    Spektrum cahaya merupakan susunan cahaya berwarna yang tampak, setiap warna mempunyai panjang gelombang yang berbeda. Sensor LDR dapat mengetahui perbedan intensitas cahaya tampak berdasarkan perubahan nilai resistansinya. Dengan memenafaatkan rangkaian pembagi tegangan pada LDR dan nilai ADC pada mikrokontroler maka perbedaan warna dapat dikenali. Sensor warna yang dibuat mampu membedakan 6 jenis warna yaitu merah, hijau, biru, kuning, putih, dan hitam.     Sistem pemantauan kualitas air menjadi kebutuhan yang cukup mendesak. Dalam tulisan ini dipaparkan mengenai perancangan  program aplikasi berbasis web sebagai monitoring sistem kualitas air. Data diperoleh dari sensor yang berada pada stasiun pengukuran yang ditrasnmisikan melalui jaringan nirkabel ke stasiun perantara lalu dikirimkan melalui jaringan GPRS ke server. Dari data yang telah dikirimkan kemudian dipetakan menggunakan google map API secara realtime. Pengguna dapat mengetahui kualitas air secara realtime dengan mengakses web menggunakan browser yang telah tersedia

    In web programming GET method can use to send data from client to server. Weaknees of the GET method is the appearance of transmitted data or variables in the URL. Users can easily change variables used and when it is executed, variable data will also be executed. It is very vulnerable to attack by malicious users with some techniques such as XSS or SQL injection. These weaknesses can be resolved with use encryption techniques to URLs that use the GET method, such as AES encryption. The process is encrypt variables on client side and decrypt on server side to retrieve actual data. Thus variable is not shown in the URL, so if there will be an attack attempt difficult. Academic Information System (AIS) of Engineering Faculty, as a web-based application also uses several modules that use the GET method for sending data. Thus addition of the security level using the URL encryption is needed to improve security of system and data on the AIS. The result is a variable that is sent with GET method is not display on URL on three modules, namely the main menu page, change the password and a link out of the syste . The encryption process adds time access to system by an average of 0:05 s, so that the outline does not affect system performance .     Implementasi Multithreading Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Information Retrieval Dengan Metode GVSM

    GVSM is one of the models of IR systems. GVSM divided into two processes i.e. preprocessing process namely reading the text (*.pdf, *.doc,*.docx), tokenization, filtration, stemming, and parse the query and the process of calculating the relevance of the document that has been done preprocessing with user query to get the value of similarity. In general, to determine of the effectiveness of IR application is determined by two factors, namely recall and precision [7,8,10]. According to Järvelin and Ingwersen, the effectiveness of IR application is not only determined by the recall and precision, but rather the ability of IR applications in helping users to complete the search more effective and efficient. The effectiveness of an IR application is determined by recall, precision, time requirements, and reporting documents are presented to the user [7]. To improve the performance of IR applications in time requirements is implemented multithreading in the preprocessing process, i.e. stage 1 to stage 4 GVSM method. The result showed that the method GVSM able to rediscover relevant documents with 100% the precision value, to get the recall value which is equal to the same documents collection either with or without multithreading, but can save processing time by over 50 %

    Department of Computer system Diponegoro University , Faculty of Engineering is one of the majors are still young . The department has several areas of specialization for students . Areas of specialization include Software Engineering , Computer Networks , Embedded Systems and Robotics and Multimedia . Majors but it also has some buildings that are used as a laboratory , classroom and centralized administration . To help facilitate students and the general public in recognizing or knowing the location of each of the buildings with the development of computer technology can be facilitated . One technology that can be applied is by using augmented reality technology which is combined with mobile communication devices . This study uses peracangan software system using the waterfall model . This model is a systematic approach and sequence ranging from system level requirements and then headed to the stage of analysis , design , coding , testing / verification , and maintenance . Referred to as step -by-step waterfall that must be passed pending the completion of the previous stage and run sequentially . System testing performed by menggukan black box testing which aims to determine the functionality of the system . System testing that has been done is stated that the system is run in accordance with what is expected .     This paper discuss the development of posyandu application to facilitate posyandu officer in handling the administration process based on RFID concept. The main idea is making the health card function as one unique identity like the unique number in RFID and it will contain all user data and activity in posyandu. The data used in this application are mostly for children data like immunization, vitamin distribution, and height and weight measurement. All data used in this application is saved to local database in each computer used by the posyandu officer

    Pengelolaan zakat di Indonesia merupakan salah satu hal yang menarik untuk dikaji dalam rangka mengentaskan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, hal ini dapat dilihat dari potensi zakat nasional  Rp 217 triliun namun baru tergali sekitar 1,5 triliun. Kemudian, apabila melihat potensi zakat di Propinsi Jawa Barat cukup besar bahkan terbesar di Indonesia, yaitu diperkirakan sekitar 17,6 triliun, namun potensi tersebut baru tergali sekitar 14 milyar. Sedangkan potensi zakat Kota Tasikmalaya diperkirakan sekitar 2 triliun, dan baru tergali sekitar 4 milyar. Kemudian hingga kini terdapat 33 Badan Amil Zakat povinsi, sedangkan di tingkat kabupaten mencapai 240 unit. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pengumpulan dana zakat di Indonesia adalah tingkat kepercayaan muzaki terhadap Organisasi Zakat (OPZ) yang dalam penelitian ini berupa Unit Penumpul Zakat (UPZ), pilihan muzaki untuk menyalurkan zakat langsung kepada mustahik secara individu, kurangnya pengetahuan muzaki akan mekanisme zakat, dan kurangnya pengetahuan muzaki akan keberadaan UPZ. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, diperlukan sistem informasi yang dapat mengatur proses manajemen yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan zakat berbasis UPZ, khususnya UPZ berbasis masjid, dikarenakan masjid sebagai basis kegiatan keagamaan di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis ke lokasi UPZ langsung dan perancangan antarmuka, aturan-aturan, dan purwarupa (prototype) yang dibuat. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan Sistem Informasi BAZNAS Kota Tasikmalaya, dan Sistem Informasi UPZ di Kota tasikmalaya yang terintegrasi menggunakan teknologi web

    PETRI NET MODELLING OF CONCURRENCY CONTROL IN DISTRIBUTED DATABASE SYSTEM

    The life time of transaction is divided into two stages: executing stage and committing stage. At the executing stage, transaction access data through a concurrency control, while at the committing stage, a commit protocol is executed to ensure failure atomicity. A transaction that requests a lock can be blocked by a committing transaction for a long time due to a long delay in completing the committing procedure. The potential long delay in transaction commitment makes concurrency control wait until transaction finish the committing stage. This study will modify concurrency control, the modified of concurrency control allows give the locks that are still on hold by another transaction in their completion of committing stage. In modeling the concurrency control, Petri Net is used.     Abstract— Alumni is one part of being an educational institution. The presence of alumni on the current one part in the assessment of accreditation an institution. By knowing where alumni of the institution to measure the extent of success in educating up to ready to work. To find out where the alumni can use the survey mentode often or by using the questionnaire that will be distributed during one pass, or by using other media that can be used to track the whereabouts of alumni. The development of information technology that exists today can play a role in supporting the search alumni. The role will involve is to make it easier for interested parties are concerned educational institutions, alumni, and stakeholeder. One of the use of information technology is to utilize the Internet network. By utilizing this network the system is built to connect globally, so it will be easier when going to access information on the alumni or feedback. The results obtained from this study is an alumni of tracer application that can be used to track the whereabouts of alumni. The system can run well on multiple web browsers.
