Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi PR. Djagung Padi)
This research intent to know condition of job satisfaction and job motivation employee performance at PR. Djagung Padi, knowing job satisfaction and job motivation fires an employee ascendant partially to performance to fire an employee at PR. Djagung Padi, knowing job satisfaction and influential job motivation simultaneous to performance employee at PR. Djagung is Padi, and knows variable which that influential dominant to performance employee at PR. Djagung Padi. Analysis tech that is utilized which is analysis multiple regression, f test and t test. Base analysis result points out that satisfactory description condition job fires an employee to come under deep criterion pleases, condition of job motivation description comes under in category high enough, and condition of performance description fires an employee to come under deep tall category. There is job satisfaction influence and job motivation to performance employee partially and significant. There is job satisfaction influence and job motivation to performance employee simultaneous and significant. Base analysis's result satisfactory multiple linear regression job constitutes the most variable dominant regard employee performance. Utilized more increase employee performance, better lead PR. Djagung Padi makes an abode to motivate employee, since evident that with influential job motivation significant to performance employee, it is expected that job and performance motivation it's tall, and advisable corporate constant keeps and increase motivation already good that performance fires an employee to get increases. Motivasi Spiritual dan Budaya Sekolah Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Profesional dan Perilaku Konsumsi Guru Ekonomi
This study was aimed at exploring the effects of spiritual motivation, perception and attitude of organizational culture on consumption behavior mediated by working ethic, and professional performance. Subjects of research were secondary schools economic and accounting teachers at Malang Raya in East Java. The sample size were 126 respondents drawn using porpusive proportional random sampling. Data were gathered by questionnaires, interview and direct observation. Data analysis using SEM and was supported by software of AMOS. Research findings revealed that (1)spiritual motivation affects perception and attitude of organizational culture, working ethic, professional performance and consumption behavior directly; (2) perception and attitude of organizational culture affects working ethic directly; (3) working ethic affects professional performance directly; (4) professional performance affects consumption behavior directly; (5) perception and attitude of organizational culture affects professional performance indirectly; (6) working ethic affects consumption behavior indirectly; (7) perception and attitude of organizational culture affects consumption behavior indirectly; (8) organizational culture plays important role values internalization proccess that set up teachers persception toward teachers profession, professional performance, and consumption behavior. Perilaku Konsumsi Berbasis Motivasi Spiritual Islami Guru-Guru Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi pada SMA/MA di Malang Raya
People's consumption behavior has occurred a shift. Eat, drink, fashion and fun have entered the global area of lifestyle that are part of modern life. This study aimed at describing the consumption behavior of teachers high school economics course based on the spiritual motivation. This research design uses a quantitative-qualitative research approach The sample was determined by proportional random sampling porpusive using the formula estimates the proportion of sampling by determining an error rate of 5%, in order to obtain a sample of 126 respondents. Quantitative research instruments using questionnaires. As for the qualitative interview guide was used. The Effect of Organizational Culture On Lecturers' Job Satisfaction and Performance (A Research in Muhammadiyah University throughout East Java)
This study aimed to clarify the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on lecturers' performance. The population of the study is the lecturers of the Muhammadiyah University throughout East Java namely 1881 people, with random sampling it was obtained a sample of 200 people. For collecting data, questionnaires and interviews were used. Data analysis techniques applied SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the use of AMOS software. The results showed that: (1) Organizational culture has positive and significant effect on lecturers' job satisfaction (2) Job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on lecturers' performance (3) Organizational culture has positive and significant impact on lecturers' performance (4) Organizational culture has positive and significant effect to lecturers' performance through job satisfaction. The Effect of Compensation toward Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Outsourcing Employees of Syariah Banks in Malang Indonesia
The utilization of manpower outsourcing model has now become a trend in the recruitment of labor by companies in Indonesia. This system of outsourcing was initially applied to manufacturing companies only but lately banking companies also use this as a model of recruitment, therefore in the banks there are two types of employees, namely permanent employees and employees or outsourcing contract status. Whether the compensation give job satisfaction to the employees is the question, and the next question is whether their job satisfaction also affects their performance. Outcomes research concluded: (1) Compensation received by outsourcing employees of Syariah banks in the city of Malang, both financial and nonfinancial compensation in generally perceived as the level of satisfaction, quite satisfied and very satisfied (2) Job satisfaction of outsourcing employee of Syariah banks in the city of Malang, perceived level quite satisfied, dissatisfied and very dissatisfied (3) Performance of outsourcing employees of Syariah banks in the city of Malang is in pretty good level, good and very good (4) There is a significant positive financial compensation on employee performance directly (5) There is a significant positive financial compensation to performance through job satisfaction (6) There is the influence of nonfinancial compensation on employee performance directly (7) There is a significant positive nonfinancial compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction. From these results suggested (1) For Syariah banks: The results showed that employees claimed financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation received has been good, quite good and very good encourage outsourcing employee job satisfaction and employee performance. Therefore, these conditions must be maintained in order the system develops during this revamped as implemented in other companies outside Syariah banking, which in turn can cause turbulence (2) For other companies and governments need to adopt the use of labor outsourcing models practiced in Syariah banking. Where recruitment patterns prepared by the association of Syariah banking, so it does not harm the employee income since no deduction of wages or salaries of employees upon acceptance of employment. In addition, within the specified time employees can be recruited as permanent employees on Syariah banking, if the model is implemented in Indonesia, it will reduce the demonstrations in the streets and can ensure future employees. Pengaruh Karakteristik PerusahaanTerhadap Ketepatan Waktu Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan
This research aims to examine the effect of company characteristics on timeliness of submission of financial statement. Characteristics of firm include firm size, profitability, industry type, leverage and size of the board of commissioners. Purposive sampling is used to select 151 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2007 until 2009. Multiple regression technique is used for data analysis. The result showed that total assets, return on asset, return on equity, industry type and size of the board of commissioners influence the timeliness of submission of financial statements. Total sales and the leverage variable have no effect on timeliness of submission of financial statement. Keywords: Timeliness, Company Characteristic
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kinerja Kerelasian Nasabah
The objectives of the research are to know: (1) the situation of service quality (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance) of bank which perceived by customer of BNI Prima product and customer relationship performance (financial, social, and customization bonds), and customer loyalty of BNI Prima product; (2) the influence of service quality (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance) of bank which perceived by customer on customer relationship performance (financial, social, and customization bonds). The sources of data are all customers of BNI Prima product at each branch offices of BNI bank which offered BNI Prima product in marketing area of East Java. The election of 144 respondents from 150 that are planned uses simple random sampling technique and allocated proportionally, the methods of collecting data are questionnaire, interview, and slider of document. The methods of analysis are: (I) descriptive analysis; and (2) hypothesis testing by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of descriptive analysis are: (1) Totally, the level of service quality (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance) of bank which perceived by customer is dissatisfied category, but they have high effectiveness category; (2) Totally, the level of customer relationship performance (financial, social, and customization bonds) is very high effectiveness category, but dissatisfied category. The results of hypothesis testing the service quality (tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance) of bank which perceived by customer of BNI Prima product are influencing positively and significant on customer relationship performance (financial bonds, social bonds, customization bonds). Nilai-nilai dan perilaku seorang entrepreneur juga berpengaruh dominan dalam pembentukan kepribadian seorang entrepreneuship. Wirausahawan adalah seorang yang inovatif. Mereka membuat perubahan melalui introduksi teknologi, proses atau prouuk. Motif berprestasi kewirausahaan terletak pada kemauan dan kemampuan untuk melakukan sesuatu yang lebih baik dan efisien.
