Get PDFTingkat literasi keuangan yang masih rendah di kalangan generasi muda Indonesia menjadi tantangan besar dalam mendorong partisipasi mereka di pasar modal. Di sisi lain, media sosial, khususnya Instagram, semakin dominan sebagai sumber informasi utama bagi Generasi Z dan milenial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi konten Instagram @mncsekuritas_surabaya dalam menarik minat generasi muda terhadap investasi saham. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal dengan kerangka riset tindakan kualitatif, peneliti terlibat langsung dalam perencanaan, produksi, dan evaluasi konten selama periode tiga bulan. Data dikumpulkan melalui Instagram Insights dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konten video pendek (Reels) merupakan format paling efektif, menyumbang 70,6% dari total tayangan, dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan pengikut sebesar 9,1%. Total jangkauan mencapai 45.801 akun, dengan 50% berasal dari non-pengikut, menunjukkan keberhasilan strategi dalam menjangkau audiens baru. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edutainment melalui Reels mampu menarik perhatian dan membangun keterlibatan audiens muda terhadap isu keuangan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pelaku industri keuangan dalam merancang strategi komunikasi digital yang lebih relevan, serta memperluas pemahaman akademis tentang efektivitas pemasaran konten dalam meningkatkan literasi dan minat investasi generasi muda
Analisis Problematika Peserta Didik dalam Menulis Kalimat Bahasa Arab
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan peserta didik dalam menulis kalimat bahasa Arab, mencakup aspek linguistik dan non-linguistik. Kesulitan utama meliputi penguasaan tata bahasa, kosakata, dan kemampuan menghubungkan huruf Arab. Faktor utama yang menyebabkan kesulitan adalah perbedaan sistem penulisan antara bahasa Arab dan Latin, termasuk arah penulisan serta variasi bentuk huruf. Selain itu, minimnya latar belakang pendidikan bahasa Arab peserta didik turut memengaruhi kemampuan mereka. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif serta dukungan dari guru dan orang tua. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melalui tahapan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai kendala, baik dari sisi linguistik seperti tata bahasa dan kosakata, maupun non-linguistik seperti motivasi dan lingkungan belajar. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup latihan konsisten, bimbingan intensif, dan penggunaan metode pengajaran yang relevan untuk membantu peserta didik menguasai keterampilan menulis dalam bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperbaiki metode pengajaran bahasa Arab agar peserta didik dapat mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan
Game-Based Kitabah Learning Innovation Using Smart Apps Creator at Pondok Pesantren Raudhatus Sakinah
Get PDFThis study aims to develop a writing (kitabah) learning media based on a game using Smart Apps Creator (SAC) to enhance Arabic writing skills at Pondok Pesantren Raudhatus Sakinah, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall model approach. The research subjects include 14 eighth-grade students and the Arabic language teacher at the pesantren. Data collection techniques involved questionnaires, tests, as well as interviews and observations. Quantitative data was gathered through pre-tests and post-tests to measure students' writing improvements after using the learning media, while qualitative data was obtained from interviews with teachers and observations during the media usage. Data analysis techniques included quantitative analysis using the Wilcoxon test to examine significant differences between pre-test and post-test scores, and qualitative analysis using the Miles and Huberman model to reduce, display, and draw conclusions from the collected data. The results show that the SAC-based learning media is valid according to assessments from content and media experts, and there is a significant improvement in students' writing skills after using the media, with the Wilcoxon test showing a significance value of less than 0.05. The implications of this research indicate that SAC-based game media can serve as an effective alternative to improve Arabic writing skills in pesantren, as well as provide prospects for further development of interactive learning media in other educational institutions
PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN KONSUMEN TENTANG SERTIFIKAT HALAL TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENJUALAN MIE YAMIN ALNAMIRA DI JOMBANG:
Get PDFPengaruh pengetahuan konsumen tentang sertifikat halal terhadap peningkatan penjualan mie yamin alnamira di Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket (kuisoner) dalam bentuk pertanyaan tertutup berupa Skala Likert's kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pemilik dan konsumen mie yamin alnamira di jombang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for the Sosial Sciences (SPSS) versi 25. Terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji Multikolinearitas, uji Heteroskedastisitas dan uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan konsumen tentang sertifikat halal terhadap peningkatan penjualan mie yamin alnamira di jombang. Hasil tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan uji regresi linier sederhana pada tabel uji T dengan nilai 17,117 > 2,276 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan positif konsumen tentang sertifikat haal terhadap peningkatan penjualan mie yamin alnamira di jombang (H 1 ) diterima , dan tidak terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan positif konsumen tentang sertifikat haal terhadap peningkatan penjualan mie yamin alnamira di jombang (H 0 ) ditolak , atau dengan kata lain H 0 ditolak dan H 1 diterima

