Response Of Giving Antagonist Fungi Trichodema Spp On Vegetative Growth Of Soybean Plants (Glycine max (L) Merr.) Infected By Fusarium Sp.
No full textBiological control is the use of antagonistic agents to control plant pathogens. One of the biological agents currently being developed is Trichoderma spp. Trichoderma spp fungi are often used to control Fusarium sp (root wilt disease). Trichoderma spp fungi have the ability to increase the growth rate and development of plants, especially their ability to cause healthy root production and increase root depth (deeper in the soil surface). Therefore, the author aims to examine the response of Trichoderma spp antagonistic fungi to the vegetative growth of soybean plants (Glycine max (L) Merr.) Infected with Fusarium sp. This study was conducted using an experimental method using a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of T0F0, T0F10, T10F10, T15F10. Each consists of 4 replications. The results of the study showed that Trichoderma spp played a significant role in the process of inhibiting the growth of Fusarium sp in root development, plant height, development of the number of leaves and functioned to provide nutrients for plants causing plant cell metabolism to run better so that plant growth during the vegetative phase did not experience obstacles.

Hotel syariah saat ini memang tengah menjadi trend baru dalam bisnis akomodasi dan perhotelan di Indonesia. Cerahnya bisnis hotel syariah ini turut ditopang oleh besarnya pasar konsumen muslim khususnya disektor pariwisata baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Green Red Jombang merupakan salah satu bisnis yang bergerak di unia pariwisata perhotelan. Green Red Kabupaten Jombang berupaya untuk meningkatkan omzet pemasaran engan cara menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran melalui wisatawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan penelitian dilapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran dalam meningkatkan omzet penjualan pada Green Red Kabupaten Jombang meliputi:1. mengelola meia sosial, 2. merawat jaringan internet, 3. memahami tentang pemasaran.

Sharia hotels are currently becoming a new trend in the accommodation and hospitality business in Indonesia. The bright sharia hotel business is also supported by the large Muslim consumer market, especially in the tourism sector both at home and abroad. Green Red Jombang is one of the businesses engaged in the world of hospitality tourism. Green Red Jombang Regency seeks to increase marketing turnover by implementing a marketing mix strategy through tourists. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with field research. The results of the study show that the application of the marketing mix strategy in increasing sales turnover at Green Red Jombang Regency includes: 1. managing social media, 2. maintaining internet networks, 3. understanding online marketing (digital marketing).online(digital marketing).

The objectives of this study include: to determine the role of the head of the madrasah, to determine the strategy of the head of the madrasah, and the implications of the development of religious culture in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tambak Beras Jombang. Optimization of Learning of The Qur’an Hadith Through The Use of Google Classroom in The Covid-19 Emergency

In this condition, the use of e-learning becomes an absolute obligation that must be applied in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning Al-Qur'an Hadith through Google Classroom-based E-learning media during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, this is because the object under study is a complex interaction process, namely the optimization of Al-Qur'an Hadith learning through google classroom during the covid-19 pandemic at MI Al-hikmah. The instrument used in this study was direct observation in the field and accompanied by a questionnaire conducted by researchers to the teacher and students. The results of this study indicate that the google classroom application is very appropriate and efficient for the online learning process because it is not bound by time limits or official lesson hours in collecting assignments, distributing assignments, and assessing student assignments
Development of Student Mathematics Teaching Based on Contextual Education to Improve Mathematical Literacy Ability
Get PDFThis research aims to develop contextual-based teaching materials based on Bakmi's E-Book (Learning Algebra by Al-Khawarizmi) by going through 5 stages of ADDIE. The results showed that Bakmi's E-Book met the validity index of 81%. The percentage of material validation results is 88.1% in the Very Eligible category and media validation is 89.6% in the Very Eligible category. The test results of Bakmi's E-Book products have met the practicality index of teaching materials to be used of 96.7% in the Very Interesting category to use. In addition, Bakmi's E-Book teaching materials can also improve student learning outcomes on Algebra material. It is shown from the results of the effectiveness test through the pretest and posttest that there is an increase of 0.8% in the category of High improvement. Taking into account the results of existing research, the development of teaching materials should be carried out in a sustainable manner by holding the principle, in order to achieve the learning objectives to the maximum

