OPTIMIZING VIDEO AS INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA IN GRAMMAR CLASS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
The aim of this study is to develop grammar instruction videos for students at grade VIII. This study uses Research and Development research design on its application, specializing in ADDIE model. Data collection were done using questionnaire to 10 eight grade students from Madinatul Ulum Junior High School and interview was done to gather data from the teacher. Through this study it is found that there is quite high demand on creating a creative and new teaching aid for teaching-learning process. Researcher developed video as instructional media that involved Simple Present Tense, Simple Past Tense, Present Continuous Tense, There is-There are, and Modals Can-Will-Must-Should as the topic disscused. Based on the data obtained on develop phase, 4.57 was from the material expert, 4.44 score was from the media expert and a score of 4.44 was obtained on the implementation process. The scores prove that the product were in good quality and worth to use.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran pada materi grammar untuk siswa kelas VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadaptasi model ADDIE. Pada tahap analisa kebutuhan, peneliti menggunakan angket yang disebarkan kepada 10 siswa kelas VIII, serta wawancara kepada pihak guru untuk memperoleh data terkait media yang digunakan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan data tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu proses pembelajaran selama masa pandemi. Topik yang dibahas meliputi beberapa materi diantaranya: Simple Present Tense, Simple Past Tense, Present Continuous Tense, There is-There are, and Modals Can-Will-Must-Should. Berdasarkan data hasil validasi, diperoleh angka 4.57 untuk penilaian dari aspek materi serta 4.44 untuk penilaian dari aspek media. Dan saat tahap implementasi, diperoleh skor 4.44 yang bermakna media pembelajaran ini layak untuk digunakan.
PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL BERBASIS STEM (SCIENCE TECHNOLOGI ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATIC) MATERI SISTEM PERNAPASAN
ABSTRACT
This e-module was developed during the covid-19 pandemic to make it easier for students to learn material that can be accessed via the link provided, this research is a development research that aims to develop a STEM-based e-Module on respiratory system material for high school students. Top by knowing the feasibility of the media for the developed e-module. The research method used in this study is a 4-D development model, namely define, design, develop and disseminate with research instruments and data collection from situation analysis questionnaires and media expert validation questionnaires. The results of this development indicate the feasibility of the media validation percentage of the media, namely validator I of 72.30% with appropriate criteria, and the percentage of validation II of 78.46% with proper criteria. So that the development of STEM-based e-modules is feasible to be developed and can be used as a medium in learning.

ABSTRAK
E-modul ini dikembangkan di masa pandemi covid-19 untuk memudahkan peserta didik mempelajari materi yang dapat di akses melalui link yang diberikan, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-Modul yang berbasis STEM pada materi sistem pernapasan bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas dengan mengetahui kelayakan media terhadap e-modul yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan 4-D yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate dengan instrument penelitian dan pengumpulan data berasal dari lembar angket analisis situasi dan angket validasi ahli media. Hasil pengembangan ini menunjukkan kelayakan media presentase validasi media yaitu validator I sebesar 72.30 % dengan kriteria layak, dan presentase validasi II sebesar 78.46 % dengan kriteria layak. Sehingga pengembangan e-modul berbasis STEM ini layak untuk dikembangkan dan dapat dipergunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran.

Application of The Curriculum of Religious and General Fusion (Case Study in MA Unggulan K.H. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh Jombang)
Quality education is the hope of every parent towards their child. This is done by choosing a good educational institution for the progress of the child and able to equip the child with character. Among the ways to determine a good school can be seen through the curriculum applied in the school. The purpose of this research is to know the application of religious and general curriculum at the research site and its value of excellence. The research was conducted using qualitative method with phenomenological perspective. Because it is covered in the Kementerian RI then this madrasah uses the curriculum 13 in accordance with the KMA 183. General and religious material content is applied with proportionally according to the program of interest in Religious Sciences, Social Sciences, and Mathematics of Natural Sciences. Efforts to Improve The Learning Outcomes of Islamic Education Through The Cooperative Imprisonment Model of Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD)
This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade X students through the cooperative learning model of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) in Islamic Religious Education subjects at high school Negeri 1 Jombang. This study uses qualitative research with the research subjects of Islamic Religious Education teachers and grade X students. Prior to the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative model, the learning model applied by teachers using lecture methods resulted in students being less active in learning, lack of interaction between students, and less conducive classroom atmosphere. With this problem, the learning results obtained are less than maximum. To improve the learning outcomes of students teachers make efforts in the hope that the learning results obtained maximum results. Based on the results of the study, it is known that in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of grade X students in Islamic Religious Education subjects there is an increase in learning outcomes with the number of students 33 research results obtained with an average of 70.0 with a pre percentage of 33.33% increased to 84.01% with an average of 84. In the implementation of the cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) teachers apply 3 stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. To find out the results of students' learning is done through pretest and posttest assessment. Understanding Fiqh Material Through The Study Book of Fathul Qorib
