Get PDFMSDI yang merupakan akronim dari Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani memiliki pengertian berupa segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan sumber daya atau tenaga kerja yang ada pada diri setiap individu guna memaksimalkan pencapaian tujuan sebuah perusahaan secara efektif dan efisien. Peranan budaya organisasi adalah membantu menciptakan rasa memiliki terhadap organisasi, menciptakan keterikatan emosional antara organisasi dan karyawan yang terlibat di dalamnya, membantu menciptakan stabilitas organisasi sebagai sistem sosial dan menemukan pola pedoman perilaku sebagai hasil dari norma-norma kebiasaan yang terbentuk dalam keseharian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualiatas manajemen sumber daya insani dengan budaya organisasi. Metode penulisan ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode literature review. Sehingga data yang terkumpul selain dari buku referensi juga digunakan dari jurnal, merupakan majalah ilmiah yang berisikan tulisan ilmiah maupun hasil seminar.

This is because most of a person's daily activities involve information technology assistance, both teaching and learning activities, working in agencies and entrepreneurship. In addition, knowledge of information technology is a person's main capital to be able to compete in the era of globalization and the progress of the times to come. This service is carried out in Gabusbanaran Village, Tembelang District, Jombang. The purpose of this service is to focus on optimizing the Village Information System (SID) application, adapting the Village Information System (SID) application to the needs of village administration, and providing an understanding of the use of the Village Information System (SID) application. The method of implementing the activities aims to find solutions to the problems experienced by the village government in inputting data. This is done with work procedures that support the realization of making application systems. The service method uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach, which is a method by utilizing assets owned by the local community which is seen as being able to support community empowerment activities. The results of community service in optimizing the Village Information System (SID) application are providing additional insight and knowledge and skills to the ranks of Gabusbanaran village officials regarding village information systems, assisting in disseminating information quickly and thoroughly through the website and making it easier for the community to get information from the village

Get PDFThe development of learning media is a series of processes or activities carried out to produce learning media based on existing development theories. The media in question is learning media so the development theory used is the theory of learning development. In addition to media, in a teaching and learning process, teachers are also required to use RPP which is a reference for the activity plan that will be carried out during the learning process. Assessment tools are also needed to see the extent to which students have achieved their goals. Thus, the development of learning media is also equipped with RPP and learning outcome tests as requirements in a learning process. Teachers at Siswo Utomo Kindergarten, Kepuhdoko Village, experienced many obstacles/barriers in implementing appropriate and interesting learning. Which of course can make it easier to provide understanding to students at the institution. Thus, learning becomes more active and leads to student-centered learning (SCL). Development of an android-based learning application intended for Siswo Utomo Kindergarten, Kepuhdoko Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency. This educational institution was chosen because in TK (Kindergarten) Siswo Utomo is the place where the author teaches and devotes himself to Kepuhdoko Village. The facilities and infrastructure in this institution have not been used optimally to support learning media. Based on the results of observations in the field, namely TK (Kindergarten) Siswo Utomo Kepuhdoko Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, it shows that the condition of the facilities and infrastructure is still far from expectations. Several things found in the field include: (1) the existing learning media facilities are still very minimal in use, (2) teacher skills in designing learning using learning methods are still ineffective
Pelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran “Funglish†pada Siswa SMP di Desa Mojokrapak Jombang
Get PDFPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan media pembelajaran “Funglish†(Fun Learning English) berbasis aplikasi android pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris bagi siswa SMP kelas VII semester I yang berjumlah 27 siswa di Desa Mojokrapak Kecamatan Tembelang Kabupaten Jombang. Agar anak-anak di Desa Mojokrapak semakin bersemangat dalam mempelajari Bahasa Inggris tertama pada materi Speaking dan Listening. Adapun di dalam pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran “Funglish†Fun Learning English, kami menggunakan metode Community Based Research (CBR), dimana metode ini merupakan sistematis pendidikan dan instruksional proses desain yang didalamnya memiliki proses kegiatan analisis, desain, evaluasi, dan revisi sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan yang diaplikasikan menjadi suatu tindakan nyata berupa pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 sampai dengan 5 nopember 2021. Berdasarkan dari hasil pelatihan mengenai penggunaan media pembelajaran “Funglishâ€, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode aplikasi “Funglish’ dapat membantu mendorong minat dan bakat siswa-siswi dalam proses belajar mengajar, terutama dalam pembelajaran bahasa inggris, memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya media pembelajaran pendukung, agar proses belajar mengajar lebih bervariasi dan tidak monoton, dan juga memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa dan siswi jika belajar tidak hanya dengan buku, tetapi banyak teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran yang baru dan menarik.

Get PDFThe training program for micro-household financial management for peer-to-peer women using the “COPLO†method aims to provide explanations to PKK mothers about the urgency of planning and managing micro household finances, providing explanations to PKK mothers about the allocation of posts micro household finances that must be spent every month, starting from various sources of income to expenditure items, and providing training on the COPLO (Commitment to Envelope) method to make it easier for PKK mothers in managing micro household financial conditions every month . The results show that this program is very relevant to the conditions of partner needs in the field and can be implemented according to the planned event rundown. Based on the results of the evaluation of 30 participants who have participated in this activity, it can be concluded that there were 20 pre-activity people (66.67%) PKK RT. 05/06 women did not carry out directional financial management, and did not make an allocation of expenditure items each month. 90% of participants did not know about the COPLO (Commitment to Envelope) method related to household financial management. After the activity, the training participants began to understand the importance and benefits of allocating monthly expenditure items using the COPLO method, and participants began to try to apply the COPLO method for household financial management
Pemberdayaan Ibu PKK di Desa Sidomulyo melalui Seminar Berwirausaha
Get PDFPada masa sekarang ini, sebagian besar masyarakat di Indonesia gencar mendapatkan ajakan untuk melakukan wirausaha. Desa Sidomulyo terletak di Kecamatan Megaluh Kabupaten Jombang memiliki potensi sumber daya manusia yang tidak begitu tertinggal dengan desa yang ada di sekitarnya. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, potensi berwirausaha yang ada di Desa Sidomulyo kurang mendapatkan sentuhan motivasi atau dorongan dalam menumbuhkan pentingnya jiwa berwirausaha. Sebagian besar dari warga dikatakan sudah cukup umur untuk dapat memulai berwirausaha yang nantinya dapat mendongkrak potensi desa yang ada di Desa Sidomulyo. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pembinaan dan pembekalan tentang kesadaran berwirausaha dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada ibu – ibu PKK Desa Sidomulyo mengenai motivasi kewirausahaan. Metode pendekatan pada skema pengabdian ini meliputi model pelatihan (ceramah), diskusi, dan pendampingan dalam melakukan wirausaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak mitra. Evaluasi dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang dibahas dan indikator pencapaian dari sosialisasi tersebut adalah peserta memahami tentang bagaimana berwirausaha yang baik dan tolak ukur yang digunakan untuk menyatakan keberhasilan dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan peserta dibagikan angket dan juga pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah usaha menyebarkan ilmu pengetahuan yang kami dapatkan kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari angket respon peserta sosialisasi ini diperoleh dari 20 peserta. Hasil presentase rata- rata angket respon peserta sosialisasi sebesar 87,4% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi pentingnya berwirausaha bagi ibu rumah tangga yang diselenggarakan mampu memberikan pemahaman bagi ibu rumah tangga di desa Sidomulyo
