Internalization of Religious Moderation Values Through Learning Moral Sufism with Implications for Student Association Ethics

Electronic media shortens our view of the world. Through social media we can change or lead opinions that are not in accordance with moderate religious teachings. Through students as role models for the progress of integrity, internalization of religious moderation values. This study aims to determine a.) strategies for internalizing the values ​​of religious moderation in the Akhlak Tasawuf course b.) the form of implementation of religious moderation values ​​in the Sufism morals course c.) the implications of the values ​​of religious moderation in Sufism morals courses at student ethics. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques of this research are interviews, observation, and documentation, while the respondents of this research are shown to teachers of the Sufism morals course and PAI students at Kh Abdul Wahab Hasbullah University. The results of this study explain the internalization process of religious moderation values ​​can be developed in the learning of Sufism morals through learning strategies, learning methods, and learning evaluations so that religious moderation values ​​can be useful in the social ethics of students of Kh Abdul Wahab Hasbullah University
Designing Learning Media for The Effectiveness of Vocabulary Junior High School
Get PDFEnglish is an international language that is indispensable in addition to knowledge of English as well as a means of communication. Learning requires the media to convey it to students. The researcher uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development process. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the development of instructional media in the form of PowerPoint hyperlinks as a tool that helps increase students' learning motivation and the effectiveness of learning media in grade 8th. The sample of students in this study were grade 8th students of MTs Bahrul Ulum Tambak Beras Jombang with 12 students’ responses. Data collection instruments used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The feasibility of the product was tested for media validation and material validation, each of which has a value of 96% for media and 76% for the material. The results showed that students' vocabulary comprehension skills increased after learning with the PowerPoint application. Learning media hyperlinks that have been validated and revised are appropriate as a tool to increase students' learning motivation
Effectiveness of Using Qur'an Hadith Module to Learning Outcomes
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes of students who are taught without using modules and those taught by using modules. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling technique. Class VII C as the experimental class, as many as 33 students who were treated using Qur'an Hadith module and class VII D as the control class were 32 students who received treatment without using Qur'an Hadith module. The data collection methods used were tests and observations. Data processing and analysis techniques used is inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing uses the Mann-Whitney test. Mann Whitney U test was carried out, the results obtained were the Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said that there is a significant effect on learning outcomes of the Quran Hadith using modules. Teaching materials using the Hadith Qur'an module according to the theory being studied basically can be applied in the learning process to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of students. The learning outcomes achieved by grade VII students at MTs Darussalam Ngesong can be maintained because they are already in the good category, but still need improvement or look for other factors that can improve student learning outcomes

Get PDFAbstrak. Analisis Prinsip Good Corporate Governance dalam Pembiayaan Bermasalah (Studi Pada KSPPS BMT Permata Mojokerto). Dalam bisnis penyaluran dana seperti lembaga keuangan baik itu lembaga keuangan Konvensional maupun syariah mengalami resiko pembiayaan bermasalah. Dari masalah resiko tersebut perlu dilakukan adanya penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggelolaan pembiayaan bermasalah pada lembaga keuangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance). Untuk mengoptimlkan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance) ada beberapa Prinsip-prinsip yang perlu diterapkan. Beberapa Prinsip Good Corporate Governance menggunakan pendekatan Al-Qur’an, Prinsip Transparansi Q.A at Taubah:119, Akuntabilitas Q.S an-nisa: 58, Pertangungjawaban Q.S Al-Isra’ 36, Independensi Q.S Fushshilat: 30, dan Kewajaran Q.S Asy-Syura :182-183. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara wawancara, observasai, dan dokumentasi sehingga peneliti dapat mengguraikan kondisi yang ada dan dapat menganalisis fenomana tersebut. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemangku kepentingan. Hasil dari penelitian ini penerapan Good Corporate Governnce dalam pembiayaan bermasalah KSPPS BMT berlandaskan 5 prinsip cukup baik dan strategi untuk meminimalisir pembiayaan bermasalah adalah membentuk tim dan memperkuat SOP selain itu memaksimalkan peran Marketing Funding.

