Pluralitas dalam Menjaga Toleransi di Tana Toraja
Get PDFPhilosophically, Tana Toraja can be described as a representation of local wisdom and cosmological awareness about the unity between humans, the universe and God. In Toraja society, in one family and even in one house, adherents of different religions can be found, but they remain in harmony and peace thanks to the customs and philosophy of Tongkonan local wisdom. Studies related to culture in society cannot be measured using data in the form of numbers, because researchers use qualitative methods with ethnographic (realist) and phenomenological approaches. Aluk Todolo's belief in establishing religious harmonization in Tana Toraja is very important because diversity will never be able to build a dynamic and integrative social order if it is not managed properly. Moderation values such as tolerance are important to be instilled especially for the Toraja people, namely, learning to live in differences, building mutual trust, maintaining mutual understanding, upholding mutual respect, being open in thinking, appreciation and interdependence, conflict resolution, and reconciliation. non-violence

Get PDFWirausaha merupakan suatu bentuk kesejahteraan suatu negara. Tingkat wirausaha di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi, ekspektasi/harapan pendapatan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, sehingga pihak kampus dapat memberikan perlakuan yang tepat bagi mahasiswanya dalam rangka meningkatkan minat wirausaha dikalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 1.362 mahasiswa di KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, Sampel penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah 94 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa: (1) Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, (2) Ekspektasi pendapatan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, (3) lingkungan keluarga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, (4) motivasi, ekspektasi pendapatan, dan lingkungan keluarga secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. Hasil R2 diperoleh nilai 0,539, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pengaruh motivasi, harapan pendapatan, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa adalah 53,9%, dan sisanya 46,1% dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
Accountant: Passion, Compassion and Job Satisfaction
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh passion dan compassion terhadap job satisfaction dari akuntan, baik akuntan praktisi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Akuntan praktisi di Jawa Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil pengujian statistic menunjukkan bahwa passion dan compassion berpengaruh positif signifikan pada job satisfaction baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Passion merupakan bagian penting yang menjadi salah satu support system individu untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan senang hati karena merupakan bagian dari antusiasme dan hal yang mereka sukai. Pengaruh compassion muncul karena kesadaran dan kepribadian masing-masing individu untuk bisa melakukan dan menerima segala hal yang berkaitan dengan profesi Akuntan yang saat ini ditekuni.

Tujuan dari riset ini adalah guna memahami sistem akuntansi penggajian pada PT. Mandiri Jaya Sembilan. Metode deskriptif digunakan dalam riset ini dengan memakai teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, serta observasi. Hasil dari riset ini menyatakan bahwa penerapan sistem akuntansi penggajian di PT. Mandiri Jaya Sembilan sudah cukup baik. Bagian akuntansi bertanggungjawab pada pembayaran dan pengupahan gaji para pekerja dan bertanggungjawab dalam pelaksanaan kontrol pengisian dan rekap daftar hadir para pekerja sehingga meminimalisir adanya penyelewengan dalam penggajian karyawan.

Celebrity Endorser dalam Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Masyarakat pada Vaksin Covid-19
Get PDFThe acceptance of the Indonesian people for the Covid-19 vaccine is inseparable from the diverse information received by the public, so it is important to increase public confidence in the Covid-19 vaccine through the celebrity endorser strategy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of celebrity endorsers in increasing public confidence in the Covid-19 vaccine. This research was conducted with a descriptive design through a qualitative approach. Data were collected by researchers through documentation and literature study and data analysis was carried out using an interactive model. The results showed that endorsing celebrities is a method of promoting or communicating to the public by utilizing celebrities. The image and character possessed by celebrities are believed to be able to attract people to carry out the same behavior. The existence of celebrities as endorsers is quite effective in increasing public confidence in the Covid-19 vaccine. Based on data on the daily number of Covid-19 vaccine recipients up to March 28, 2021, it shows that the total number of recipients of the Dose I vaccine is 7.24 million, so the government is expected to understand the character of celebrities who can work together in increasing the success of government programs, including adjusting the program, government with individual and social identities attached to celebrities.

