The Formulation’s Technique Using Microbes to the Speed Decomposition of Biomass Fertilizers.
Get PDFPotential biomass such as rice straw, Eichornia crassipes and cow dung can be used as raw material for compost. This study aims to determine the ratio of the composition of the best raw materials and determine the minimum time required to produce quality compost. This study used a comparative treatment dose composition of K1 = Cow dung 25% + Straw 50% + Eichornia crassipes 25%, K2 = Cow dung 25% + Straw 25% + Eichornia crassipes 50%, K3 = Cow dung 50% + Straw 25% + Eichornia crassipes 25%.The weight of the material for each treatment is 5kg. This study used 2 local isolates of trichoderma sp, EM4 and without Decomposer for comparison. The composting process lasts for 21 days with temperatures ranging from 28,1°C - 35°C. Compost humidity range 80 to 85%, and pH ranges from 6.5 to 7.5. In general, the quality of the compost produced is in accordance with SNI 19-7030-2004 with K3Mt = 50% cow dung + 25% straw + 25% Eichornia crassipes, with the addition of local microbe Trichoderma sp Isolate can conclude the physical properties of compost. Color (3.83), Smell (4.42), Texture (3.83), and Temperature (29,75 °C), pH 7, humidity 85% with the best test results
Plant Identification in Traditional Ceremony of Siraman Pengantin in Jombang Regency
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to identify the types of plants used in the Siraman Pengantin in the Jombang Regency. The method used is interviews, direct observation, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with three resource persons who have expertise in the field of Siraman Pengantin in Jombang Regency, to find out the types of plants used in the traditional ceremony. Direct observations were made to identify the morphological structure and classification of each plant species used in the traditional ceremony. The results of identification through direct observation are then compared with a literature study to ensure the classification of plants. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there were 41 types of plants used in the Siraman Pengantin ceremony in the Jombang Regency. All of these plant species belong to the Angiosperms group. A total of 26 species are dicotyledonous plants and the other 15 species are monocotyledonous plants. The identified dicotyledonous plant families are Achariaceae, Annonaceae, Apiaceae, Clusiaceae, Convolvulaceae, Cucurbitaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae, Magnoliaceae, Moraceae, Myrtaceae, Oleaceae, Piperaceae, Rosaceae, Sapotaceae, and Solanaceae. The monocotyledonous plant families identified were Arecaceae, Bromeliaceae, Dioscoreaceae, Liliaceae, Musaceae, Pandanaceae, Poaceae, and Zingiberaceae
The Effectiveness of The Color Lamp on The Diversity of Insects in Onion Plantations
Get PDFOnions (Allium cepa L) are horticultural commodity that cannot be abandoned by people in everyday life. One of the limiting productivity of onions is pest and disease attack. Study of insect diversity is the first step in controlling pests in plants. The common alternative used by farmers to eradicate insect pests that do not damage the environment is using lights at night as a trap media. This study identified the diversity of insects that correlate to onions which are attracted to the color of the light that have been installed using 5 light colors, namely red, blue, white, yellow, and green. Insect diversity index found in this study contained 16 families, as many as 14,048 entity. Consisting of Chrysomelidae, Coccinellidae, Nitidulidae, Anthicidae, Delphacidae, Alydidae, Cucujidae, Noctuidae, Tipulidae, Agromyzidae, Cecidomyiidae, Tettigoniidae, Acrididade, Thripidae, Ichneumonidae, and Cicadellidae. The value of the diversity index(H') of insects in red is 1.78, yellow is 2.19, green is 2.28, white is 2.12 and blue is 0.74. The diversity on red, yellow, green, and white color is moderate, while blue color show low diversity. The dominance index in red is 0.28, yellow is 0.17, green is 0.14, white is 0.20, and blue is 0.66. This shows that the land has variety of insect species and there is no insect species that dominate.
 
Analysis of Factors of Utilization of Homegarden As an Effort to Meet Family Nutrition in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang Regency

This study aimed to determined the factors of using homegarden in an effort to meet family nutrition in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang Regency. This type of research is analytic and the research design is cross sectional. The sample in the study was 96 respondents. The results of the study obtained that there was no relationship between education and the use of homegarden in an effort to meet family nutrition in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang Regency with a significance value = 0.285%. There is a relationship between knowledge and the use of homegarden in an effort to increase family nutrition in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang Regency with a significance value = 0.000%. There is a relationship between the number of family members and the use of homegarden in an effort to increase family nutrition in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang Regency, the significance value = 0.000%. There is a relationship between income and the use of homegarden in an effort to increase family nutrition in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang Regency with a significance value = 0.011%. There is a relationship between behavior and the use of homegarden in an effort to increase family nutrition in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang Regency, the significance value = 0.000%. There is a relationship between attitude and the use of homegarden in an effort to increase family nutrition in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang Regency, the significance value = 0.000%. Effect of Hot Water Immersion Time Upper, Middle and Lower Stems on the Growth of Sugarcane Bud Chip Bululawang Variety

The experimental design used was arandomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors with 3 replications. The first factor is B 1: Upperstem, B 2: Middle stem, B 3: Rootstock, the second factor is W 1: Control (0 minutes / without hot waterimmersion), W 2: Soaking hot water for 15 minutes, W 3 : Soaking in hot water for 30 minutes, W 4:Soaking in hot water for 45 minutes, W 5: Soaking in hot water for 60 minutes. The results of the studyshowed that the B1W5 treatment combination was the treatment that gave the fastest germination day,while the treatment combination B3W1, B3W2, B3W3, B3W4, and B3W5 was the treatment that causedthe longest germination day. The lowest yield of the variable percentage of germination was given by thetreatment combination B1W5, while the best percentage of germination was given by the combination oftreatment B1W2 and B2W4. The best variable of plant height and number of leaves was given by thecombination of treatment B1W2 and B2W4, while the lowest was given by the combination of treatmentB3W1