This article examines the learning method the book of fathul qorib as a step to improve understanding fiqh material in learning, so that students can understand, interpret, conclude, explain and solve a problem. This article study uses a qualitative method through case studies. The results of this study are the learning process using several classical methods as a support in increasing students' understanding including the tahasus method, the syawir/discussion method, the sorogan method and the bandungan method. As for additional activities to deepen understanding, ubudiyah practice activities and munakahat practices are carried out in each dormitory called jam'iyah activities. Thus, students are able to read, translate and explain fiqh material with different abilities. Through this method, it is expected that students can achieve maximum results in accordance with the planned learning objectives
Developing Religious-Tolerance Culture based on Multiculturalism in Islamic Education Learning
This study raises the issue of developing a multicultural-based culture of religious tolerance in PAI learning at SD Negeri 1 Jombang. This study aims to describe the development of a multicultural-based culture of religious tolerance in PAI learning at SD Negeri 1 Jombang. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research approach that contains explanations regarding the data obtained from the field. The research subjects were principals, teachers and students. The research was conducted in February - June 2021. The key instrument was the researcher himself, and the data collection techniques and data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed by processing from data from sources, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Students at SD Nasionalegeri 1 Jombang come from different religious backgrounds, but in socializing they still uphold the attitude of religious tolerance. The development of a culture of religious tolerance carried out by school principals and teachers is carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom by 1) Providing opportunities for all students to take part in religious learning according to their religion 2) Creating a tolerant climate through religious holiday celebrations, prayers before and after learning, integration in religious learning, exemplary activities, habituation activities, routine activities include: flag ceremony, prayer together before the National Examination, spontaneity activities and conditioning activities
Reconstruction of STEM-Based Learning Videos on Topics of Escherichia Coli Bacteria
The purpose of this development research is to determine the design and feasibility of STEM-based learning videos on Escherichia coli bacteria material. The type of research used is research and development (R & D) with a 4D development model. However, in this study, it was limited to 3D without the Dessiminase stage. The research subjects were students of the 6th semester biology education study program with a total of 7-10 students. The data used are quantitative data (validation questionnaire scores and student responses) and qualitative data (suggestions and comments from validators and students). Data retrieval using a material and media validation questionnaire instrument and student response questionnaires. The results obtained are the formation of a product in the form of STEM-Based Learning Videos on Escherichia coli Bacteria with the "Eligible" category where 69.4% for material validation and 70.2% for media validation. Meanwhile, for student responses, the percentage is 78% in the interesting category. This product is expected to help students in learning independently so as to support the improvement of learning outcomes and student interest in learning. In addition, this product can be a source of supporting learning in the learning process as well as a source of reference for the wider community
Development of Experiential Learning Discovery Learning Tools Through E-learning on Protist Material
Using the discovery learning concept, this study intends to generate learning resources such as lesson plans, LKPD, and learning outcomes tests. Research and development (R&D) methodologies are used in this work. The design research and development R&D procedure is referred to as the implementation procedure. The R&D model has ten stages: 1) potential and problems,) Product Design, 3) Data Collection, 4) Design Validation, 5) Design Revision, 6) Product Trial, 7) Product Revision, 8) Trial Use, 9) Product Revision, and 10) Mass Production. Due to a complete lack of time and research funds, this study only made it to the design revision stage. A material validation questionnaire was utilized for validator 1 and a learning device validation questionnaire was used for validator 2. Based on the findings of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that an experience-based Discovery Learning learning tool has been produced through E-learning as a learning tool that has been assessed by several validators, with an average value of 97.3 for lesson plans with a very feasible category for validators 1 and 78.6 with eligible categories for validator 2. The average LKPD score is 94.3 for validator 1, with a very good category, and 81.4 for validator 2, with a very feasible category. The average value for the learning outcomes test is 95 for validator 1, with a very good category, and 87.5 for validator 2, with a very feasible category
Website-Based Design of Scholarship Information Distribution System for UNWAHA Students
Scholarship is the provision of financial assistance needed by students who have qualified for a scholarship. Many scholarships are available both from UNWAHA and outside of UNWAHA but many do not know this scholarship information. The current system of disseminating scholarship information is still through social media while scholarship seekers have not or do not have friendships on social media. The design if the spread of this scholarship is using the waterfall method which is a method of systematic system development. The design of this scholarship information distribution system was created to accommodate scholarship information so that it can help students to directly get information easier. This scholarship information distribution system can be an alternative that makes it easier for students to get scholarships and share scholarship information. Factors Affecting Cassava Cultivation in Jombok Village Ngoro Sub-District Jombang Regency
Jombok Village is one of the producers of cassava in Jombang Regency. In the initial observations in the field, about 70% of farmers in Jombok Village have planted cassava in the last 5 years. This study aims to determine the factors of cassava cultivation in Jombok Village Ngoro Sub-district Jombang Regency. Cultivation factors can affect the yields produced. The research was conducted using a purposive method based on the availability of data and information in the field. The results of the study will be analyzed descriptive qualitatively focus using biotic and abiotic factors. A total of 20 research samples showed that most of them were influenced by other factors. Abiotic factors are influenced by rainfall, environmental temperature, water, soil, and sunlight, while abiotic factors are influenced by plant pests. From several factors, if the needs of cassava plants have not been met, the productivity will decrease. The average temperature in Jombok Village is 27.90C. The productivity of cassava plants annually reaches 118 tons