Get PDFFigurative or figure of speech is the way someone conveys something figuratively. Figurative language is a picture of the author or speaker in describing something meaning through unusual comparisons, in order to attract attention, and make something clearer. This technique is used with interesting figurative language. This indirect meaning is referred to as a figure of speech, which is a language deviation in spelling, word formation, sentence construction, or the application of a meaning. We often find this kind of phenomenon in Arabic poetry which has a double meaning or even deviates from the original meaning and then requires another meaning. This is because the form or sentence structure used by the author has a different meaning than what we imagine. Therefore, special knowledge is needed to understand these Arabic poems, one of which is understanding figurative language. By knowing the various figurative languages, Arabic learners can understand how to interpret Arabic poetry well. The analytical method used is descriptive, the form of analysis used is qualitative because the data in this analysis is in the form of lyric quotes, stanzas or lines of Arabic poetry that do not prioritize numbers. Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Nahwu Berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Santri
Get PDFNahwu is a science that studies the rules of the Arabic language. Nahwu is the main lesson in pesantren education. One of pesantrens is Al-Muhajirin 1 Jombang Islamic boarding school, the students are required to master the nahwu lessons. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the researcher concluded that students' understanding of the nahwu was low, for example in the i'rob chapter, some students were not able to memorize the divisions and signs of i'rob. This is because the learning media used is only a blackboard, so students feel bored during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine how the development of nahwu learning media based on macromedia flash 8 to improve the learning outcomes of students at Pondok Al-Muhajirin 1 class 1 and to find out the effectiveness of these learning media. This study uses the ADDIE model of research and development (R&D) method. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and testing. The results of the validation of material experts reached 100% and media design experts 95%, indicating that this learning media reached a very decent level. Based on the results of the test (T) with the Paired Sample T Test, the value of T test 15,575 and T table 2,845 indicates the value of T Test> T Table. Then the hypothesis (H0) is rejected and (H1) is accepted, then the conclusion is that the use of nahwu learning media based on macromedia flash 8 is effective in improving student learning outcome

SMA Darul Ulum 1 Unggulan Peterongan Jombang, merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang menerapkan metode kooperatif tebak kata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan situasi belajar mengajar dengan kooperatif tebak kata di SMA Darul Ulum 1 Unggulan Peterongan Jombang Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta pengecekan keabsahan. Informan penelitian ini adalah guru PAI di SMA Darul Ulum 1 Unggulan Peterongan Jombang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Guru PAI mengupayakan supaya muridnya menjadi aktif dalam berfikir, murid juga dipegangi buku mata pelajaran supaya murid itu menjawab dengan benar dan tidak mengarang jawabannya. (2) Menggunakan metode ini sangat efektif dan baik, murid jadi memahami materi atau kalimat di dalam bahan ajar dan daya pikir murid lebih terasah

Pelatihan Strategi Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Nonrutin Sebagai Persiapan KSN Matematika Di SMP Al Irsyad Purwokerto
Get PDFThe purpose of this service activity is to introduce, prepare and increase students' knowledge, especially students of mathematics achievement at SMP Al Irsyad Al Islamiyah Purwokerto about effective and efficient as a provision to take part in the National Science Competition in the field of mathematics or other similar math competitions. So far, the selected students are given independent guidance by the teachers at the school. However, due to scientific limitations and the teacher's busy schedule, the activity of building mathematics achievement is still not optimal. The method of implementing this activity consists of three stages starting with the first stage, namely the introduction of mathematical problem solving strategies, followed by the second and third stages in the form of material deepening activities. The post-test results showed an increase in the average post-test score of 22% from the average pre-test score. This shows an increase in the non-routine mathematical problem solving ability of the participants after being given training. The results of observing participant activities for three meetings also showed that the percentage of activity during the training increased at each meeting. This shows the increasing ability and motivation of the trainees in solving non-routine math problems.
