Get PDFThe purpose of the study is to describe the implementation of online learning in the new normal era, as well as to solve problems and determine the most appropriate solution to the problems or difficulties faced by students in understanding mathematics courses in particular, for future provisions in managing life and preparing themselves as prospective educators. . This type of research is a case study research and the research method used in this research is a descriptive exploratory qualitative data method, namely digging up complete data from students who are used as research objects in accordance with this case study. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results of the research in the form of a diagnosis of learning difficulties which include data analysis from education and online learning can be used with consideration of paying attention to the condition of students, so that they will get used to adjusting to the online system, learning can be carried out properly
Religious Moderation According to the Teacher's Perspective of Islamic Boarding School
Get PDFExaggeration in religion is a dangerous disease. Exaggeration is forbidden and forbidden according to the Shari'ah. This attitude can bring bad consequences for each individual and society. Based on the above background, this study aims to identify and describe religious moderation at the Islamic Boarding School Darun Najah Karangploso Malang from the perspective of Kyai and Ustadz. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Research data were collected using observation, interview and documentation methods. In this study the researchers used inductive data analysis, namely analyzing data based on specific facts to produce conclusions about the facts of the events that occurred. Teachers do not only rely on learning strategies, Kyai and Teachers also use the latest social media. Equipped with understandings of religious moderation by Islamic boarding schools' Kyai and teachers, they can make students at the Darun Najah Islamic Boarding School have good social ethics with the community, make wise decisions, and be tolerant of anyone in accordance with the values of religious moderation
Botanical Concepts Understanding of Biology Education Students
Get PDFThis study aims to identify the botanical concepts understanding of biology education students at Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. 36 sample students were given a test with two tiers questions (multiple choice with confidence level). The students involved were students who had taken a botany courses. Test results were analyzed descriptive qualitatively. The findings revealed that there were 36,1% of students who understood the concept; 36,1% of students experienced misconception; and 27,8% of students did not understand the concept.

Design an Integrated Web-Based Plant Commodity Monitoring Information System
Get PDFIn order to increase agricultural commodities in the Jombang Regency area to be higher, innovations are needed that can have a positive impact on the progress of the existing agricultural sector. One aspect that can support this progress is the existence of a plant commodity monitoring information system. The crop commodity monitoring system is a web-based application aimed at viewing and assessing the process of food crop growth systematically, starting from the planting period to the harvest period. From this system , historical crop data will be obtained, where these data can then be used as knowledge material for the Jombang Regency Agriculture Office in terms of policy making, such as the supply of seeds and fertilizer needs on subsidized and non-subsidized land, determination of planting periods, or predictions of agricultural products next year. In addition, this system also provides information related to plant conditions, plant age and instructions in determining plants to suit existing land. To realize this, the author designed and built an integrated web-based crop commodity monitoring information system on agricultural land. This research uses R&D (Research and Development) method. The test results using Black Box show that the functionality of this information system has been running well. The final result obtained from this study is that the system is more efficient and has comprehensive data than the old system that has been operating in the Jombang Regency Agriculture Office.

