    Konsentrasi Pelepasan CO2 Cacing Tanah Kaitannya dengan Perilaku Petani dalam Penggunaan Lahan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran cacing tanah terhadap konsentrasi CO2, kaitanya dengan perilaku petani dalam penggunaan lahan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada cacing tanah musim kemarau dalam berbagai  lahan. Lokasi penelitian adalah areal penggunaan lahan hutan, agroforestri kompleks, agroforestri sederhana, jati, jati-akasia dan kacangtanah didaerah Gondangrejo Karanganyar, merupakan lahan kering berbasis kapur yang miskin hara, yang semula hutan rakyat diubah menjadi lahan pertanian, alih guna lahan ini merupakan salah satu penyebab meningkatnya emisi CO2. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksperimental yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan didapatkan dari dokumentasi, observasi,  eksperimen lapang, wawancara dan angket.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepadatan cacing tanah akan berdampak pada peningkatan konsentrasi CO2 yang akan diakhiri dengan peningkatan emisi CO2 di atmosfer. Ada hubungan yang sangat kuat antara perilaku petani dalam hal umur, pengalaman dalam bertani, pendidikan akhir dan aktivitas keikut sertaan dalam penyuluhan dengan kepadatan cacing tanah. Ada hubungan yang kuat antara perilaku manusia berupa umur petani dengan konsentrasi CO2, sedang perilaku berupa pengalaman bertani, pendidikan dan aktivitas penyuluhan, pemupukan dan pemakaian pestisida bergerak dari hubungan cukup sampai sangat rendah

    Has conducted research on the characteristics of Sonchus arvensis L. stomata. This study aims to determine the number of stomata with 40x10 magnification, the number of stomata open and closed, the density and type of stomata on the leaf surface above and below the 4, 5, and 6. The method used in this study using the replica method. The results of the study, the number of stomata more found at the bottom of the leaves, as well as tighter density in the area under the surface of the leaf.     Fertilizers used by farmers today is  artificial fertilizers (inorganic). The use of artificial fertilizer would cause the soil structure damaged due to artificial fertilizer will only provide nutrients to plants without regard to the soil fertility. Finally, food productivity will decrease and food security will be so weak. To overcome this, there needs to be a good fertilizer that meets nutrient for plants and soil. To overcome this, a good fertilizer that meets nutrient for plants and soil is very necessary. The use of biomass and farm waste to increase the value of agricultural wastes is so potential to be organic fertilizer. Composting organic materials can produce humic acid. Humic acid is able to absorb nutrients from the environment exploited by plant roots and transferred into the root cap. The purpose of study is to produce humic acid from agricultural and livestock waste. The method of this study is the extraction. Stages of this study are preparation, composting, humic acid isolation, and purification of humic acid. The results of this study showed the highest levels of humic acid is 48.08%