Abstract. Analysis of the principles good corporate governance in problematic financing (Study on KSPPS BMT Permata Mojokerto). In the business of disbursing funds such as financial institutions both conventional and Islamic financial institution experience the risk of problematic financing. From these risk problems, it is necessary to conduct research tp find out how to manage non-performing financing in financial institutions. This study analyzes the application of Good Corporate Governance. To optimize Good Corporate Governance there are several principles that need to be applied. Some principles of Good Corporate Governance using the Qur’an approach, Transparency principle Q.A at Taubah:119, Accountability Q.S an-nisa: 58, Responsibility Q.S Al-Isra’ 36, Professional Q.S Fushshilat : 30, and fairness Q.S Asy-Syura :182-183. This study uses qualitative methods by means of interviews, observations, and documentation so that researchers can describe the existing conditions and can analyze the phenomenon. Informants in this study are stakeholders. The result of this study the application of Good Corporate Governance in financing problems at KSPPS BMT based on 5 principles is quite good and the strategy to minimize non performing financing is to from a team and strengthen SOP in addition to maximizing the role of Marketing Funding.

Zakat shares is a new program launched by BAZNAS, in collaboration with the Indonesia Stock Exchange and also PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas. Baznas aims to facilitate investors who want to use their shares. Baznas as Indonesia's national amil zakat body sees great potential for stocks. Because people today do a lot of stock investment activities. But because zakat shares in Indonesia is still limited to customers who are only under the auspices of PT Henan Putihrai securities to carry out zakat shares. So many investors do not know about this share zakat. The purpose of this study is to inform people who do stock investment activities to zakati their shares. This study is a qualitative research library with an explanatory character. By focusing on the opinion of shafi schools. The results of this research in the syafii school of law are obligatory to zakat shares for investors, provided that the requirements of the zakat shares according to the syafii school are fulfilled, namely the achievement of nisab and haul.

Abstrak
Zakat saham merupakan program baru yang di luncurkan oleh BAZNAS, bekerjasama dengan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia dan juga PT Henan Putihrai sekuritas. Baznas bertujuan memfasilitasi para investor yang ingin menzakati sahamnya. Baznas sebagai badan amil zakat nasional Indonesia melihat potensi yang besar terhadap saham. Karena masyarakat pada masa sekarang banyak yang melakukan kegiatan investasi saham. Tapi karena zakat saham di Indonesia masih terbatas terhadap nasabah yang hanya di bawah naungan PT Henan Putihrai sekuritas saja untuk melaksanakan zakat saham. Maka banyak investor yang belum mengetahui mengenai zakat saham ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menginformasikan terhadap masyarakat yang melakukan kegiatan investasi saham untuk menzakati sahamnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif library research bersifat eksplanasi. Dengan memfokuskan terhadap pendapat madzhab syafii. Hasil dari penelitian ini di dalam madzhab syafii wajib hukumnya untuk menzakati sahamnya bagi para investor, dengan catatan terpenuhi syarat – syarat dari zakat saham menurut madzhab syafii yaitu tercapainya nisab dan haul.

Yaitu penulisan dengan mengumpulkan beberapa data yang bersumber berasal internet, buku, jurnal, atau referensi lain yang ditulis apa adanya serta sesuai berita yang sinkron dengan kondisi peristiwa serta kenyataan sosial pada rakyat menggunakan memakai teknik observasi serta studi dokumen. Diperlukan sebab perkembangan perbankan syariah pada Indonesia relatif cepat tetapi masih belum diimbangi menggunakan asal daya insan yang memadai, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. serta salah satu misi perusahaan didukung oleh sumber daya manusia, Penelitian ini membagikan bahwa pengelolaan asal daya insan di forum keuangan syariah homogen-rata dalam hal rekrutmen dan seleksi telah sesuai dengan teori syariah.
Abstract: This study analyzes human resource management at the Islamic Finance forum in terms of recruitment and selection, coaching and development of employees and employee performance appraisals. This study uses a qualitative research type. That is writing by collecting data sourced from the internet, books, journals, or other references that are written as is and according to news that is in accordance with the conditions of events and social realities of the people using observation techniques and document studies. It is necessary because the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is relatively fast but it is still not matched by using adequate human resources, both in quality and quantity. and one of the company's missions is supported by human resources. This study shares that the management of human resources in Islamic finance forums is homogeneous in terms of recruitment and selection in accordance with sharia theory