Get PDFIslamic values integrated Biology online quiz is a media developed through the quizizz online application as a supporting medium for learning biology which aims to provide integrated Islamic plantae material tests. The purposes of this study were to determine the validity of Islamic integrated biology online quizzes according to material experts and learning media experts. The objectives to be achieved are as follows: 1) describe the results of the validation of the Islamic values online integrated biology quiz using the quiz application on the Plantae material, 2) describe the results of the validation of the Islamic integrated biology online quiz using the quiz application on the plantae material according to media experts. This type of research is development research using a 4-D development model. The research instrument used is in the form of validation questionnaires for expert material and learning media. Data analysis techniques in the form of validation of questionnaire results y expert material and learning media. The results showed that online quizzes using Islamic integrated quiz applications had a validity percentage of 80% and learning media of 75%. This shows that Islamic integrated online quizzes can be used as a measure of valid Islamic integrated plantae material and can be used as learning suggestions
Developing “Makruf (Mahir Makhorijul Huruf)” as Supplementary Learning Media for IX Grade of Junior High Students
Get PDFThis research aims to develop the "MAKRUF" (Mahir Makhorijul Huruf) as learning media for Islamic Education (PAI) subjects with makhorijul huruf material. It also aims to make it easier in understanding makhorijul huruf to support the ability of IX grade students in reading the Holy Qur'an. This research uses the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) method. The R&D research method is containng a series of analyzing, designing, developing products, implementing development results and evaluating the results of implementation. This research showed that the media development of "MAKRUF" was declared valid by obtaining a validity percentage of 97% and a very valid category, both from the media validator and material validator perspective. So that the results of developing the "MAKRUF" media are suitable for use as learning media.

Analysis Of Factors Affecting Income In The Religious Tourism Sector In Paciran Sub-District

In Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, there are 2 religious tourist attractions that are very frequently visited. Namely the Sunan Drajat religious tourism area and the Sunan Maulana Ishaq religious tourism area. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the factors that influence income in the religious tourism sector in Paciran District. This research will be carried out starting October 31 2023. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show factors that can increase income for managing religious tourist attractions, including, firstly, the number of tourists or visitors. From the results of studies at 2 religious tourist attractions, the number of visitors is quite large, with a graph that ebbs and flows when looking at a normal day. or on holidays. The second factor is the flow of vehicles, because more or less vehicles enter, this influences the amount of parking contribution obtained, and the amount of parking contribution influences the income generated for further management. The third factor is the contribution of traders, traders who sell In tourist areas you definitely have to pay taxes or place rent to the tourism manager. some use a rental system, some share profits and there are some traders who are free to sell. In the future, the results of these traders' contributions will become one of the factors that can increase the income of tourist attractions

The Impact of Training and Individual Readiness on Change in Improving Employee Performance at MSME Roncean Melati Jombang

As producers and distributors of agricultural products, MSME Roncean Melati must adapt to rapid changes in technology, policies and market dynamics. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of training provided to MSME Roncean Melati employees on their individual readiness in facing change. This research revealed that employee training in the picking and bluffing department was carried out directly by the owner, ensuring the necessary understanding and skills. This research method uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview and documentation techniques. UMKM Roncean Melati was founded in 2009 by Mr. Rendy Nur Deva M.M. and Mrs. Dewi, an economics lecturer. The interview results showed that training had a positive impact on individual employee readiness. Employees in the picking and merging department have undergone training that helps them understand the technique of picking jasmine flowers properly and pulverizing according to consumer demand. Employees confirmed that this training had increased their readiness to carry out their duties efficiently. Individual readiness to change is the key to improving employee performance at MSME Roncean Melati. Employees who initially do not have specific skills can be successful after undergoing training. This effective training program implemented by MSMEs not only prepares employees to face change, but also increases productivity and efficiency in various departments.
