LEARNING EFFECT OF CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION STUDENTS IN APPLICATION OF CHARACTER VALUE
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of learning of civic education on the application value of the character of students in SMAN 1 Terbanggi Beasar Lampung regency middle of the school year 2012/2013. The research method used in this research is correlational. The sample in this study amounted to 85 people. Data analysis using Chi Square. The results showed that there are significant civic education for students in the application of value character SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar Central Lampung regency school year 2012/2013 in the medium category.Keywords: learning citizenship education, application value character, civic education
PENGARUH PEMAHAMAN BUDAYA DEMOKRASI TERHADAP PENGENDALIAN DIRI SISWA
The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of democracy on cultural understanding of self-controlin. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational. Sample was 47 persons. Data collection techniques test, questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis using Chi Quadrate. The results showed that: (1) understanding the culture of democracy (X) dominant quite understand the category (2) control of the student (Y) the dominant good enough category (3) the results of the study showed a significant difference, and high category closeness between the influence understanding the culture of democracy.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pemahaman budaya demokrasi terhadap pengendalian diri . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik tes, angket, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pemahaman budaya demokrasi (X) dominan pada kategori cukup paham (2) pengendalian diri siswa (Y) dominan pada kategori cukup baik (3) hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, dan kategori keeratan tinggi antara pengaruh pemahaman budaya demokrasi.Kata kunci: budaya demokrasi, pemahaman demokrasi, pengendalian dir
HUBUNGAN INTENSITAS KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL SISWA DENGAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI DI KELAS
This study aimed to describe the correlation between intensity of students’ interpersonal communication with communication skill at the second grade of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Karang Tengah. The method for this research is correlational research method. Sample of this research are 28 students. Data analysis of this research uses Chi Kuadrat and data collecting technique uses questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) the intensity of interpersonal communication (X) are dominant on moderate or quite often category with percentage 53.6%, (2) communication skill in class (Y) is dominant on capable category with percentage 57.2%, (3) there is a positive correlation, significant, and high correlation between the intensity of interpersonal communication with communication skills in the classroom, it means that the more often the intensity of interpersonal communication the better the students' communication skills in the classroom.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan intensitas komunikasi interpersonal siswa dengan kemampuan komunikasi di kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Karang Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian 28 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) intensitas komunikasi interpersonal (X) dominan pada kategori sedang atau cukup sering dengan persentase 53,6%, (2) kemampuan komunikasi di kelas (Y) dominan pada kategori mampu dengan persentase 57,2%, (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif, signifikan, dan kategori keeratan tinggi antara intensitas komunikasi interpersonal dengan kemampuan komunikasi di kelas, artinya semakin sering intensitas komunikasi interpersonal siswa maka semakin baik pula kemampuan komunikasi di kelas.Kata kunci: intensitas, kemampuan komunikasi, komunikasi interpersonal sisw

HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI PESERTA DIDIK TENTANG URGENSI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of learners' perceptions about the importance of character education with the motivation to learn civics education in high schools 10 Bandar Lampung. This study uses descriptive method with a sample of 88 respondents consisting of students from class X, XI IPA, IPS XI, XII Science, and XII IPS totaling 26 classes. By using a questionnaire, and analysis techniques in this study using a percentage formula. Based on the results of the study indicate that a significant relationship between the importance of character education with the motivation to learn civics education students in SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung in the Academic Year 2012/2013. This means that the better the education, the more positive character also motivate learners to learn the lessons of citizenship education.Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi peserta didik tentang urgensi pendidikan karakter dengan motivasi belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 88 orang responden peserta didik terdiri dari kelas X, XI IPA, XI IPS, XII IPA, dan XII IPS yang berjumlah 26 kelas. Dengan menggunakan angket, dan teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus persentase.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara urgensi pendidikan karakter dengan motivasi belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Ini berarti semakin baik pendidikan karakter maka semakin positif pula peserta didik memotivasi belajar dalam pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan.Kata kunci : urgensi pendidikan karakter, motivasi belajar,pendidikan kewarganegaraan
