Get PDFAbstract:This study aims to determine the effect of industrial production index, Indonesian sharia bank certicate, inflation, exchange rate on theIndonesian sharia stock index for the period 2012 to 2020, the data used is secondary data obtained through the oficial website of BPS (central statistical agency), BI (bank indonesia), OJK inancial services authority), IDX (sharia stock index) with a time series for the 2012-2020 period. The approach used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis also supported by the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The variables used are the industrial production index (x1) sharia bank certicates (x2), inflation (x3), exchange rates (x4), and sharia stock index (Y). The results of this study indicate that the industrial production index hasa signicant influence on the index. Indonesian sharia shares, and Indonesian sharia bank certicates, inflation, exchange rates do not have a signicant efect on the Indonesian sharia stock index.

Permasalahan yang ada saat ini adalah ketika seseorang ingin mencari informasi tentang penjual makanan dan tidak ingin mengandalkan fitur GO-FOOD yang ada dalam aplikasi GO-JEK atau sejenisnya (makanan bermerk tertentu seperti KFC dan lain-lain). Dan lebih menyukai makanan penjual keliling, sedangkan kita tidak tahu apakah penjual keliling tersebut sudah dekat atau tidak, bahkan kita juga tidak tahu apakah penjual tersebut melewati jalan di depan rumah (sekitar kita) dan belum dapat dipastikan kedatangannya.
Oleh karena itu kita akan membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi penjual keliling di sekitar area kita dengan radius pencarian sejauh 500 meter beserta lokasi penjual keliling tersebut berdasarkan GPS dalam bentuk peta digital dan aplikasi ini hanya untuk pedagang keliling yang mempunyai smartphone android saja.

Sistem Penjadwalan Distribusi Produk Sepeda Motor Menggunakan Metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) Pada PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti (NSS) Cabang Kefamenanu
Get PDFDistribusi produk sepeda motor di PT. NSS dilakukan atas permintaan konsumen dari setiap wilayah di kabupaten TTU. Distribusi dijalankan secara tidak teratur atau acak, baik dalam distribusi waktu atau kuantitas. Aktifitas kegiatan mempengaruhi distribusi total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan dalam pengadaan persediaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu memperhatikan aplikasi sistem distribusi kegiatan untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi jadwal pengiriman produk sepeda motor untuk menjaga waktu dan efisiensi biaya.
Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) adalah metode untuk menangani pengadaan persediaan dalam jaringan distribusi multi-level. Metode DRP berhubungan dengan ukuran lot pemesanan dan jumlah persediaan pengaman. Metode DRP mengurangi total biaya persediaan dan distribusi frekuensi kegiatan dengan menentukan distribusi penjadwalan yang efektif dengan pertimbangan bahwa distribusi dilakukan sesuai ukuran lot atau kelipatannya dan jumlah stok pengaman yang diperlukan.
Hasil penelitian, sistem distribusi dan penjadwalan pengiriman produk sepeda motor pada PT. NSS Cabang Kefamenanu tahun 2016 didapatkan perencanaan distribusi dengan metode DRP lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan metode perusahaan. Total Cost (TC) dengan metode perusahaan adalah sebesar Rp. 233.391.197,00 dan Total Cost (TC) dengan metode DRP adalah sebesar Rp. 218.460.000,00 . Sehingga terjadi penurunan sebesar 6,4%.

As an educator, the teacher who becomes a character, role model and identification for students and their environment the teacher must implement the quality of his personality which includes authority, responsibility, independence, discipline, code of ethics, compassion, and mingling with society in daily life both in school environment and outside the school environment. Thus, the example of the teacher implemented in daily life will lead to the achievement of the goal of Islamic education to the fullest. From the explanation above, this is where the importance of this theme is about the example of the teacher in the perspective of scientific education to be studied by the author in the study of literature as a consideration or reference for educators, especially teachers
POLA DERIVASI DALAM BAHASA ARAB
Get PDFAbdul Chaer mengatakan bahwa, terdapat dua sifat dalam pembentukan kata, yakni membentuk kata yang bersifat inflektif, dan yang kedua, berbentuk derivatif. Diantara kedua sifat tersebut, membentukan kata secara derivasi menarik untuk dikaji karena dengan pola derivasi, sebuah kata akan mengalami berbagai bentuk kata. Dari verb menjadi nominal, nominal mejadi adjektif dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karenanya, tulisan ini akan memaparkan bagaimana bentuk derivasi (Isytiqaq) dalam bahasa Arab. Derivasi merupakan proses pengimbuhan afiks non-infleksi pada dasar untuk membentuk kata. Dalam bahasa Arab, derivasi mempunyai tiga macam yaitu: Derivasi Shaghir, Derivasi Kabir, dan Derivasi Akbar. Dapat disimpulkan derivasi (Isytiqaq) adalah proses pembentukan kata yang mengakibatkan lahirnya kata baru.