Biology is a subject that is considered difficult and boring for students, one of the materials for highschool grade XI Biology is the human senses .Describe the feasibility of learning media for 3D crossword puzzles on the sensory system material that will be developed based on the validation of instructional media experts. The development model used in this research is the 4D model which consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, this research is limited to the third stage, namely develop. This development model was chosen because it contains simple and systematic steps for the development of instructional media. The research data analysis was carried out descriptively. The following is a formula to determine the feasibility of cross-puzzle media based on expert validation of learning media. Based on the development of learning media using 3D crossword puzzles that have gone through the validation process with instructional media experts, the following results were obtained: Design of learning media using 3D crossword puzzle media. In the human sensory system material that can be used in learning in high school class XI, the media expert's assessment of the design and content of the learning media material using the developed 3D crossword puzzle media.

Biologi merupakan pelajaran yang di anggap sulit dan membosankan bagi peserta didik, salah satu materi Biologi tingkat SMA kelas XI adalah sistem indra. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan media pembelajaran teka-teki silang 3D pada materi sistem indra yang akan dikembangkan berdasarkan validasi ahli media pembelajaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu define, design, develop, dan diseminate. Akan tetapi penelitian ini terbatas sampai dengan tahapan yang ketiga yakni develop. Model pengembangan ini dipilih karena memuat langkah-langkah yang sistematis dan sederhana untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berikut ini adalah rumus untuk menentukan kelayakan media Teka –teki silang 3D berdasarkan validasi ahli media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitiannya berdasarkan pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Teka-teki silang 3D yang telah melalui proses validasi dengan ahli media pembelajaran maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Desain media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Teka-teki silang 3D. Pada materi sistem indra manusia yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di SMA kelas XI,penilaian ahli media terhadap desain dan isi materi media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Teka-teki silang 3D yang dikembangkan.

Get PDFKegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Program Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di MI Sunan Kalijaga 1 Rejosari Tinggar Bandar Kedung mulyo. Metode pendekatan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan pada masyarakat ini meliputi metode pelatihan dengan learning by doing. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini melalui bentuk pelatihan secara flexible dapat mengoperasikan komputer maupun laptop dalam bidang Microsoft Office. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat diharapkan menyelesaikan permasalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan di bulan Oktober 2020. Dengan ini seluruh murid kelas VI MI Sunan Kalijaga 1 yang mana mereka sama sekali belum mengetahui bagaimana menggunakan atau mengoperasikan alat elektronik berupa komputer maupun laptop dengan baik dan benar. Dari masalah tersebut menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi ketertinggalan sebagian murid MI Sunan Kalijaga 1 tersebut dengan memberikan pelatihan komputer dasar dan memberikan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai digunakan untuk belajar mengoperasikan komputer maupun laptop

Implementasi Program Pendampingan Belajar “Holiday Without Gadget†untuk Mengatasi Kejenuhan Belajar Peserta Didik di Masa Pandemi
Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic has really made the government and educators spin their brains so that learning can be carried out and learning objectives can be achieved. Various efforts have been carried out, including the implementation of PPKM or Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat so that the implementation of community mobility can be carried out while still implementing health protocols. This courageous learning has been carried out in a period of more than one year. This activity elicited positive and negative responses from various circles of society, especially the guardians of students. Not infrequently learning becomes more effective and efficient, but it can have an impact on a lack of understanding of the subject matter, and obstacles in the availability of learning media such as cellphones or laptops and limited quotas. And in this study, the researcher took a case study method that saw the incident firsthand by creating a “Holiday Without Gadget†program. This program is held on Saturdays and Sundays. Researchers go directly to the field to become teachers for students, so they can assess how far the level of saturation of students during bold learning. This program is expected to be able to make students more open to knowledge, and can make it easier for teachers to achieve learning goals.
Pandemi Covid-19 memang sangat membuat pemerintah dan tenaga pendidik memutar otak agar pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dan tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Berbagai upaya pemerintah sudah dilaksanakan termasuk penerapan PPKM atau Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat agar pelaksanaan mobilitas masyarakat dapat terlaksama dengan tetap melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Pembelajaran daring ini sudah terlaksana dalam kurung waktu lebih dari satu tahun lamanya. Kegiatan ini menimbulkan respon positif dan negatif dari berbagai kalangan masyarajkat terutama wali murid. Tak jarang pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien, namun bisa saja berdampak pada kurangnya tingkat pemahaman pesrta didik terhadap materi, dan kendala dalam ketersediaan media belajar seperti hp atau laptop dan kuota yang terbatas. Dan dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengambil metode studi kasus yang mana melihat langsung kejadian dengan membuat program “Holiday Without Gadgetâ€. Program ini dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu dan minggu. Peneliti turun langsung kelapangan menjadi guru bagi peserta didik, sehingga dapat menilai seberapa jauh tingkat kejenuhan peserta didik selama pembelajaran daring. Diharapkan program ini mampu menjadikan siswa lebih terbuka pengetahuannya, dan dapat memepermudah guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran
