The existence of the application of party equipment rental can help SUYONO rental to process the data in accordance with the necessary needs, as well as Output results in the form of travel documents, the bill notes, change notes, and billing reports can speed up the presentation process. TOKSISITAS GAS KARBON MONOKSIDA (CO) TERHADAP MORTALITAS IKAN GUPPY (Poecilia reticulata)

Carbon Monoxide (CO) is one of the contributor of air pollution which can come from industrial sector and transportation caused by incomplete combustion. The entry of contaminants into the river body can affect the condition of existing organisms in these waters, including damage to the organs in the fish, changing the structure of fish populations, until the death of fish. This study aims to determine the toxicity of carbon monoxide (CO) gas to mortality of guppy fish (Poecilia reticulata) with different time. This type of research is an experimental research using a complete randomized design (RAL). Giving of CO gas based on time duration includes control, 2 minutes, 4 minutes and 6 minutes. Treatment was repeated 3 times and observed for 3 days. Object used in this research is guppy (Poecilia reticulata) sex of male counted 120 tails. The results showed that CO gases could affect mortality of guppy fish, where only fish in control were able to live until the third day, whereas for fish treated with CO exposure for 2 minutes, 4 minutes and 6 minutes all experienced death. The result of analysis of single anava obtained F value of calculation of treatment (0,2647472) <F table (3,182), so mortality of guppy fish is not affected by length of time of administration of CO gas at each treatment because of equal percentage of mortality in treatment 2 minute, 4 minute, and 6 minutes, while the control treatment showed a significant difference so it can be concluded that CO gas causes all guppy fish to die.

ABSTRAK
Karbon Monoksida (CO) merupakan salah satu penyumbang pencemaran udara yang dapat berasal dari sektor industri dan transportasi akibat dari pembakaran yang tidak sempurna. Masuknya bahan pencemar tersebut ke dalam badan sungai dapat mempengaruhi kondisi organisme yang ada di perairan tersebut, antara lain kerusakan pada organ dalam ikan, mengubah struktur populasi ikan, hingga kematian ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui toksisitas gas karbon monoksida (CO) terhadap mortalitas ikan guppy (Poecilia reticulata) dengan waktu yang berbeda. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Pemberian gas CO berdasarkan lama waktu meliputi kontrol, 2 menit, 4 menit dan 6 menit. Perlakuan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali dan diamati selama 3 hari. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ikan guppy (Poecilia reticulata) jenis kelamin jantan sebanyak 120 ekor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian gas CO dapat mempengaruhi mortalitas ikan guppy, dimana hanya ikan yang ada pada kontrol yang mampu hidup sampai hari ketiga, sedangkan untuk ikan yang diberi perlakuan paparan gas CO selama 2 menit, 4 menit dan 6 menit semuanya mengalami kematian. Hasil analisis anava tunggal didapatkan nilai F hitung perlakuan (0,2647472) < F tabel (3,182), sehingga mortalitas ikan guppy tidak dipengaruhi oleh lamanya waktu pemberian gas CO pada setiap perlakuan karena besarnya prosentase mortalitas yang sama pada perlakuan 2 menit, 4 menit, dan 6 menit, sedangkan perlakuan kontrol menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa gas CO menyebabkan semua ikan guppy mengalami kematian.

A village with a population of7,088 people is located in the Kesamben District of Jombang Regency. The Village Library islocated in one location with the village office, located not far from educational institutionsunder the auspices of the Al Ihsani Education Foundation and the Village Market.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the village libraryrevitalization in Podoroto village includes three things, namely restructuring, relocation andtransformation. The results of this study are that the values ofcharacter education instilled in Bahrul Ulum Islamic boarding school are 10 items, namely:faithful, honesty, sincerity, obedience and respect, simplicity, brotherhood independence,love in science, freedom and leadership. PENDIDIKAN MULTIKULTURAL: PENGUATAN IDENTITAS NASIONAL DI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0

Konsep revolusi Industri 4.0 yang pertama kali dicanangkan oleh Prof. Klaus Schawb melalui bukunya The Fourth Industrial Revolution, mengatakan bahwa konsep tersebut telah merubah hidup dan cara kerja manusia. Perubahan yang terjadi mulai dari teknologi dan informasi, ekonomi, sosial budaya, dan pendidikan menuntut generani muda Indonesia untuk dapat beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang begitu cepat. Dalam dunia pendidikan, terdapat dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh revousi industri 4.0 bagi generasi muda Indonesia, mulai dari radikalisme, diskriminasi, lunturnya budaya lokal, tawuran hingga tindakan kriminaldari sosial media maupun dunia nyata yang ditimbulkan dari kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pendidikan multikultural di era sekarang. Oleh karena itu betapa pentingnya pemahaman pendidikan multikultural bagi generasi muda, karenapada era revolusi industri 4.0 salah satu kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia pendidikan adalah kemampuan generasi muda untuk memecahkan masalah (problem solving). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, dengan penanaman pendidikan multikultural yang benar akan menghasilkan generasi muda di era revolusi industri 4.0 yang kreatif, inovatif, serta generasi yang berkarakter, berintegritas dan menjunjung tinggi toleransi sesuai identitas nasional bangsa Indonesia. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan sumbangsih ilmu pengetahuan pentingnya pendidikan multikultural di era revolusi industri 4.0