Tanggapan yang dimaksud adalah kesan yang muncul ke alam kesadaran yaitu perasaan senang terhadap pembelajaran fiqih. Dengan kata lain , tanggapan merupakan suatu bentuk reaksi yang terinterprestasikan pada perhatian, pemahaman, pendapat atau pandangan terhadap suatu kegiatan. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah tanggapan siswa SMA kelas X terhadap pembelajaran fiqih berbasis Murder dan bagaimanakah tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam menuangkan ide, pikiran, dan pengalaman melalui model pembelajaran berbasis Murder. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif .Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan angket setelah data terkumpul, maka akan dilakukan penganalisaan terhadap data tersebut sehingga dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasilnya sebesar 84%. Presentase tersebut kalau diukur pada standarisasi presentase yang telah di tetapkan sebelumnya akan berada pada rentang 76%-100%. . Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah siswa memberikan tanggapan sangat baik terhadap pembelajaran fiqih berbasis Murder

COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY UNTUK MENURUNKAN PERILAKU OBSESIF KOMPULSIF PADA REMAJA
Get PDFThis study aims to intervene in one of the students who is in Al-Azhar Gresik High School. The subject has obsessive compulsive behavior in the form of using a handbody on the sole of the foot repeatedly. Researchers provide interventions in the form of cognitive behavior therapy as interventions to reduce obsessive compulsive behavior, and to improve mental health in schools. This therapy aims to oppose wrong thoughts and emotions by presenting evidence that contradicts beliefs about the problem at hand. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Subjects were female who were 16 years old and had obsessive compulsive behavior for 14 months. The cognitive behavior therapy procedure is first, the subject is asked for relaxation in the form of progressivrizkie muscle relaxation to learn to stretch and relax various muscle groups and learn to notice the difference between tension and relax. Second, cognitive restructuring, reducing the anxiety level of the subject caused by negative thoughts and replacing them with more positive thoughts, and. Third, exposure with response prevention, to overcome obsessive compulsive behavior. Where the subject is faced with a situation of having the belief that must perform the usual ritual behavior but the subject is prevented from doing the ritual. If the subject can prevent not doing the ritual and it turns out that something terrible did not happen, this can help in changing the subject's belief in compulsive behavior. The intervention consisted of eight sessions with two sessions a week and 60 minutes each for each session. The results of this study indicate that cognitive behavior therapy is effectively used to reduce the subject's obsessive compulsive behavior, which is shown by decreasing levels of anxiety, negative thinking and compulsive behavior.

Pemanfaatan Konsorsium Mikroba Dan Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular (Cma) Sebagai Biofertilzer Pada Pertumbuhan Dan Produktivitas Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max L. Mer)
Get PDFBiofertilizer merupakan satu dari berbagai komponen yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan sistem suplai nutrien dalam bidang pertanian. Beberapa jenis mikroba tanah yang sering digunakan sebagai biofertilizer antara lain bakteri pemfiksasi N non simbiosis, bakteri N simbiosis, jamur mikoriza, Effective Microorganism (EM) dan bakteri pelarut fosfat. Mikroba tanah tersebut bila dimanfaatkan secara bersama dan tepat dalam sistem pertanian organik dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi ketersediaan hara yang dibutuhkan (Paul and Clark, 1989). Kedelai (Glycine max L. Mer) merupakan salah satu komoditi pangan dari famili leguminoseae yang dibutuhkan dalam pelengkap gizi makanan. Kedelai memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi yang berperan untuk membentuk sel-sel tubuh dan menjaga kondisi sel-sel tersebut. Kedelai mengandung protein 75-80% dan lemak mencapai 16-20 serta beberapa asam-asam kasein (Suhardi, 2002). Penelitian ini menghasilkan formula konsorsium mikroba potensial cendawan mikoriza yang dapat meningkatkan efektifitas biofertilizer, penelitian ini bersifat ekperiemental menggunakan RAL.