Distribusi dalam ekonomi Islam tidak hanya mencakup redistribusi pasca-produksi, tetapi juga struktur produksi yang adil, melalui larangan riba, penumpukan kekayaan, dan penerapan sistem bagi hasil seperti mudharabah dan musyarakah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka terhadap literatur ekonomi Islam klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sistem distribusi Islam mencakup tiga sektor utama rumah tangga, negara, dan industri yang masing-masing memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong keadilan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai syariah dalam kebijakan dan praktik distribusi, Islam menawarkan solusi sistemik terhadap ketimpangan ekonomi dan membuka jalan bagi terwujudnya struktur ekonomi yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan

Get PDFEducation plays a crucial role in human life, as it allows individuals to develop their potential and solve various life challenges. According to the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003, education aims to develop spiritual abilities, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by individuals and society. However, the limited use of educational media often hinders the achievement of these educational goals, as observed in several educational institutions in the village of Asemgede. The use of lecture methods and minimal teaching aids have resulted in a lack of student enthusiasm for learning. To address this issue, the KKN team organized a training session on creating educational evaluation media using the Wordwall platform. This training aimed to enhance teachers' skills in creating interactive and engaging learning materials and to increase student participation and motivation. Wordwall offers various interactive games that can be used as tools for learning evaluation, which have proven effective in increasing student engagement. The results of the training showed that teachers in Asemgede village were enthusiastic about learning and implementing Wordwall in their teaching practices. Although there were some technical challenges, overall, the training successfully improved the teachers' creativity in evaluating students and stimulated students' enthusiasm for learning. The use of Wordwall media is expected to be further developed in the learning process to improve the quality of education in Asemgede village

In oil palm cultivation, many farmers still only apply fertilization using inorganic fertilizers without being balanced with the use of organic materials. The purpose of this community service is to provide insight into the importance of using organic soil conditioners in oil palm cultivation and as an effective means of communication between academics and the community directly in disseminating knowledge and technology. The community service method is carried out in three stages, namely: 1). Preparation stage by preparing the necessary tools and coordinating with the local village government and the Bangun Bersama farmer group; 2) The implementation stage of the activity is carried out with lectures and discussions; 3) Evaluation stage by providing feedback in the form of filling out a questionnaire form by participants. The results of this community service can be said to have gone well and participants asked that in the coming years this kind of community service activity be carried out in the Bangun Bersama farmer group. Community service participants felt an extraordinary impact with the increase in knowledge about organic soil conditioners, thereby increasing literacy for farmers

Get PDFThis community service activity is focused on socializing and training village residents in creating a vertical hydroponic system as a means of improving economic conditions in Ketapang Kuning village. This initiative addresses the problem of limited land and agricultural resources, which hinder local economic development. The main aim is to improve the economy through the introduction of innovative and land-saving agricultural techniques, namely vertical hydroponics, which are expected to provide a sustainable source of income and increase food security for the community. This approach involves holding workshops and hands-on training sessions to educate village residents about the principles and practices of vertical hydroponics. In this community service activity, the team from Unwaha trained village residents, especially PKK women, about vertical hydroponics using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which allows participants to create their own hydroponic systems with guidance from experts. The results show an increase in the understanding of participants who are housewives from Ketapangkuning village regarding how to make vertical hydroponics in a simple way. Apart from that, participants also increasingly understand the importance of the role of housewives in improving the family's economic level through alternative sources of income. During the mentoring period, participants have also succeeded in implementing a hydroponic system in their homes. This initiative not only meets immediate economic needs but also empowers communities with skills and knowledge for long-term independence.

As well as providing training in the form of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in making public service advertisements, which function to encourage people to care about the environment, with an interesting delivery method, namely in the form of storytelling.
