023:M12. The multiple linear regression approach is applied to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the foreign exchange reserve model. The research results show that imports, inflation and the exchange rate have a negative effect on foreign exchange reserves. An increase in these three variables will reduce foreign exchange reserves. The money supply has a positive effect on the exchange rate. The OLS approach produces BLUE regression, because the model is free from classical assumption problems. The implication of the research is that the government needs to implement an expansionary fiscal policy by increasing government spending, encouraging exports and maintaining the stability of the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar. Stable domestic economic conditions will have an impact on increasing the accumulation of foreign exchange reserves

The approach used in this research is qualitative, with data collection methods through in-depth interviews with organizational administrators of PMII Tabassam Rayon, Wahab Hasbullah Jombang Commissariat.The results of the interview show that transformative learning strategies can influence the critical thinking of participants in PMII basic cadre training. This is proven by what the Head of Rayon said that transformative learning strategies enable participants to stimulate their thinking power for knowledge, and the development of knowledge also influences courage. participants in conveying ideas and notions, as well as making them aware of the shackles of naivety and social reality. Thus, transformative learning has proven to be effective as learning that can improve the critical thinking of participants who take part in PMII Rayon Tabassam basic cadre training. This research suggests that the PMII organization can perfect learning strategies in education which of course takes an adult and liberating approach
Expert Validation of Learning Videos About Plant Tissue for Class XI

The integration of technology in the context of education can be done through the use of technological resources as innovative learning media, one of which is audio-visual media. The purpose of this study is to describe the feasibility of audio-visual media developed based on the assessment of material experts and learning media experts. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development. The method used is development research which refers to the ADDIE model. The analysis stage is carried out in the form of analyzing the needs for the development of audio-visual media. The design stage is in the form of designing a developed media storyboard. The development stage is in the form of media development followed by validation activities of material experts and learning media experts. The results of the study show that the feasibility of the developed audio-visual media is assessed through expert assessment, which includes material experts and media experts. The feasibility results of the plant tissue material obtained the results of a feasibility test by material experts of 85.71% with the criterion of "Very Valid", the feasibility test by media experts was 89.47% with the criterion of "Very Valid

This warehouse management information system is website-based and created using the CodeIgniter 3 framework with PHP and MySQL programming languages as its database and its editor tools using Visual Studio Code. The result of this research is the creation of a warehouse management information system that can manage goods in the warehouse so that it can facilitate the work of managing incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock of goods in the warehouse. With the existence of a website-based warehouse management information system, the system used can be changed to a computerized system, so that it is expected to help in managing goods in the warehouse to be more effective and efficient, as well as the presentation of stock reports to be more accurate and the information can be used to help in the decision-making process to accelerate the company's performance, especially in warehousing

DESIGNING WHATSAPP BROADCAST USING VBA EXCEL AND JS NODES FOR MARKETING STRATEGY IN THE DIAN COLLECTION STORE
Get PDFThis research aims to develop an automated WhatsApp Broadcast system for enhancing marketing efficiency in small retail businesses. The system was designed using Microsoft Excel as the user interface and Node.js as the backend for processing message delivery through WhatsApp Web. Excel is used to input customer data and promotional content, while Node.js enables the system to automatically read and send messages without manual intervention. The development process follows the waterfall model, which includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Testing was conducted using black-box testing to ensure the functionality of each component. The implementation at Dian Collection, a small shoe and sandal retail business, demonstrated that the system could successfully deliver messages to over 100 customers with a 95% success rate. The solution helps reduce human error, saves time, and provides message consistency in marketing communication. In addition, the use of familiar tools makes it easy to operate by non-technical users, especially in small and medium enterprises. This system presents a practical and low-cost alternative for businesses to adopt digital marketing strategies without relying on expensive third-party platforms. It also creates an opportunity for small businesses to transform their promotional activities into more structured, automated, and customer-oriented approaches
