    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dengan pendekatan Koperatif untuk mening-katkan hasil belajar mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Mayjend Sung-kono Mojokerto pada mata kuliah Kewirausahaan. Metode yang diguna-kan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dengan pendekatan Kooperatif terhadap mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Mayjend Sungkono Mojokerto pada mata kuliah Kewira-usahaan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa yaitu dari sebesar 61,54% menjadi 96,15%.     This research aims at finding out: (1) The learning interest, learning style, and students learning achievement on the students of grade XI SMK Islam Batu class of 2010/2011 (2) The effect of learning interest partially on the students achievement on the students of grade XI SMK Islam Batu class of 2010/2011 (4) The most dominant variable on the students achievement on the students grade XI SMK Islam Batu class of 2010/2011. This was a descriptive correlation research The population was the all 134 students of grade XI SMK Islam Batu class of 2010/2011, while the sample was taken from 101 of them using proportional random sampling. The research instrument was close questionnaire using Likert 's scale with 5 optional answers. The data was analyzed using statistic descriptif analysis ad multiple linear regression using classic assumption testing. Validity and reliability testing were performed to test the instrument. The whole analysis was performed using SPSS 16.00 computer program. The study showed that: (1) The student of grade XI SMK Islam Batu class of 2010/2011 had high learning interest. (2) The student of grade XI SMK Islam Batu class of 2010/2011 had quite good learning style. (3) The student of grade XI SMK Islam Batu class of 2010/2011 had good achievement in the subject of Entrepreneurships. (4) There was a positively significant of the students learning interest (XI) on the students achievement (Y) in the subject of the Entrepreneurships. (5) There was a positively significant of the students learning style (X2) on the students achievement (Y) in the subject of the Entrepreneurships.     This research aims at examining the effect of micro credit perfor­mance consisting of total credit, total credit delinquent, and non perform­ing Loan, to profitability of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo. Data in this research was collected through interview and documentation from 25 franchis of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Using data analysis technique of multiple linier regression, this research provides evidences: total credit affects significanly the profitability of the banks, while the other two inde­pendent variables, credit delinquent and non performing Loan, show no significanly effect on the profitability. Based on these findings it is recom­mended that firms (banks) provide guidance concerning so that BRI is able to maintain financial sustainability. Keywords: micro credit performance, profitabilit

    Every company has a different characteristics one an­other. It's shall be deemed to affect the decisions of companies' social disclosure in its annual report. The company characteristic can be seen from several fac­tors, including company size, profitability, and lever­age. This study aims to determine the effect of com­pany characteristics in terms of company size, profit­ability, and leverage on the level of social disclosure in annual reports of companies partially or simultaneously. The study population is a hight profil firm listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2008 and 2009, us­ing purposive sampling the sample obtained 40 com­panies. The results of this study indicate that the par­tially only company size have positive significant in­fluence to the social disclosure in corporate annual reports. But, simultaneously the variables company size, profitability and leverage have significant influ­ence to social disclosure in corporate annual reports. Suggestions from this research are: further research are expected to use longer observation period in order to explain corporate social disclosure more perfectly, use research samples which is not only limited to high profile companies, and use othervariables to find new standard prediction model of corporate social disclosure, the company management is expected to be more open in revealing the activities related to social responsibility in its annual report and the gov­ernment and LAI are expected to make new policy so the disclosure of corporate social responsibility could be mandatory disclosure, considering the companies social disclosure in Indonesia still in low level.     Perbandingan Model Constant Risk Market dan Time Varying Risk Market dalam Mengestimasi Beta Portofolio Saham

    There are two models that can be used in estimating portfolio beta: constant risk market model and time varying risk market model. The purpose of this research is to know the difference constant risk market model and time varying risk market model in estimating beta stock portfolio. The population in this research are all firms at the LQ-45 index period 2007-2009. Samples taken using purposive sampling technique. The samples in this research are 14 firms. Data collection techniques by way of documentation. Analysis technique using different test (independent sample t-test).Research result show that there are differences in estimates of beta stock portfolio using the constant risk market model with time varying risk market model at the LQ-45 firms listing in the LSX period 2007-2009. The difference between the constant risk market model and time varying risk market model is the involvement of market conditions in estimating portfolio beta. When using a constant risk in estimating the market model, the portfolio beta is stationary over the observation from year 2007-2009. While the estimate time varying risk market model shows the portfolio beta is not stationary and changes depending on market conditions.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menjelaskan pengaruh performance appraisal terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan; dan (2) menentukan variabel mana yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research. Populasi survei penelitian adalah karyawan level manajerial yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (i) performance appraisal berpengaruh positif dan signiflkan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan; (2) penilai merupakan variabel bebas yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan.     This research is done in July to August 2009. The subject was Economic Faculty's students which use IM3 as their phone card. The samples were 100 IM3 consumers using random sampling technique. The results are: (1) there is significance influence between product quality and satisfaction, (2) price influ­enced satisfaction significantly, (3) product quality influenced loyalty significantly (4) there is no signifi­cance influence between price and loyalty, (5) satisfaction influenced loyalty significantly. Based on the result of the research, it suggests that the consumers should be more carefully to buy a product in order that avoid the disappointed. To a seller or retailer should have positive communication with the provider when the consumers' trusts decreased. And the further research should do continuously with such time interval to know whether there is increasing of satisfaction or not, as the result of increasing the performance of product such as price and quality of phone card which is done by the operator that influenced the loyalty of consumers.
