The Condition of MSMEs during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Case Study of MSMEs at Mba Yuni Food Stalls
Get PDFMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a crucial role in increasing the country's gross domestic product. however, since COVID-19 hit globally at the end of 2019, and there have been many government policies in force in tackling the COVID-19 pandemic, many business actors have experienced a drastic decline in income and not a few have been unable to maintain their businesses which led to the closure, one of which was the Mba Yuni Food Stall business. This study aims to get an illustration of the condition of MSMEs in the culinary and beverage sector during the COVID-19 pandemic at a food stall. This study was conducted for 3 months from March to June 2022. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using purposive sampling techniques using information sources in the form of field information interviews using samples of MSMEs at Mba Yuni Food Stalls. The results showed that the profit obtained by msMEs of Warung Makan Mba Yuni in the city of Surabaya during the COVID-19 pandemic had a relatively compound figure. This data shows that MSMEs at Mba Yuni Food Stalls are still unable to maximize their business potential, one of which is caused by COVID-19 and the policies implemented by the government during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy implemented by the government requires business owners to cut business active time only until 21.00 WIB and reduce the number of consumers by 50% for dine-in. The government's policy of limiting working hours during the COVID-19 pandemic is an important factor in the decline in the business income of MSMEs at Warung Makan Mba Yuni during the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
ANALISIS TENTANG DASAR PERTIMBANGAN INVESTOR DALAM MEMILIH SAHAM SYARIAH DAN SAHAM KONVENSIONAL
Get PDFAbstrak. Berinvestasi merupakan salah satu strategi pengendalian kekayaan yang efektif. Termasuk untuk pengusaha muslim, investasi adalah alternatif muamalah yang menjadi pilihan. Dalam kegiatan investasi terdapat kekhawatiran investor muslim terhadap persepsi spekulasi atau gharar pada sistem perdagangan di pasar modal. dengan demikian bursa menjamin pasar modal syariah tidak bertentangan dengan norma Islam, dan telah mendapat sertifikat dari Dewan Syariah Nasional. Dalam hal ini penyusun melakukan penelitian yang menganalisis tentang bagaimana dasar pertimbangan investor muslim dalam memilih saham syariah dan saham konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian ini tergolong studi lapangan dan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditemukan jawaban. Pertama pertimbangan investor saham Syariah adalah analisis fundamental & teknikal, saham liquid, harga saham dan hukum islam. Kedua pertimbangan return saham, banyaknya pilihan saham, dan adanya (margin trading) dana pinjaman untuk investor. Ketiga saham Syariah terhindar dari Riba, saham konvensional memiliki jaringan luas dan memiliki banyak pilihan.Kata kunci : investor, dasar pertimbangan investor, saham syariah, saham konvensional

Abstract. Investing is an effective wealth control strategy. Including for Muslim entrepreneurs, investment is an alternative muamalah which is an option. In investment activities, Muslim investors are concerned about the perception of speculation or gharar in the trading system on the capital market. thus, the stock exchange guarantees that the Islamic capital market does not contradict Islamic norms and has received a certificate from the National Sharia Council. In this case the compilers conduct research that analyzes the basic considerations of Muslim investors in choosing Islamic stocks and conventional stocks. This research is a qualitative research, classified as literature research, this type of research uses descriptive analysis methods, based on the results of research and discussion can find answers. The first consideration of Sharia stock investors is fundamental & technical analysis, liquid stocks, stock prices and Islamic law. Second, consideration of stock returns, the number of stock options, and the (margin trading) loan funds for investors. Get PDFThe community service carried out aims to improve numeracy skills for early childhood in Rejosopinggir village. Service activities in Rejosopinggir Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, East Java. The implementation of community service activities will be carried out in December 2021. The implementation method for implementing this community service activity includes the Participatory Action Research method. Action and participatory methods are carried out in mentoring parents and children about increasing children's abilities in certain fields. The community service activities carried out concluded that the use of TAPASAM teaching aids (paired and connected ropes) could improve numeracy skills for early childhood. The existence of assistance to children in Rejosopinggir village by introducing learning media in the form of TAPASAM props (paired and connected ropes) can improve numeracy skills for early childhood in Rejosopinggir village. The choice of learning media will be very influential in exploring children's achievements so that the TAPASAM media (paired and continuous ropes) is interesting in activating children's learning creativity.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan bimbingan teknis implementasi kurikulum merdeka di MIN 2 Kota Palangka Raya. Get PDFYard land for plant cultivation is an action in improving people's welfare. The yard of the house is generally not too wide so that if it is used as a land for plant cultivation, it will be more efficient, so there is a need for cultivation innovations that can be carried out in an easy, practical way to maintain and can streamline a narrow yard. Based on the results of the analysis, the problems that need to be resolved related to the planned community service activities are as follows: (1) lack of public knowledge about the use of yard land for food crops using verticulture technology based on plastic waste, (2) lack of public awareness to manage plastic waste, (3) the community, especially housewives, have not made optimal use of their home yards for plants that can be used as daily food needs, (4) the community's lack of interest in creating a clean environment, aesthetic value, and economic value. The method used is socialization which aims to increase public knowledge in utilizing the yard of the house with verticulture techniques. This community service activity in the form of socialization has provided benefits to participants, the perceived benefit is the increase in the level of knowledge of PKK mothers and also IPNU-IPPNU youth about vegetable cultivation techniques with verticulture techniques. This activity was considered quite successful in increasing the skills of the participants

Berbagai cara sudah dilakukan untuk mengendalikan hama tikus, tetapi belum memberikan hasil yang signifikan. Pembuatan rumah burung hantu ini bertujuan sebagai alternatif pengendalian hama tikus dengan memanfaatkan agensi hayati berupa predator burung hantu. Pembuatan rumah burung hantu ini diawali dengan diskusi bersama petani Dusun Banjarsari Desa Bareng Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang dan di lanjutkan dengan pembuatan rumah burung hantu yang dibantu oleh petani setempat. Hasil dari pembuatan rumah burung hantu ini adalah rumah burung hantu yang dilakukan pemasangan pada sawah bersama petani setempat.

The focus in this study is how the peer tutoring learning model, how effective is the use of peer tutoring learning model in improving the ability to read the Qur’an of students in early dawn recitation program, what are the supporting factors and obstacles. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenology approach. Data obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. This study resulted in the findings peer tutor learning model at Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School 2, namely every senior students or student who are generally older teach their juniors. The selection of tutors on the recommendation of ustadz/ustadzah with various criteria. The use of peer tutoring learling model can be said to be effective because the learning objectives and targets are minimally achieved. The supporting factors of the use of the learning model are the strong desire to teach in the students, the lack of qualified teachers and students. While the inhibiting factors for using this learning model are students who are not serious in learning and tutors are still confused in dealing with sleepy students.