PENINGKATAN MUTU DOSEN PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DI KABUPATEN JOMBANG: (Studi Multi Kasus di Univerditas Pesantren Darul Ulum dan Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Jombang)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan mutu dosen di perguruan tinggi swasta khususnya lingkungan pesatren di kabupaten Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari pimpinan, kepala bagian/unit, dosen, dan mahasiswa serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanan pengembangan sumber daya dosen telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas/mutu dosen meskipun mengalami kendala, teknik pengembangan dilakukan secara formal dan non formal. Dan upaya lain juga dilakukan dengan melakukan kerjasam perguruan tinggi dengan instansi lain dalam bidangpengembangan sumber daya manusia dan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan dengan pelaksanaan pengembangan mutu dosen mempunyai efek bermanfaat secara individu dapat mengembangkan professional dosen dan karir dosen, secara umum dapat memajukan sumber daya manusia perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan.

EVALUASI KINERJA RS. MOEDJITO DENGAN PENDEKATAN BALANCED SCORECARD NON KEUANGAN
Get PDFThe research is aimed to 1) To know the measurement of performance in consumer perspective. 2) To know the performance measurement in the internal business process perspective. 3) To know the performance measurement in learning and growth perspective. The sample of this study were inpatients as much 135 people, outpatient 89 0rang for measurement of consumer satisfaction and hospital employees 86 people for job satisfaction measurement. Based on the result of the research, the perspective of customer satisfaction is the result of Measurement of inpatient and outpatient satisfaction with six existing indicators: Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, empathy, Cost and Intensity service. All of these indicators show good patient satisfaction scores. the measurement of profitability shows there is a decrease in the level of consumer profits, its performance is considered not good. Retention measurement results indicate an increase in inpatient installations while retention measures are increasing in outpatient although followed by decreased retention or acquisition in other installations. For internal business perspective the BOR Value is below the standard set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia means the use of hospital bed low level. The value of TOI is the bedtime interval not exceeding the hospital standard quickly and responsive in doing the service to the patient. BTO value exceeds the predetermined standard This means that the number of additional beds the patient is not balanced with the number of patients who enter due to an increase in the number of patient visits. The ALOS score is still below the standard that the average RS Moedjito patient comes home faster than the minimum standard. The GDR and NDR values are below the tolerance limit or in accordance with the standard in other words the performance improvement in the service of the patient during the healing process. While the measurement of learning and growth perspective seen from employee productivity can be said less. Employee turnover is said to be good, while employee Satisfaction is spelled out in five existing indicators that are motivation, self development, leadership, work atmosphere and job and responsibility. Broadly speaking of all existing indicators employees are satisfied in working. Satisfaction in the good category more dominates its value.

DIALEKTIKA FIKIH INDONESIA DAN NEGARA: Konstruksi Metodologi Islam Nusantara
Get PDFFormula keagamaan sebagai metode berfikir (manhaj al-fikr) yang dikembangkan aswaja mencakup semua aspek kehidupan berdasarkan atas dasar modernisasi (at-tawÄsuth), menjaga keseimbangan (at-tawÄzÅ«n), dan toleran (at-tasÄmÅ«h). Prinsip-prinsip dasar aswaja juga terjadi pengembangan fikih keindonesiaan relevansinya dengan mazhab negara dalam pelaksanaan norma hukum nasional dan merupakan fakta keberislaman sebagai cara keberpikiran yang dilihat dari gerak kekinian dalam konteks masyarakat yang majemuk, beragam, dan keberbinekaan. Kondisi ini tidak dapat dilepaskan kajian Islam itu sendiri. Secara historis kehadiran Islam untuk merespons atas kondisi masyarakat Arab, sehingga Islam lahir sebagai produk lokal yang kemudian diuniversalisasikan dan ditransendensi sehingga kemudian menjadi Islam universal. Demikian juga fikih merupakan hasil adaptasi atas pemahaman teks dan konteks. Faktor lokalitas, tradisi, adat budaya memberikan konstribusi atas terbentuknya fikih yang berkarakter keindonesiaan. Untuk membumikan fikih karakter keindonesiaan dibutuhkan peran negara dalam menegakkan prinsip-prinsip dasar aswaja tawÄsuth, tawÄzun, ta’Ädul, dan tasÄmuḫ. Agar tujuan tersebut terlaksana dialektika fikih keindonesiaan perlu dilakukan rekonstruksi aspek metodologi dengan mengintegrasikan semua aspek keilmuan, kemoderan untuk kemaslahatan bersama.