Use of the Codeigniter Framework in the Design and Development of the Balance Sheet-Based "Sikmajo" Financial Information System.
Get PDFSikmajo is an online store that provides a place for users to buy and trade the products they want to trade. Currently, sikmajo does not yet have a good financial reporting system. By utilizing the codeigniter framework to design the application design to simplify and speed up the manufacturing process. Model, View, and Controller, or what is often called (MVC) is one of the supporters of making applications. The implementation of the Balance Sheet system in the Sikmajo online store is used for financial reporting. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience in the process of inputting income and expenditure data, helping speed up the performance of the finance department, and improving accuracy in financial reporting. With this system, it is hoped that it will make work easier for people. So that online business processes will develop rapidly. This study examines the development of a web-based Financial Information System by utilizing the CodeIgniter Framework. Especially in accurate and efficient financial management. The CodeIgniter framework was chosen as the basis for the development of this system because it provides an organized work structure with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern and has security features that are able to protect the integrity of data and financial information. In testing this system, the author uses the Black Box method to ensure that the system functions and output are as expected. This system provides solutions for companies to overcome financial management problems and has the potential to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
Application of Combined Manure and Potassium Sulfate on The Vegetative Growth of Rose Apple (Syzygium aqueum)
Get PDFRose apple is one of the horticultural commodities favored by the Indonesian people. Cultivation using planter bags is popular due to several advantages, such as faster fruiting and shorter plants, making them easier to harvest. Proper care, especially in the use of organic and inorganic fertilizers, greatly influences the results expected by farmers. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of manure and potassium sulfate on plant height, stem diameter, number of new leaf shoots, and leaf greenness. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with observations every 14 days. The results showed that the combination of fertilizers affected the number of new leaf shoots on rose apple plants (Syzygium aqueum). The best treatment was KH6 (100 grams of potassium sulfate, 200 grams of goat manure, and 200 grams of cow manure), but it was not significantly different from KH2 (150 grams of potassium sulfate, 250 grams of goat manure, and 250 grams of cow manure) and KH8 (150 grams of potassium sulfate, 150 grams of goat manure, and 150 grams of cow manure). The combination of fertilizers also affected leaf greenness at 14 DAT but did not affect it at 28 DAT and 42 DAT. The H2 treatment (200 grams of goat manure and 200 grams of cow manure) produced the greenest leaves compared to all other treatments but was not significantly different from KH3 (100 grams of potassium sulfate, 250 grams of goat manure, and 250 grams of cow manure)

At that time the Indonesian stock market experienced an extreme decline in stock prices in general. It happened gradually until it formed a downtrend over a fairly long period. Investors and active traders bear the loss of this condition. Wait and see until the downtrend ends is not always a solution. This study provides input for traders by observing in more detail the fluctuations that occur in the daily period which is referred to as the intraday scheme. Assuming whether there are certain days with a more positive tendency for returns than other days. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a non-experimental approach with descriptive statistical data processing techniques. The results of observations on the 2017-2022 Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) data show that Friday is the day that has the most tendency for prices to rise, the biggest returns, and the highest performance index (based on the Sharpe and Treynor Index) than other days.

Analysis of Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Parents' Income in Santri Financial Management Behavior
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to investigate how students' financial management practises are influenced by their lifestyle, parental income, and financial literacy. Everybody can benefit from practising sound financial management habits. Extremely low financial literacy has an impact on lifestyle, influencing how much a person wants to spend according to their income. This study use interviews as a method of data collecting for its qualitative research design. Thirty kids from Al Lathifiyyah Islamic Boarding School 2 Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang served as the sample. The act of methodically looking through and gathering information from field notes, interviews, and other sources is the analytical approach that is employed in order to make the data easily comprehensible and provide others with useful information. The research results show that financial literacy, lifestyle and parental income indicate that the majority of students have practiced good financial management behavior, such as managing finances so that they have enough for one month, paying bills on time, and comparing prices when buying products. This can be taken into consideration for developing a financial literacy program at the Al Lathifiyyah 2 Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Islamic Boarding School, Jombang
Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility and good corporategovernance on firm value. This study focuses on banking companies that are publicly traded on theIndonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2021. The dataset consists of financial statement data froma total of 72 organizations. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique based onpredetermined criteria and then analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The findings of thisstudy indicate that corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on firm value, but goodcorporate governance does not have a significant effect on firm value. The implication of this research isthat banking companies are expected to increase their commitment to corporate social responsibilityprograms as a way to increase the trust and perception of investors, the government and the surroundingcommunity who are stakeholders. Companies also need to evaluate the strategy of using good corporategovernance, because although good corporate governance remains important for managing risk andcorporate sustainability, companies need to consider how corporate social responsibility elements can beintegrated into their good corporate governance framework in order to achieve better results

However, BKKBN data states that the divorce rate in 2021 increased drastically by 581,000 cases. This is thought to be because a sane couple meets a toxic partner, where the main element in creating a happy marriage is determining the right partner, therefore a software design was created to be able to get to know each other through several assessment criteria that will appear in the software. The software was created using the PHP programming language which displays important questions in character recognition where the results of filling in these questions can be recorded permanently before being shared in two directions with couples who want to continue their relationship to a more serious level. The recorded results cannot be changed but can be commented on by both parties so that they can plan for the future based on differences or even similarities in opinions found. The aim of this application is not to discuss the past but to organize the future as early as possible. It is hoped that this software can reduce the divorce rate, using partner recognition detection as early as possible