PENGARUH ACARA TELEVISI TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN WAKTU BELAJAR ANAK DI KEMILING BANDAR LAMPUNG
The purpose of this study to identify and explain the influence of television program the usege of children’s learning time in the environment II Village Beringin Jaya Kemiling Bandar Lampung in 2013. The subjects were children who were in junior high school education in the Environment II Village Beringin Jaya Kemiling Bandar Lampung, amounting to 37 people. Data collection techniques used in this research is by using questionnaires and analyzed using Chi Square. The result of the research showed that: (1) the influence of the dominant television show considerable influence on the category with the percentage of 59.5%, (2) the usege of children's learning time is quite effective dominant category with the percentage of 67.6%. This means that events are broadcast on television and television viewing time were done by children affect the usage time of a child's learning at home.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh acara televisi terhadap penggunaan waktu belajar anak di Lingkungan II Kelurahan Beringin Jaya Kemiling Bandar Lampung Tahun 2013. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak yang berada pada jenjang pendidikan SMP di Lingkungan II Kelurahan Beringin Jaya Kemiling Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 37 orang. Teknik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh acara televisi dominan pada kategori cukup berpengaruh dengan persentase 59,5%, (2) penggunaan waktu belajar anak dominan pada kategori cukup efektif dengan persentase 67,6%. Hal ini berarti bahwa acara-acara yangditayangkan di televisi maupun waktu menonton televisi yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan waktu belajar anak di rumah.Kata kunci: acara televisi, belajar, wakt
PERSEPSI GURU SMA NEGERI 1 SEKAMPUNG TERHADAP RENCANA PELAKSANAAN KURIKULUM 2013
The purpose of this study is to set out in the opinion of the teachers of SMAN 1 Sekampung 2013 curriculum implementation plan based on the teacher's perception of itself. This research method is descriptive quantitative, population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Sekampung which totaled 36 people. Data collection technique used is the questionnaire which is then performed with the data processing formula percentage.Teachers' perceptions about the components of the curriculum objectives in 2013 are in the category of support (55.6%). teachers' perceptions of the content of the curriculum components in 2013 are in the category of support (47.2%). teachers' perceptions about the component method on the curriculum in 2013 to be in the category of support (58.3%). perceptions about the teacher evaluation component to the curriculum in 2013 to be in the category does not support (50%).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk memaparkan pendapat guru SMAN 1 Sekampung tentang rencana pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 berdasarkan persepsi guru itu sendiri. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMAN 1 Sekampung yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan angket yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data dengan rumus prosentase. The aims of this research is to explain how the adolescents attitudes towards the negative behavior impacts in playing online gambling observed from moral and law aspects in RT 05 Lingkungan 003 Sepang Jaya Kedaton Sub District.The method that used in this research is an associative method. This research is a population research because it observes all populations as many as 10 adolescents at RT 05 Lingkungan 003 Sepang Jaya Kedaton Sub District. For the data collecting technique, the writer used questionnaires, documentations, library research and interviews.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana sikap remaja terhadap dampak negatif kebiasaan bermain judi online dilihat dari aspek moral dan hukum di RT 05 Lingkungan 003 Kelurahan Sepang Jaya Kecamatan Kedaton. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi, karena yang diteliti adalah seluruh populasi sebanyak 10 remaja RT 05 Lingkungan 003 Sepang Jaya Kecamatan Kedaton. DISCIPLINE SCHOOL’S INFLUENCE TO DO NOT BRING CAM HANDPHONE TOWARDS FRESHMENT LEARNS OF STUDENT IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 7 AT KOTABUMI Alex Lendro Juniarto, Adelina Hasyim, Zulyaden Abdulhay ABSTRACT The aimed of this research was to explain how the influence of upright discipline school to do not bring cam handphone toward freshmen learns of student class VII-VIII in Junior High School 7 at Kotabumi on 2011/2012. Method used descriptive method with sample as many as 35 respondents. The main data collecting technique used inquiry. Based on data analyses got result that there upright discipline school to do not bring cam handphone toward freshmen learns of student class VII-VIII in Junior High School 7 at Kotabumi. It proved by Chi Quadrate formulation x2 account was higher than x2 table (x2 account ≥ x2 table) as big as 15,96 ≥ 9,94. Then did comparison between C and Cmax, with result 0,69 and it belonged to high categories based on Sugiyono. Key Word: Influence, Discipline, Handphone, Freshmen Learn
